She was asleep with her arm up feeling the breeze from the window.

This happened another day too. It was funnier the other day because there was a big burly guy in a huge loud truck that was keeping up with us and laughing at her.

She learned quick not to sit on the edge of the basket.

And I learned to always have my camera in my hand for moments like this.

She had to sit and wait for me to find the camera. I hope she isn't emotionally scarred.

This is the house I was telling you about. The colors don't look exactly like they do in real life. But anyway this is my vote for G & G's house. :)

That's exactly what I said when I came in my room and her face was covered in a 1/2 in blanket of Vaseline. She was so proud...I guess I was too. This time she didn't eat it. No need to call my friend, Neil at Poison Control.

There were some not-so-little girls that were mad at us for changing what they had put into the flip-the-colored-tiles board. OOPS.

Tim made her go down this one on her own. She HATED it.








Then we went down to the lake. We had a great afternoon to add to my morning of recovery. :)

Tonight is the last night before my last program at school. It will be my 6th one at CHA. The 6th time that I've gone completely psycho over actions, words, and microphones. The 6th time that my work over the previous 3 months is put on display for all 200 people to see at one time and then tell me what they think...

I'm not sure if I'm ready to be done with (some) of the children. Some I'd love to chain to playground about 10 minutes before I lay myself at the parent's mercy. Granted some would be curious why there's only 45 kids instead of 67 - and some would know exactly why they can pick up their kid from the monkey bars in about an hour.

I'm anxiously awaiting Saturday morning, but sad to not have another one to look forward to.

3 generations

Ellie and I made it through our first week without Daddy here. We slept fairly well, no one threw up (yay!), and spent a lot of time at G & G Larsen's house. They fed us and played with Ellie so I could take a break.

We had a great weekend with Daddy, but have sadly send Daddy back to work for another week.

But I have to say that it's nice to see him off to work when he's actually excited to go, rather than kicking and screaming. :)
