I have been meaning to post about AK walking for a week but we have been busy. She officially took her first steps on July 6. She is really starting to take off now. She will still crawl most of the time but we are getting there. Here are a few more pics of the party.

Yesterday was Joe's 29th birthday. Today is AK's 1st birthday. I can't believe 1 year ago we had AK!!!! What a fun and crazy year. I don't want to forget a second of it. It makes me want to cry that she is already a year old! We are thrilled to share another year now with our little girl!

Happy Birthday Joe! you are everything to us and we love you very much. We are going to celebrate his birthday this weekend so I'll post some pics later. Here are pics from his b-day 1 year ago and AK's.

Happy 1st Birthday Anna Kate!!!!

Well, our little girl is turning 1 on Wednesday. We had her party this weekend. We had a wonderful time with lots of friends and family. The party was red, white and blue themed. Everyone seemed to have a great time. We had toys inside and kiddie pools and sprinklers outside. AK was in heaven with lots of other kids to play with and her entourage (grandparents/aunt) to dote on her. She definitely was queen bee on her big day. She didn't really like the cake too much. I don't think she likes getting her hands too dirty!

This year has gone by so fast. Joe and I both feel so blessed to have Anna Kate in our lives. She is the most precious gift God could have given to us. Joe and I are just trying to cherish every moment because I know they are gone before you know it. AK has an adorable personality and keeps us laughing every day. She is a joy and I don't know what life would be like without her. We love you Anna Kate and Happy Birthday!
