On My Mind!

I know all of you will probably be shocked that I am posting with no pictures but theres been so much on my mind I just have to share. First things first...I started work again being a special needs aide and I Love My Job:) I have the best group of kids to work with and they always are smiling and happy, I think we could all benefit and learn a lesson from them, especially me. It also gets me thinking about how thankful I am to have three normal and healthy (physically and mentally) Boys. I think the parents of these kids are angels and are going to go straight to heaven. Heavenly Father definitely knew what he was doing when I got three easy (relatively) kids. That brings me to the second thing weighing on my mind... I'm convinced I'm on the verge of a nervous breakdown LOL. I don't know how many of you know but I am working three jobs right now, I'm a bus aide, doing finances for a local company, and still teaching dance. I don't know how this happened, it all just kinda fell into place. I never went looking for work and am not necessarily doing it for the money. All of that is fine but then you add Dylan and Karsten in football, Karsten and Jaxon in soccer, scouts, activity days, homework, a yard, a house, and just being a mom. I'm convinced I'm going crazy. And yes I know I did it to myself! And now the third and last thing... On August 11th me and Tyler celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. I cant believe its been 10 years and I really cant believe how much has changed and how much stays the same. We really aren't the same people we were when we got married, funny how that happens. We have both grown in different ways and luckily in the same ways too. We have lost so much in the last 10 years, and become stronger in our marriage because of it. Tyler is the young mens president in our ward and last Sunday he asked me to come talk in his lesson to the Priests about attributes of a good husband. I wish I had kept my list but everything I wrote down to talk about was describing him. He is a great husband and wonderful father. So 10 years, 3 kids, a house, busy schedules, and so many great memories later we are still as happy as ever! Sorry I was kinda long winded, so next time I promise no more ranting and raving and tons of pictures!

Jaxon's First Ride

The night before Jaxon started kindergarten he decided he was big enough he now needed to ride his bike without training wheels. So his dad took them off and away they went.

Midnight Madness

Karsten #10

Jaxon the future lineman!

Dylan #87

Dylan with his concussed head!

Both Karsten and Dylan are playing tackle football this year. To kick off the season they have midnight madness in Mesquite, and play 5, 10 minute games and it lasts all night. It was fun they had water toys for the kids to play on , but it was SOOO hot! We played on turf and the rumor is the turf itself was 160 degrees! In Dylans 2nd to last game he went up for a pass and got tackled hard and ended up getting a concussion from his head bouncing on the field when he landed. One of his coaches is a Doctor which im so thankful for and told us he was done playing for the night. We were there from 2 to 11:30 which made for a long day, but so worth it to watch my boys play.

First Day Of School

Jaxon started kindergarten and has Mrs. Wright for a teacher, she's great. I almost cried his first day of school, he's been my best buddy for the last five years we've done everything together, so it was hard day. He was so excited and has been looking forward to it for a long time.

Karsten is in 4th grade this year and has Mrs. Peterson for a teacher! So far he thinks shes great!

Dylan started 7th grade and now has 8 class periods a day, so that should be interesting and add to the homework load. (sorry the last 2 pics aren't very good I was at work and thats what happens when dad takes them!)

Weekend Getaway

Jaxon asleep during the game

Whit and Alisca

Dylan was scared to death to go on the Swing, but once they got going he loved it and Karsten was then terrified!

The weekend before school started we headed to Salt Lake to go school shopping, go to a Bees game and hit Lagoon. We had a great time and had my sister and cousin Alisca join us! I havent laughed that hard in a long time, between Whitnee and Karsten they kept us rolling! I love spending time with my family especially outside our normal environment and stresses, it always reminds me why they are mine and how much I love them, and how much fun we have!
