Gotta Have It: Pattern Nylons

Nylons are back in action.

I worked at Victoria's Secret in college and despised the dress attire policy of wearing nylons -- even in the summer! But now I'm loving the pattern nylon trend. I'm looking forward to sporting some with boots for fall. I bought a pair a few months ago but couldn't bear to wear them in the summer heat. What do you think - yay or nah?

She's a Glamorous Girl

One of my favorite GLAMAZON celebrity icon's is Rita Hayworth.

And it's not just for her extraordinary beauty, classiness and style BUT rather her GLAM waves. If your a style fashionista, you know that styles are recycled. When I researched this fabulous hair style, I noticed it first was recycled in the 70's/80's.

A Weekend in the Midwest

I'm in Ohio for Labor Day weekend visiting family. A quiet little getaway. My boyfriend/fiance is visiting for the first time. Although it's not the same as California, I'm sure he'll love it!

Gotta Have Bling!

In an attempt not to appear too high-maintenance and keep my boyfriend waiting, I got dressed in a flash on Sunday. Consequently, I left the house without any accessories! My boyfriend snapped this photo of me as we were walking to Loews hote l in Santa Monica to have lunch and a cocktail poolside.

He took such a pretty photo, but I wish I had some of my jewelry designs on. Which piece of jewelry do you think would have been best?

1. Bold silver necklace with blue chipped chalcedony stones.

2. Whimsical heart-shaped horn earrings.

3. Boho-chic palmwood bracelet. Or it could be worn as a choker.

4. Modern "fringe fever" earrings.

5. Dainty gold aqua gemstone necklace.
