Picking a Tree

There is a tree farm in alpine that I have always wanted to go check out. Β You get to pick your own tree and then cut it down. Β It so happened that Chris and my dad were both out of town and if we waited any longer we wouldn’t be able to get our tree from this place so me and mom decided to go check it out. Β It was fun looking at all the trees and picking our own. Β We picked a 9 foot one and mom picked a huge one! at least 14 feet i think. Β Well, the only way to get them home was to tie them to the top of my car. Β It looked pretty funny because the trees were bigger than the vehicle. Β πŸ™‚

Zoo Day

They held a free zoo day in November and while the other kids were at school I took Liam and we had a great time. Β It has been a while since we have been there and they had finally finished the new arctic exhibit with the polar bears. Β It was awesome and the polar bear was so funny, swimming the exact same pattern forever.

Out to Play

Hailey and Clayton came for Thanksgiving this year and adding motors of some sort always makes things more fun, so we met up with Justin and his family and some other friends and went to play in the dirt for the day…

Justin brought his Razor so we got to take turns going for a ride and Anna was just happy to play with the dirt…

Justin had a motorcycle Β that was just right for Caden and he had a ton of fun driving it around.

Dad brought the shot guns and the skeet shooter so we could take turns. Β It was really fun but I seriously need to practice my aim πŸ™‚

We ended the evening with hot dogs by the fire. Β It was a lot of fun πŸ™‚
