This is our new favorite place to fish!! 

We went on a last minute camp over Labor Day weekend with my parents and Kelsey, Chris and Londyn.  We had a ton of fun going on hikes, fishing and doing paddle boats at red canyon lodge and just hanging out at camp.  Funniest moment of the trip was when Chris told Jace to eat the inside of a cactus and he did.  Poor kid got cactus stuck in his tongue!




















 

Tyson finally gets to go to preschool.  I also get to go back to preschool with him as a mom helper/teacher :)

This year we went to Lodgepole Campground again up by Flaming Gorge.  We went up first to reserve the campsites and drove into an inch of hail that looked like snow and it was cold!  We could literally see our breath is what that cold!  Let me remind you that it was the beginning of August!  Crazy right?!  Needless to say it was a very cold trip and the hail/snow didn't melt until the following afternoon.  It rained pretty much the entire time.  We went to Red Canyon Lodge to fish and do paddle boats/boards and it was really nice and kind of warm.  That lasted about 30 minutes and then the cold and rain returned.  Other than that those of us that were able to come camping had fun.  Here's to a better and warmer camp next year :)

Zack has wanted an airsoft rifle for a long time and he finally go one for his birthday.  Justin took the boys out to the desert and they had an air soft war all morning.  Zack wanted and "army guy" cake for his birthday so I made the cake and Justin decorated it.  Zack loved it!!  Justin made a war zone out of army toys and had each army guy shooting a candle so it looked the fire was coming  from the gun.  All the boys and their friends thought it was the coolest birthday cake ever!!
We have loved having Zack in our family.  He an amazing little guy and his personality will be always make you smile or laugh.  We love you Zack!  Happy Birthday!!!

Tyson turned 4 and is a now officially a "big boy"!  We got him a disc/round swing for his birthday....he loved it, until he tried it.  Poor kid didn't know how to hold himself up on it and got turned upside down hehehe poor guy!  Jace and Zack love it and now he does too.  We are so glad that we have Tyson in our family!  He is a such a good sweet boy (most of the time) and don't know what we would do with out him! Happy Birthday Tyson!
