Ok, I have failed at the whole blogging thing... But, mainly because I have been tired and super sick.. All for good reason, though.. We are excited about this ANNOUNCEMENT!!
              Here are just a few of my favorites, a few of them were on our Christmas Card this year :)

Halloween was alot of fun this year! We just stayed in our little neighborhood and meet up with some friends to walk house to house with.
My baby girl was a sweet little cupcake :)
She really got into trick or treating this year.. and LOVED, and still is loving on the candy she received! lol
I loved that she said, "Thank you" to each person that gave her candy. Her little manners impress me and make me one proud mommy. I pray she continues to be grateful for her many blessings, and happy for what she has..not always wanting something new or better. We all have way more than we would ever need or deserve,  and it makes me happy to see her innocent grateful spirit.
I can only pray Matt and I are good examples of giving more of ourselves, time, and love instead of fulfilling her with material things.

I am so behind with the blogging.. I will have to add more pictures later.. Just so many!! Matt's sister, Neely, and her little girl, Elise came to visit us in Nashville the day before our trip. The next morning, we all got up and drove to Grandmommy's and Granddad's house. We had a blast seeing these two play together!! It is so cool to watch! I love that Presley has a cousin just 2 days younger. We let them play in our backyard, and they loved it.. They played in the dirt better than any boy I know!

This farm was by far the best I have ever been to. It had a mini corn maze, place to feed the goats, sunflowers, train rides, pumpkin patch, hayrides, and food!
We meet our friends the Sailor's and had a great time. It was the middle of the day so the sun was SUPER bright, making for horrible picture taking.. but, oh well. caught the memory.
As we were getting on the hayride.. our great friends the Mckown's were getting off. Small world.

At the end we picked our pumpkins out to take home ..one we made a jack-a-lantern out of, which was our 1st do ever do with P. She LOVED it!

FUN times.

I live in the best neighborhood EVER.. I know I talk about it..all the time. But, really, God has blessed me and my little family with some wonderful families!! I also have made some lifelong friends with some of the other moms.and when the day comes that we have to move :( I will be a pretty sad girl.
Ok, enough with the sad stuff.
Our neighborhood had a block party on Thursday night.. Free food, drinks, cookies, bounce house, face painting, cornhole, volleyball ( which we were too busy talking to ever start:)
Presley had a BLAST. Matt was out of town, so we strolled over and meet up with our friends.
She gets SO excited to see her little friends! Its pretty adorable.



We all agreed we need to do this more often.. So great to have sweet neighborhoods.. especially lots of them in the same part of life with little ones. LOVE these girls. LOVE their kids.. LOVE their families. LOVE Nashville.

The lighting was horrible, but she was so excited to be going, just had to capture the moment!!

Last week, we joined some other neighborhood friends and went to the zoo. It was a gorgeous day and we pretty much had the entire thing to ourselves. Before we left I had several things laying out for Presley to wear and she said she wanted to wear this shirt, and these pants.. ha! SO, I just let her. She hasn't asked to again, and she did match pretty good. :) Loving seeing her little personality come out!
We were a little sad the playground was closed that day...the kiddos look forward to it at the end. Presley loves the zoo.. so we go every chance we can!
I didn't take many pictures, just was isn't the mood .. wanted to enjoy it.. But, I did take some in the petting zoo area.. and Presley was so happy to pet and "brush" the black pony :)
