The Truman's

Tim and I are in Cabo San Lucas this week. We have been here since Wednesday and it is HOT!! We are staying at a beautiful resort, that is all inclusive...it is like being on a cruise ship!!






But the food is terrible!! Tim has been a little braver than me of course! So I have been living off of quesadillas and chips! but our view is fabulous!!






We do however miss our Payton, VERY MUCH!!!! She is with Grandma and Papa for the weekend. She had a sleepover with her cousins at Grandma & Papa's on the 23rd. My mom and dad had a GREAT time with all 3 girls!! They went swimming and ate Pasta and num nums!! My mom also got Payton off the bottle! I know we are terrible parents, but thank heaven for Grandma!! :-) I think it also helps that her cousin does not have one. So now she goes to bed with a sippy. She is having a GREAT time with Papa & Grandma! We have talked on the phone a few times (when she is not too busy) and she will say "wuv you mommy" or "wuv you daddy" I LOVE it!!

On July 3rd, Payton's daycare lady took the day off, so we worked from home. :-) I actually think I get more accomplished at home sometimes.

Eating a peach...Payton loves fruits and veggies. She would much rather eat that than treats.

We had our ultrasound yesterday and discovered that we are having a boy!! It was kinda funny because we have both been thinking it was a girl, until Tuesday night. I told Tim that night that I thought we were going to have a boy and he agreed. So we were surprised to find out that we really are having a boy!! This will be the first boy on my side of the family. My dad currently has 3 daughters and 3 granddaughters!! So I am sure that papa is excited for the first grandson, or for that matter any boys to be around :-)

Payton was super cute! We took her with us to the ultrasound and her eyes got really big when they played the heartbeat. She has known all along that we were having a baby. I don't think she gets it all he way, she just knows that when mom pats her belly she says, "baby" and now she says "baby bwover" It will be interesting to see how she does.
