NHS Membership Dues: In Person Drop Off
Please fill out this form if you plan to drop off your NHS membership dues at DMHS. These dues will pay for your NHS pin, certificate, and membership card. Please bring exact change! When you arrive at school please send a text to Mrs.Mcgee saying that you have arrived (310-749-0883). Reminder that the last day to pay your dues is May 21st!
