The SUN is OUT!!!!!!

I have been waiting for this for a long time!!! YAHOO!!! YIPPEE!! It's still cold out but who cares the sun is shining! It didn't shine for 18 days......can I say  UGH!!! VOMIT!!! It feels so good!!! Hope you all have a bright, cheerful and SUNNY day!!!!! xoxoxoxo

A little of this and a little of that!

~Ty has been getting better about not having his bink! AMEN! He really had a hard time with it. I felt so bad but I was so sick of seeing that ugly bink in his mouth! Things are starting to get back to normal around here! Plus, he is talking up a storm! That kid says 1-2 new words a day by himself without me coaching him! He is doing so awesome!!!!!!

~I am now done with all my editing!!! YAHOO for me! I can't remember when I didn't have anything to edit. It's real nice to have a break but it won't last for long because I get so antsy for my camera. I thought I would just lay back and relax but instead I changed a few things on my website! I guess I like to keep busy....Ya think?
~I have had my 5D for a week now and LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! It's such a beautiful camera! The crapy thing is it's so depressing outside that I can't even get a good pic because it's so dark outside!UGH! I am ready for some sun!!!!! Is that too much to ask? Geez! I am really excited for photography this year because I've decided to give back which means "giveaways"! I really feel so blessed and really want to give!
~Now, it's on to Paige and her thumb. She's getting better at only sucking it at nap and bedtime and when she does that it's only for a couple of minutes and she's done! Hopefully we can get her to stop permanently?
~I went to "READY for Kindergarten" last night and I love that class! They have classes for each of your kids 3 times a year and it's so fun! I learn so much and the toys they give out are so awesome! You get free books, free toys(these toys are REALLY nice too) and a bunch of learning stuff. My kids love to learn and I have so much fun teaching them! Who's  going to give up a night out on how to be a better mom? Not me! Check to see if you have one where you live. Seriously, it's soooooooo worth it!
~Life is pretty sweet right now! No complaints except the weather! I am hoping to get to Utah to see all the ladies. I am in need of their company! Other then getting really excited to turn 30 in 22 days life is pretty darn good! xoxoxoxo

Detox & Rehab...

Poor Ty! These are the faces I see everyday of the poor kid!


Well..... for the past few days this house has been a rehab/detox for Ty! Yup.... we broke him from the bink!!! OMG!OMG!!!OMG!!! This is hard! Holy moly! This kid is having a tough time! Each day is a little better but man he is fussy most of the day! UGH! He does sleep through the night without it! I am hoping it gets better!

Sickness

So .... our house has been the sick house since we have been back from Vegas. I had the WORST sore throat ever. It hurt so bad that I BARELY could sip water let alone eat! I didn't swallow an ounce of food for 4 days! UGH! No fun! Ty got an ear infection, Paige got the little 12hr puke bug and then gave it to her brother! YUMMY! O...... and by the way I TOO caught that bug and had a whole new respect for women with morning sickness...... I seriously think those women deserve a medal!! That was no fun either! I am sooooooooooooooo grateful I have awesome pregnancies! Then, to top it off I have a bladder infection! That's right people it is nothing but fun here! I think I got it from not drinking enough water while I was sick.

  My life has been editing, editing and more editing! Plus... I have been really trying to do more studies about my camera. Practice and more practice! My brain is fried! I really enjoy learning new things about photography and am REALLY excited to start using my new 5D!! It gets here tomorrow! Ahhhhhhh........ seriously.......I will be waiting on the curb for that UPS man! I wonder if he like brownies?!?
 Anywho, nothing too crazy here! Just trying to get the BUG out of my house!

Christmas 2008


This Christmas was seriously one of most favorites! I really had such a great time with family and the kids had so much fun with Nana and Papa. My dad made THE most AMAZING village on earth! Seriously, it was so awesome and so very beautiful. I took pics of it. Instead of trying to write out what we did here's a list:
~ lunches with friends Becky and Nichole. So fun!!!!
~ shopping with Nana and Gram.
~ A visit to see Santa!
~ My Uncle and Aunt's annual xmas party.
~ 3 shoots
~ a couple of visits to see Debbie and Ted
~ My sister hit a Semi truck driving to Vegas from Cali. She drove right under it! Yep... she was in bumper to bumper traffic and she was giving money to a bum!!! She is a saint seriously! She is okay and we were so happy to see her! No ticket was given!
~ Christmas Eve at mom's
~ Christmas morning at mom's
~ date night with Terry where we ate at Kennedys and went to the show Le Reve!! So awesome!! That really was so much fun!
~ Our car broke!! Yep... oil leaked out everywhere! So we had to get that fixed! UGH!
We managed to stay pretty busy and still had time relax! I really enjoyed it! Paige and Ty were so stinkin spoiled...... can I say INSANE!!!!!!! I too can say I was spoiled...... I got the Canon 5D camera!!! I peed my pants! This camera is so amazing and so awesome all I do is dream about it!!! I have wanted one for a few months but thought I would get it later. Life is too crazy right now but when I met with Becky( my husband wants me to tell you thanks Becky..hahaha) I fell in LOVE! What a HUGE difference! Well then I KNEW I wanted it pretty quick but never thought THAT quick! Thanks to my family and Terry for that one! I LOVE LOVE LOVE ya! Thanks Mom and Dad for such a GREAT time!
Vegas is still my home but it was nice to get back to Kennewick to get life going again. Christmas stuff came down New Years Day and now I am trying to catch up!
Paige started Sunbeams on Sunday....... can I say her mother was a basket case! I cried my eyes out! Can't I just bottle her up forever? I am so excited for her though. She seemed to really like it and my job is to suck it up and cheer her on in this life!!!! Yahoo Paige!
I am not too sure what 2009 has in store for us but we are so ready to have a rockin year!!!

Sad news.....

My sister called me last night with the saddest news I've heard in a long time. She informed me that Mrs. Jeannie White counselor at Cheyenne High passed away from complications from surgery. She has worked at that high school forever and EVERYONE knew and loved this woman. She was the head cheer coach while I was there and the thought of her being gone just hurts my heart. She was the sweetest person who loved youth and treated everyone like family. We need more people like her in our schools. I just want to thank her for all the hard work she has put into our school and she will leave a lasting impression with me forever.She will be so missed!
