ok guess what, graduated from the university of manitoba.. what's next?? Seriously this is a damn good question, i got almost half a year to rest and stay home to do exercise, learn popping, eat, cook, giving presentation, learning something from my dad and tones of "etc" things to do *period*

Sounds like an interesting life after graduate huh? well things start getting messy after that half a year honey moon. 3 options I see for ma future:
1) Masters
2) France
3) Manitoba

Ain't that simple??? lol should I throw a dice and let the figure decide ma future??? Guess not..

Currently in Nashville, will depart for San Fransisco in another couple of days. I love travelling wif ma parents, and it would be perfect to get both Paul and Wilfrid to join in =)

However, I sense something sinister while I was back in Winnipeg from France. Something must had gone terribly wrong while I was away. don't wanna think more about it, coz tat ugly creature is won't gonna be happy for the rest of itz life if i know who it is... @.@

Yesterday was Canada day, so we went to walk around downtown the forks. It was super crowded, people here and there and we get to board the free shuttle bus at specific area in corydon, downtown and the forks. the dinner in Hanabi was so-so, and the fireworks...to be honest was disappointing =( however, it was a fun day, and we were all totally wear out when we reached home at around 1 am-ish...sigh**

The day before, we were watching Transformers at St.Vital. The movie was awesome, great effects and Optimus Prime was invincible!!!! However, like alvin says, a brainless action blockbuster movie~~ lol anyways we did enjoy the movie wif free pop and popcorn..Bumble bee and Jetfire were the other 2 transformers I LOVE~~ Can you imagine some transformer with a walking stick and cries??? haha this is just purely awesome!!~~!!

The night after Transformers was GO Karting. meh... I suck in this kind of game. The first game I was ranked number 4 I guess, Game 2 and Game 4 last... and Game 3 I got 2nd last. But well, it just means that I have to sharpen my driving skills!!!!!

i am doing some job with agri food canada in richardson centre, and guess what, i was late on the 2nd day. guess im gonne be the target ady luu.. better start to be the start to report in in da future i guess =/

then, after one tiring day in the lab + volunteering, we went to the forks and makan some nice korean food, caribbean food, and mini donuts. we visited a wine store and the cognac liquer store right upstairs. ended up buying "lotion", which actually was a grape called grappa incorporated to make a white chocolate cream liquer thingy, a bottle of cognac, and 2 cigar sticks. picha will do the talking:

so basically, the so-called lotion liquer gets itz name due to the texture, colour, and packaging. kinda funny but the stuff was silky smooth, creamy, and taste like milk.

currently in the board room of Food Safety Initiatives, a Federal branch Agency in Morris, Manitoba. we had Italian food for lunch, and one of the employees is having his birthday today so we ate some cake as well. it was a really good first day of work. People here are friendly and nice, and not much pressure when we are doing our work, which is good.

on friday went for public wine tasting from over 100++ wineries i guess. of course, we have to drink the most expensive wines right?? Champagne, Barolo, Amarone, Ice Wine (all are $40 and above). Yummy yummy, and i bought some ice wine for mummy, thats for mother's day!!!!

start working today with dr lengyel, but the work super dry and boring..what to do?? well thats for only half a month, i can bear with it..met wif a guy that has connection wif france embassy in toronto, can hasten up my process of obtaining my visa, oo ee yeeh~~

not long ago,my "biao di shao" messaged me on skype, and asked whether I am ok since the swine flu event had been so serious around the states and Mexico. I told her my lifespam was so stubborn that even though I tried to kill myself 1000 times, I never succeed, k...then there is when the nightmare begins.

the day after boasting how strong i am, i was struck by a mysterious high fever and stomach cramp. i had to lie on the bed the whole day, chocking down 4 panadols in the process, and can only rely on fluids to remain conscious. i also recall myself singing like a mad man that early morning *the starting of my mysterious fever* and 1st thing ram thru my mind, i gonna get quarantine...nooooo!!! swine flu!!!!!

anyways, after resting 15 hours on my comfy bed, i can now announced to the world that i had fully recovered from that crazy fever~~and no swine flu, indeed, i am super strong, immortal!!! won't die to such stupid disease lol xP

2 days ago, s.c. came back from the used to be dreaded NS, to the now enjoyable, happy play land NS. so to celebrate her homecoming, i opened up a wine named after her!!!
Chateau StJean Sonoma Chardonnay 2007
ain't it cool, its name after you ehh!!!but if you are reading this, disregard the following paragraph, xP

Tasting notes:
2007 Chateau StJean Chardonnay, unlike the sensation the Chile Sauvignon Blanc, Australia/Italy Pinot Grigio, and German Riesling bring. It has a really full mouth feel, like embracing a tender blanket of soft liquid on the mouth. Does not have a strong aroma profile, but the wine itself is sweet and smooth, wif a little sourness into it.
Describing it with mere words, would say reminds me of a sweet, memorable memory happened in just one day almost 3/4 year from now. Nothing is perfect in the world, so an enjoyable day fill with sweetness would have a tiny bits of sourness into it, even though it is kinda short, and only lasted for couple of minutes. Just like this wine provide, the finishing is all smooth, but there is a tiny bit of sourness into it, reminding me of that bitter incident.
I am really loving this wine, and somemore it resembles your name, you know who you are~!~

yesterday i walked around 45 minutes in the thundering snow storm..chilly winds and pilling snows on the road was all the obstacles for me to Banville and Jones, my ultimate target on getting a hand of a Bordeaux + Burgundy wine. I was distress when first finding out that the address given to me was wrong, according to GOOGLE!!! I was damn pissed, but there was no turning back, so I decided to venture further down the road, hoping to find that slim glimpse of hope...

walking further down the road, i had a feeling of dizziness, vision became blur..i was about to collapse onto the ground, but i found something convincing, which i am SURE it is Banville and Jones..and guess what, IT IS!!! all the tiredness from the 45 minutes walk just vanished into thin air, and i start to explore the wonderful world of wine in front of me!!!

there were tones of variety all around the shop, from accessory to cheap wines to uber expensive wine, and to be honest, i can't imagine to see a REAL CHATEAU MOTOUN ROTHSCHILD presenting in front of me!!! They have the 95, 98, 03 and several other vintage of it, I even took a picture with the most expensive 03 vintage one (CND 690++!!) and a wine from Chateau Le Pin (2,100 CND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Travelling to the top 5 vineyard in france had always been my dream, which are Chateau Motoun Rothschild, Chateau Lafite Rothschild, Chateau Margaux, Chateau Latour and Chateau Haut-Brion. I had seen one of the wine from one of the vineyard, the next, is to earn enuf money and actually drink them!!!

last but not least, i got a CONFIRMED placement in Burgundy!!!!! I get to go to FRANCE!!!!! OH MY GOD!!~~!! Words can't describe how i feel now to be honest, itz just superb!!!~!!!!

Dead, as simply as that, a reality everyone faces in a daily basis. We aren't just aware, but we might die in every single future seconds, given the fact that ANY accident might occur that kills.

Are you afraid of Dead? For me, dead is just a cycle one must face. I fear no death, but I fear that one day if i really die,it would cause sorrows and sadness to my love ones, especially my dad, mum and brothers. no other bonds are even a match family. Grandpa passed away during Xmas, may he R.I.P. he left us, but we are the ones who carry the sorrow and have our lives to continue. Sometimes, I feel death, itz just a way to escape reality (not saying my grandpa) especially for those damn suiciders..bunch of crap man.

Once asked by my friend, if one day you get cancer or w/e disease, what will you do. I told him, I will rather chose a quick death rather than spending my parents hard-earned money. Now, I changed my mind. I wouldn't die to a pathetic chronic disease. I would survive, and by all means, cause I don't want to let my loves one carry the sorrows of my leaving.

Gosh, what the heck am I talking about today. nyways, to live is to fight, i will continue fight on. TO LIVE!!If death had taken its role, i would face it wif vigor and sanity!!!

recently, my blog has lots itz purpose. it had became a mere playground for me to clown about myself and updates on my foolish daily activities. Why? because i am not putting serious thoughts into blogging anymore. In short, it has lost itz pure and initial purpose that it is supposed to be.

what brings me to think of this? Olivia's blog. She mentioned things of what to really input in your blog. Something meaningful, able to share your happiness, or even appraisal of some other being. My blog was used to be like that, and now, see what it had became??

don't get me wrong, im not emo. I just really have to blog more maturely, instead of blogging like a highschool kiddo, bragging about this and that. people change, but the root of your mind doesn't. maybe i am meant to be like that? well, i deny it and i will change for the sake of maself.

and also dude, please watch your mouth. you think you are so interesting and cool, but in truth you are just damn bloody bored and lame. people are just too kind to critique in front of you. bear that in mind, no matter how true you think you are by exposing ur true self to the others.

Heavy weight bottle, full, rich, lashings of raspberry and blueberry. Great length. Alcohol 13.5%.

My Thoughts:
Excluding Black Nobel, so far this is far superior than the Pinot Noir(Argentina), Carmenere(Chilie), and Merlot(French) I had. Perhaps personal preferences may explain?? Carbenet Sauvignon, full bodied, rich flavor, high acidity and high tannin. These are the words decribing the core cabernet sauvignon I guess. From the good stuff I drank, the woody aroma covered the fruity flavor of the wine itself. At first I was confused, it wasn't the earthy soil aroma that Carmenere brought, yet not as fresh smelling as Pinot Noir that I had. It is just heavy oaked, woody aroma I shall say. The fruity profile does came along after a while, but not as strong. However, the wine itself provided the crimson, warm red color which is not as colorful as Carmenere I had. Made the mouth feel a little harsh, has a little bitter onto its taste and the finished was rough yet satisfying. Now I know my flavor profile for wine: Heavy bodied, rich flavor, and probably not something sweet and sour like White Zin or other white wines.

Description for a Carmenere wine:
Carménère wine has a deep red color and aromas found in red fruits, spices and berries. The tannins are gentler and softer than those in Carbenet Sauvignon and it is a medium body wine. Although mostly used as a blending grape, wineries do bottle a pure varietal. Carménère which, when produced from grapes at optimal ripeness, imparts a cherry-like, fruity flavor with smokey, spicy and earthy notes and a deep crimson color. Its taste might also be reminiscent of dark chocolate, tobacco, and leather. The wine is best drunk young.

Description for Ventisquero Grey Carmenere 2005:
Deep ruby red wine with aromas of black fruit such as blackberries, mixed in with notes of black pepper, traces of vainilla and a delicate smokey tang. It is a well-structured wine with smooth and velvety tannins, ideal for exotic food, meat on the grill, ripe cheeses and strong fish.

What I feel:
First opening the wine and while smelling it, an aroma of the woods, moisten soil in the forest was all i sense, nothing fruity, nothing like spice. My friends even feel like the wine itself has a rotten mushroom sense -.-'' However, it gives me the feeling of a Pinot Noir, just not as strong, acidic, and spicy as a Pinot Noir. The base is not heavy, more towards medium light, and has a really smooth finish. Mades the tounge feels a little itchy (in a good way) and very pleasant feeling. However, I set the wine aside in a carafe for an hour, and guess what, the natural aroma was all but gone, save the fruity flavour arising from the carafe itself and made the wine smells really nice. I guess the trick is, set it aside for an hour to rid of the overwhelming "aroma of nature", and we would have a pleasant wine tasting period (without rotten mushroom taste?? lol)

Though she left for KL during 2ndary school, we are still quite close, and we are never lack of topic to chat(according to her). Though our time of interactions are not as much, she is the one i love the most. Glad to have you as my relative as well. 2) Jeanie Low （堂姐）P.C = Pretty Cousin
Sorry no picture of her. But shes a gorgeous little lady. Sexy and pretty are the only words to describe her...so, my P.C? lol not computer lar~~ Only thing I remember is she took care of me a lot when I am smaller, and my dad always ring out my memory by telling me " you always shouted “姐姐妮，过来来吃榴莲！！” Since she is just living next door, and that was of course during the Durian season =P We had more interaction when our families went to China together. And she is the most popular among other younger little cousins (small brats at ages of 6-10, i was 16 gua tat time...), all wanted her to company and hold their hands them during trips from one place to another. But you know who arose as the victor lar (evil grin muahahahahaha~!)

3) Goh Chun Yan （表姐）G.C = Goldfish Cousin
This girl aaa, also seriously...Ok lets start with the the form of address. Used to call her "jie Jie Chun yan" but since I skipped one grade during elementary, I became only "2 years younger than her" as opposed to "3 years younger" if you get what I mean. So, in school, calling Jie Jie Chun Yan very embarassing one lor..so, thats the time where Goldfish, nerd yan, pig yan etc etc starts to pumped out my mind. So bad of mi but this cousin also very sayang me one though. would be in tones of trouble if not becoz of her in Canada. so, you are on the list of my favoured cousins~~=P


4) Goh Chun Bey （表妹）B.B.C = Ben Ben Cousin
Sista to Chun Yan, but the characteristic...totally opposite. Basically, kena me bully since we are young and little. I will never miss a chance to bully and mock her when we had activities together. Since our families quite close, we go to each others house quite often and the outcome is, total domination over her (also with the help of some other cousins combine forces to bully her). Still naive little girl, n shes coming to Canada. Well I wil get more entertaiment when she is here. Can't wait leh Chun Bey =D

5) Goh Ee Ling （表妹）aka GEL M.C = Model Cousin
This girl aa..as she grows shes getting more and more attractive from day to day. got that so called 灵气..always leng lui, always the central of attention, always the most pretty one. but also, always kena us bully still xP erm...the one i can remember best is, when she came to stay over night at our place, we made fun of her by closing the lights when she is showering, and even closed the heater. well, it was supposed to be a "team" effort, but end up i am the only one get grounded =.= you guys arr(the other male cousins), really not sporting one..but anyhow, had tones of fun before she went to kl.. also when she said "i am willing to be the sha sha person to support your blog" made my day long long time ago ^_^

First, a brief introduction to Pinot Noir:

To describe Pinot Noir is to focus on texture and aroma. It is smooth and silky, with subtle, elegant, almost elusive aromas. Pinot Noir is often described as being a "difficult" grape,to grow,to deal with in the winery,and to find truly great examples of, but fans are passionate about this veriety,as sensually expressed by the dialogue between Miles and Maya in the 2004 movie "Sideway"

That was a general introduction for Pinot Noir, as for the stuff I drank today (alongside Salmon) reviews were as followed:

Alamos Pinot Noir 2006 is an elegant, delicate and complex wine. Of a red garnet color, the nose is fresh with crisp cherry and strawberry flavors interwoven with candied fruit aromas and spice. Oak aging adds subtle vanilla and liqueur notes. On the palate, an initial sweetness leads to a complex, unctuous, light-structured wine, with soft, round tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Lastly, for my own opinion, what I taste from the wine is a fruity aroma (though cant feel the cherry or strawberry), it goes down smoothly, but the finish was with a high spice content (for me) and somewhat I can't identify what spices were in it. Somewhat sour, but theres also a little sweetness in it. The color was ruby red, not dark yet not light, in the middle. Well, for a noobish wine taster as me, I shall try more wine and of course, less complicated wine such as Merlot as compose to the more sophisticated Pinot Noir. I enjoy it, but however, I can't tell what's in it. It takes practise I guess. The 3 wines that still roam through my mind are Riunite Lambrousco, De Bortolli's Black Noble and Brown Brothers Moscato. They gave me a pretty deep impression and the taste are still lingering around my busy packed mind. Ah well, thanks for reading everyone ^_^

v day was indeed fun even though dint really have a date (stop asking me people!!!)
had a new hair cut, look new and fresh
had a dinner wif housemate and couple of friends, it was fun and nice social
had another sip on my black noble, it was enticing and alluring
had a chat wif friends on msn, it was warm and welcoming

indeed, it was a good day after all :)

haha, i am on 7th heaven, so proud of myself!!!

ahem, someone was babbling and nagging about how blogging is so boring, not motivated, not inspired..blablabla..now he is gonna explode everything here RIGHT NOW!!!

b4 heading out for school, i observe the outer scenery from home. how splendid, no wind, mild rain, and snows melting. most importantly it is only -1 outside, eeyeh!! well, the nightmare had just begin ladies and gentleman. heading out from my apartment, all seems good too except a little slippery. i tot i am gonna manage well but 1) too hasty, 2) big striding steps, 3)not careful enuf..I tripped on the car park TWICE!!! imagine being here for 4 years and I never tripped, and my golden record has been broken.

nvm, it was supposed to be a so so day i guess, but guess what, i tripped again later today!! i wanted to catched the bus, which is just 30 steps ahead of me, and guess what...i TRIPPED AGAIN!!! 3RD TIME!!! and i MISSED THE BUS!!!! ARGH!!!! so frustrated, and I didn't get enuf sleep, so panda eyes for me throughout the day!!!

grr, so damn pissed today, even though my morning was a splendid one (b4 going to school). and, i ma wierdy, since u r wierdo. lol? haiz, hopefully no rain tmr lar... -.-''

lately, i had lost the purpose and inspiration on blogging..WHY? don't ask why, because there is no answer to it. Just like feeling, it comes and fades, just like that. unanswerable. well, in terms on blogging, i relli have no idea WHY the feeling just gone.. In terms of reading others blog, writing your own blog, or bla bla bla.. events from the pass are only part of the memory, it cant keep pushing u forward till the end of days. so, time to move on?

today the Malaysian student association had a Chinese New Year dinner. Considering how little time they have to prepare, I really want to give them credit for organizing such dinner. Good job guys!!! (even though I didn't get the lucky draw ang pau xP)

there was also indeed a Karaoke session and my name was kena shouted several times. Luckily I din't ran up the stage and sang or else I guess I will make everyone faint? lol?

anyways, it was fun tonight. =)

i have no idea why i am so tired today..
was only awake in the first class, and was literally falling asleep in the next field trip to peak of the market (well only for couple of minutes...-.-...copy cat-ing) but was really impressed with all the packaging method and recall program they have. It is the most worthwhile field trip compare to the previous two..

class was as dry as usual, but going to the gym was fun!! it is always fun to go to the gym, so many activities to do, and the best part of it is getting fatigue!! strange ei i go to the gym to get fatigue. but it simple implies:
1) getting healthier and having a better body
2) sleep well and concentrates better in gym (your body metabolism increases)
3) feel LIGHTER!!
4) feel the tightness

haha, i am an exercise addict now, and got a really well-deserved sleep after gym, regenerated all my sore and fatigued muscles.. gonna go gym again tmr!!! eeyeh~~

today, as usual, woke up super early on a WEEKEND!!! what's wrong with me, am I supposed to enjoy the sincere quietness of morning by keep on sleeping on my comfy bed? naah, but soon after, i know the purpose of my early awakening..

i am not supposed to got on msn, as mentioned in ma previous blog coz i nid to develop some life thoughts, however due to someone hor, wanna ask me something hor, and also very nice one hor..i cant just leave h** like tat, so i went online, and guess what, an hour and a half (i guess) talking on msn wif kim*2 and you know who you are..lol and i ended up din't go to gym while doing p90x at home (it hurts, my abs, my back, my arm.......IN A GOOD WAY!!!!)

nyways, was nice to go on msn (for a while that is). i shud keep on concentrating on the stuff that i am supposed to do..so, for the time being, adios yar!!!!

its 2 am in the morning and the reason i am still awake is my brother. had been chatting with him since 2 hours ago and we have a discussion about the younger generations nowadays. well, it is hard to reach an mutual agreement, where me being the rational thinker and he as the aggressive person in the conversation. but i am glad everything sorted out well, and i was impressed of how he had developed throughout the years without me guiding him. im so proud of you laddy, and i had always love and care for you. (of course u also lar u who knows who you are) however, just try to be more rational and go easy on life. thinking too much stuff that you can't control only hurts you, and we are not saint, we are not meant to change this world, we are only here to do our part, just like in the movie, we are the stars on our own stage and leave all the rest to the director to direct us in our life (which is our own belief and thinking)

well, just came back from Dr.Lengyel's office. Nestle finally made a move and HR people sent my resume to 2 department in the facility. So they want to have a look on my unofficial transcript to determine whether I can be the person to join the crew. Seriously as time progresses, I get more NERVOUS and eventually thinking that I WON'T GET the job. I am an optimist, but now I tend to be pessimistic and think that the job won't come for me and I will eventually end up in a huge disappointment..

I don't know lar, I just wanna hug someone and shout out at the top of my lungs. Just need someone who can share my burden with me at the moment. Just want to lessen the pressure I am putting at myself now. This is the even worse than waiting for a final grade result. So stress now, and noone can bless me with his/her lucky charm...

officially and certified, i am currently undergoing burned out state for being not contented and aggressive enough for the pass January. recently ran out of topics in conversations and always bs-ing where i am not supposed to do so. also tones of crazy stuff out there are really driving me nuts and can't think rationally lately.

so, in terms of getting back into the normal state or proceed into another transition state, the following HAS to be done:

1) Wake up at 7 on WEEKDAYS (And no sleeping in!!!)
2) Disappear in MSN for the time being (for..half a month?)
3) Update myself with the world's latest news daily (like.. Iceland government "disbanded" because of the financial crisis)
4) Write blog that has higher english literature level (I do demand alot from myself, ain't I?)
5) Be a good friend of the dictionary (@.@)
6) CLEAN UP YOUR ROOM AND GET TIDY!!!!!! (The room will get messy in a weeks time anyways)
7) Read a chapter of twilight per day (I LOVE READING,just don't have much time lately)
8) Do rehab exercises and go to gym 4 times per week (To be a lean-fighting-machine)
9) Close your eyes and meditate (wow..this is the fundamental state to inner peace)
10) STOP BABBLING!!! (people hate ME for that)

today was chatting on msn wif u know who u r regarding music~ so as it seems i am the one being the copy cat again(i am always the copy cat for duno wat reason xP). whatever music she like, i also like. so i am termed "copy cat" lol. nyways, im a universal music listener, apa-apa pun listen lar.Majority of the music I listend is English though, then Instrumental, then Chinese, and others are the less listened one, including J-pop, Korean, Malay, Latin, French, Cantonese etc etc. but ah well, music freak i am. haha never knew i would enjoy myself so much in today's career fair~ got to meet a lot of familiar faces and it was fun hanging out with them again. Biggest surprise was meeting Gav, aww...i missed her so so mcuh!! got to talk wif the Canadian Wheat Board people, and hopefully can get good news from them. Also meet several new faces, all cool people man ^^

got an email from nestle, and they are considering taking me in for the practicum!! I am over the moon man~itz a gud start, but hopefully i will get to go to the nestle food product department and do a 3 month practicum~ god please grant me this golden opportunity!!

compare to normal people, i consider myself to be a little more lucky. Is it a gift? or a curse? lol randomness struck again~ Anyways, fate is decided by yourself, so u decided to be lucky yourself, who can deny you? A: Nobody!!!

lastly, i went to gym today! n i had become a "Adidas Guy"..Adidas shoes, pants and shirt..thats funny but they fit well all together haha~ and NG, I bought a Nivea bathing foam, lol!!~~
