It was so good to wake up and not have to get dressed for work today! I'm looking forward to today, a BBQ and the beach, pool or water park, not sure which, then of course end the evening with fireworks!

I have a little Tiddly Inks to share. Once again I have been slow and posting because she's been done for months. I love her little bathing suit! It reminded me of my girls when they were smaller and wore ruffles. I could probably get my youngest to wear again but not the oldest. She's growing up to fast for me!

Happy Birthday USA! We will be celebrating on your behalf. Hope everyone has a great day where ever you are! Thank you to our men and women in the Armed Forces that give us this day to celebrate with thier heroic duties everyday!

Hope you all are having a great Sunday! I just found a c on FB contest for Kraftin Kimmies Challenges to be a Guest Designer with thier talented team and today is the last day! Well I had to give it a try and this little guy was sitting on my craft table just needing a layout. I recently added a handful of Kimmies to my collection and can't wait to sit and play! He was first!

So fingers crossed! I'm off to relax some more before I put some steaks on the grill. Ahhhh I love Summer!!!!

Just a quick little post. I have all these cards that I made earlier this year that I just haven't shared so I better get to it. Some of you have already seen this one on Facebook yesterday. I was overwhelmed with all likes and sweet comments. Thank you!

I have been playing with lots of stamps from different companies and love them all, but Magnolias will always have a special place in my heart. They were the first stamps that I played with when I first started blogging and learning copics. I can probably color them with my eyes closed now! LOL!

GDT at Little Miss Muffet

Hello friends, it's been a few days since I've been around. Summer is here and I'm enjoying my free time with my girls. This year I'm doing Summer break a little different. No camp...sort of. It's Mommy Summer Camp and so far the girls are getting a kick out the whole thing and I have to admit I'm having fun too. At night I put a schedule of events up for the next day. The kicker is how I describe the event, for example, later today it's "Splish Splash" They are dying to know what that means....want to guess too?? I'll let you know on my next post since I have BIG EYES over my shoulder at the moment!

Even with my summer camp fun going, I was still honored to asked to join for a Guest spot at Little Miss Muffet Challenges. The theme for today's challenge is Families and the twist is to merge two images together. I gotta admit that I was challenged by this. I use Gimp and I had to seek a help on how to do it. But I think I did pretty good with Leilani and Katie. There are two new digi's over at Little Miss Muffet. I thought they would make cute sisters. What do you think?

It's Tuesday! Technically Monday for most of the US since many got to enjoy the three day weekend. I had a great weekend. I got so much Spring cleaning done and still got to enjoy pool time and bbq's. I'm looking forward to having my week confused by the extra day off and a short week.

Yeah it's Friday!! and it's a three day weekend!! Whoot Whoot!! Today I'm sharing the another great image from YNS in our After Release Party!

This is Zach. He is quite a golfer. I was never much for golf until I moved to Florida. Now I surprise myself when I know the players and actually watch it on TV!! But I have to know...why is thier clothing so odd. Plaid pants and white shoes, matching pastel shirts!

Zach isn't wearing any pants but I certainly thought he should wear plaid so I paper pieced his belly. My Dad has become a golf fan too. So this will be a perfect Father's day card this year. I'm sure it will make him smile.

How cool are the new Pinwheel Dies at Your Next Stamp. I have big plans for this die, they are the perfect size for cupcake toppers and more! Summer Fun around the Corner!

It's only a matter of weeks before all the munchkins are out and the beach and pool become a major staple in this house. I definitely have two fishes and I can't blame them, it gets hot way before the hot "months" like August come around. I love it and so do they.

This image is me, Snorkel Fun Penguin, LOL!!! I don't need the tubbie except for some serious lounging around after a long week at work. I'm ready for the water and some serious summer fun!

I just love the new Celebrate Circle Sentiments! I see a whole lot of fun with this set in my future. Actually I love all the new sentiments, clearly! LOL!!

I went back forth on whether I should put a handle on the gift/treat box or not. It's for a boy and I didn't think they appreciate it looking like a purse so I left it out. Our little Frog Critter is from the Smiley Critter Set One. His dots are so cute!

I love this little box. It's made with one sheet of 8.5 x 11 sheet of cardstock! How awesome is that?!

Well we have reached the end of April. Raise your hand if you can't believe we are going into MAY!!! {{mine is really high}} What?! Where is this year going? I have to start figuring out what to do with my girls over the Summer Break! and there's an elementary school graduation! That one makes me a little sad and terrified that they will be tweens soon and headed to middle school. Okay let's move on....

Well April Showers brings May Flowers and here they are in this sweet new image by Your Next Stamp. This is Spring Garden Robin, she is new to the YNS family just released this month. I hope you got to play along during our hop, we had a great time. Today is the last day for a dear co-worker that I have worked for a long time. I made this for her. I will miss her...

Welcome to a double whammy day! It's Tasty Tuesday at Your Next Stamp's blog and we are Sneaking a Peek at April's New Stamp release! Whoot Whoot! So let's get started with Tasty Tuesday. What a great inspirational picture, I love the colors of blue and brown together and these cookies are just too yummy looking.

Now to introduce to you Groovy Cute Fhiona and she has this amazing coordinating set called Groovy 70's sentiments. Okay I'll admit I was a 70's baby, a baby. I didn't to see all the great styles but I do remember the tye-dye look and I did my best to make her outfit look like one. I love that this style never really died. I just made tye-dye shirts with my girls! Hope you like!

With all that is happening in the news lately sometimes you just need to disconnect. My favorite paranormal romance author recently released another book to the Black Dagger Brotherhood. If you are into seriously hot vampires, you have to read this series. Talk about major get a way from reality!!! You need to start from Dark Lover by JR Ward. Don't get me started on her Fallen Angels series too!

I like my books and movies the same. Never to close to reality.It drives my family nuts when they want to go see movies like Zero Dark Thirty and I want to see OZ. LOL!!

Onto a little card sharing, I love Saturated Canary Images. I'm sure if you've been around my blog you have seen quite a bit of them recently and I love this digi! I matted her on MME paper and her sentiment is from Greeting Farm. I see that she's into Paranormal romances too, LOL!!

Hope you have a great Saturday. Today I am shopping for First Communion dresses and I hope the search is quick since we are expecting rain all day. BUT I have to tell you, right now it's gorgeous outside. It wouldn't be the first time the weather changed making the weathermen look like they have egg on thier face. Tough Job!

It's Spring at Your Next Stamp!

Happy Friday! I know I have been a little slow in posting lately. Well I have been playing catch up at home and work and I hate to admit it I lost a little of my Mojo. But no worries a few new purchases of stamps and paper and I am excited to say my Mojo is returning and I have been coloring these last few days. Now I have too many ideas racing through my head! Which is a good thing because next week Your Next Stamp is bringing you a new release this month! I should say that is what brought my Mojo back because what is coming is soooo stinkin cute and fun! You are going to love it!

Today I bring you our FUN FRIDAY challenge. The theme is Spring Fling and I bring you soft spring colors and Ellie! This is the newly released Ellie loves Birds. She is just so sweet! I matched her up with Boho Chic paper and colored of course in Copic pens.

A Perfect Spring Day!

Hello friends. Well I am back from vacation and from the hospital. Yes, I said hospital. The odd weather days during vacation sent me to the hospital with an upper respiratory infection. But good news, I am on the mend. In fact, today is about the first day that I didn't really cough as much. It is a perfect Spring Day. I finally got to return to work too and honestly I am just worn out. I can't wait til my energy returns too. I'm dying to sit down and color. I have thank you cards to create for my fabulous nurses. They were truly beautiful ladies with big hearts.

I'm sharing two quick cards with you today. I made them a while ago but it wasn't time to show off Spring/Summer like cards in the middle of winter. Do you do that? Sometimes I just want to color a specific image not related to any time of year. That was this. I think it was Thanksgiving and I was making these. I hope you like them!

I hope everyone is having a great end of week! Sadly it's the end of Spring Break and I'm still away with my munchkins enjoying it to the very end, but on Monday it's back to school and soon it will be Teacher Appreciation week. So this Fun Friday at Your Next Stamp the theme is Celebrations who better to celebrate but a Teacher!

The sentiment is from the new set released earlier this month called Whatnots Sentiments Set One and the sweet little girl is Spectacular and she is SPECTACULAR! It's filled with pencils right now but I intend to filled it with sweets for my munchkins teacher. I also have to make one more. Luckily Spectacular is so quick and fun to color!

We here we on my final post as a guest designer for C.R.A.F.T Challenges. I have a blast designing for them this month. It was really fun!! And I am happy to join them on their 200th challenge! WOW!!!

C.R.A.F.T challenges is super excited and I an excited for them! This week it's all about Moms. Celebrate Mother's Day in this weeks challenge. I bring you a great digi by Floppy Latte Designs.

I love the flowers in this image and I could have went with the normal sunflower yellow but I changed it up a little and I really like it!
