The girls in my family got their act together. We finally got our five generations for a sit down and got a picture or two. We are so blessed...(it helps when we all started our families early too!)
Sunday afternoon we got together with the family for a weiner roast at the Ophir cabin. The kids had a lot of fun playing on the swingset and in the dirt, as you can see! But when you are a kid, the more dirt that is involved means it must be more fun...
We have been trying to spend more time out doing things lately, and we have managed to do OK. Hannah loves to play outside at the playground, water flowers, draw with chalk on the cement, and ride her bike. On extremely hot or cold days we play inside, sometimes play dough, other times she likes to color. She is very artistic and has really enjoyed her new desk from IKEA (it finally opened!)
Last weekend we braved the weather and headed to Duschene county to visit the Fisher Ranch and cabin. Hannah REALLY wanted to go because her twin cousin Mia would be there. So, despite a lack of desire to go on the parental front, we caved in for those blue eyes and went along for the ride. Here are some pictures...
