Charlotte's newest hair accessory

I finally found something Charlotte will actually leave in her hair. She has so much long hair, and it's always in her face. She pulls out hair clips and hides them in her car seat, hair bands slip out of her soft hair. Now I can finally see her pretty face.

Another birthday!

We want to wish my fabulous, sister Kerry, a fantastic birthday today! We hope it's as special as you are. We miss you and can't wait to see you!

My little bunnies

My cute bunnies. They had fun with their bunny ears. This is one of the many pictures I took of them with their ears on. I'll be sending out Easter cards soon, but I wanted to share this picture. This isn't the one I chose for the card, although I think I should have.

Dancing Queen

My little ballerina. So cute, she just loves to dance. When she turns 3 she's going to start dance classes. She'll be the cutest one in the class!

Remember when...

I found an old roll of film the other day, and I got it developed. Here's some of the pictures...

Easter 2004. Connor wasn't even two years old yet. Look at that blond hair. Oh, how I miss that blond hair. In the one on the left, he's eating candy he found in some eggs.

Me, at seven months pregnant with Charlotte. Ignore the bathing suit, please. I guess I was going to go out to the pool.

Charlotte at two months. My sweet baby, when she was a baby. Man, I miss those days. I must keep repeating; I will not have another baby, I will not have another baby....

It was fun getting that film developed. It brought back so many memories. I miss Connor being a toddler, but I love the way he is now. He's growing into such a sweet boy. I also miss being pregnant. I LOVED being pregnant. Even through the bed rest and pre-term labor scare with Connor, and the nausea and hatred of salsa with Charlotte. I would do it over again. My girl is growing so fast. She still is so little, but yet so big at the same time. These pictures remind me to cherish EVERY moment I have with them. Before I know it, they will be grown.

Cute in capris

This picture isn't the greatest because she wouldn't stop moving. She looked too cute in her capri outfit today, I had to take a picture. Well, it was just an excuse to take a picture. Really I'm non-stop with the camera. The kids probably think I had it surgically attached to my eye. Someday, I will get the camera of my dreams, and the picture taking will only get worse. I like my camera, but I'd love a really good digital. I'm tired of taking my film to Walmart. I have a digital, but only use it for the blog. So, sometimes I take the same picture with two different cameras. It drives the kids crazy. I'm a bit strange, I know!

Why are there so many cute girl clothes out there? Everywhere I go, so many temptations to buy Charlotte new things. I don't even buy myself clothes anymore, I'm too focused on getting Charlotte adorable outfits. I think I may have a problem, or do all moms do this? Charlotte's closet is full, it's even color coordinated. Well, so is mine, but Connor's isn't. Is that wrong? Although, I did buy him a Green Day shirt today (his favorite band).

One more thing, it's so pretty and warm out today. I have the office window open, and the outdoor smells are coming in and I can hear the birds chirping. It's great. Anthony is out mountain biking, his favorite past time. What a great day!

Another outdoor adventure

This place is only five miles from our house. We love the outdoors. We live in a city, but places like this are so close. We are lucky.

A playground too

There was even a playground for the kids. You won't see Connor in any of these pictures because he was at school.

Tall trees

The trees reached up to the sky.

Nap time

We went on the hike during Charlotte's nap time.

Starting them early

The kids love to go on the treadmill, and get some exercise or as Charlotte says, essersice). On days I can't make it to the gym I try to get on our treadmill. Today, I know I won't be able to make it to the gym so I got in some exercise at home, so of course Connor and Charlotte wanted in on some of the action too, even in their jammies! I guess it's never too early to begin exercising.
