This week has flown by, it seems. Next week we'll be back to visit family & I have to practice for pageant. I don't like being away from home (& Kent) that long but I wanted to make this commitment and glad I did. We've been laid back so far this week. Monday we stayed at the house- I cleaned and picked up... yesterday I took a spin class at 9 and then we just messed around the house the rest of the day. I made a couple tutus & bows. The weather turned out beautiful so Kensley & I went for a couple walks. I say couple- once Kent came home and left to work out, Kensley was a little clingy so I just put her in her stroller and we went for a walk. It was so peaceful out. Today is our last day to be "lazy". I think we're going to go to Whitney's so Kensley & Hailey can play and the mommas can visit! They'll be leaving us soon- which is sad to think about. I'm going to miss their company! Tomorrow we have Lifegroup and then the start of Pink Impact. I am so excited Lindsey & I signed up. I can't wait to see what God has to teach me! :)

We've had a great day today. We're back in Mexia spending quality time with family. Kensley took pictures with bunnies today- I can't wait to see how the pictures turned out. Unfortunately, she wouldn't smile... AT ALL! She wasn't cranky- there was just so much going on that she was too into other things... she was funny with the little bunnies. We mainly hung out at Nonnie & Poppy's all day. She had her 6 month shots yesterday (we're almost a month behind). SHe did ok- there was a little more crying than usual... but she did good. The Dr. told me to start feeding her more food vs. milk- so today was our first day with three meals. I'm hoping she'll sleep all night tonight! We'll see :)

Poppy has been wanting to get her a swing at Wal Mart for a while now. It's one that you put on a tree outside. Today was so pretty- I wanted to go pick it up so she could swing. Dad & I went out to get it- Kensley loved it! She stayed in it for probably an hour! Nonnie, Poppy, Nana & Gramps, Great Grandma & Great Paw-Paw, Uncle Keith & Kyle were all outside. I love having all the family together- both sides. It makes me happy!! We all talked and Kensley stayed in her swing the whole time. Needless to say, once we got back into the house and she got her bath, she was wide awake ready to play!

We have lazy week ahead.........I'm excited.....

...or at least this FREEZING weather- GO AWAY!

I love weekends we stay at home. It's so relaxing! We get to sleep in and I always like that :) We didn't go to Mexia this weekend- I was suppose to do the 5K but ended up deciding against it because of the weather and the fact that my back still hurts! I took 3 days off completely this week so I knew I wouldn't be ready to run a 5K today. I'll have to find another one to sign up for now. Kent is going to try to finish the floor this weekend- yea! I will finally have my livingroom back! I really love the floors- it adds so much to the house!

Well, I'm going to crawl back in bed with Kent- I have Kensley on the bed with her toys- I can hear her talking in there now... so sweet.........

We really needed the rain but why does it have to feel like winter again?! I'm still trying to figure out if we're going to get out & go to Life Group this morning. Kensley just fell asleep & I don't know if I feel like getting her out in the freezing cold rain! I also really need to go work out (my back is feeling a lot better now) but again, I don't really feel like getting out in this weather! I may go this afternoon. IF it's not raining! As far as the 5K on Saturday. I don't think we're going to make it. It's suppose to be nasty weather & Kent really wants to get our floors done this weekend. I'm ok with it- however, I need to find another 5k to sign up for ASAP! I love how it motivates me to work out!

Yesterday we had a playdate to the mall with some other mommies from the Life Group. We had a lot of fun just visiting. Afterwards, Kensley & I headed to Old Navy to see if I could find any clothes. Luckily, I did! Woohoo!

I talked to a friend yesterday about my bows.... she had some great ideas on how to get the word out and try to sell them. I'm going to make a Myspace page and then I'm going to try going to different boutiques and see if I can get them in a few stores. I enjoy doing it so much! I've made a few more tutus as well. Hopefully I can get some customers!

Well, I'm finished with this blog and I've made my mind up... I think I'm going to stay in today and not go to Life Group...................................................................

Well, I am about to go to bed but thought I would blog since it's been a few days. This past weekend was great. We actually stayed home and got some things done. Friday, Kensley & I, Whitney & Hailey and Holly & Maddox all went to a consignment sale. We had a good time. Then when we got back, Liz came up and watched Kensley so Kent and I could go out with Christian & Megan. We ate Mexican food and then went to Billy Bobs for some Reckless Kelly. It was nice to get out. Luckily Kensley slept the whole time we were gone- so we didnt have to worry about her waking up wanting to eat! :) Saturday Kent played golf and I went and bought a jogging stroller... I LOVE it! We also went and got hardwood floor to put down. That's still a work in progress- but it's going to be SO beautiful! I can't wait :) Yesterday I decided I was going to try out the jogging stroller... WELL, I believe I either pulled a muscle or tweaked a nerve in my lower back. It hurts SOOO bad... and Saturday is the 5k! It's my first ever! The last thing I want to be is injured! I rested all day today and put a heating pad on my back, so hopefully it'll be better by Saturday. Tomorrow I'm going to the mall for a playdate with some moms from my Lifegroup. I'm looking forward to the trip because I get to go shopping! Hopefully I can find some good deals :)

Well, today has been a great day. Kensley & I went to my Life Group this morning. I am so glad I found this group- my walk with God needs some tuning and I know this group is right for me. The ladies are wonderful! We had lunch today- everyone brought something...it was great! Afterwards, Holly took us home and we were lazy... I was pretty tired- got up at 7 and took a shower and was on the go until 2. Kensley got up with me at 7... and at 7:30 tonight, she ate and was out! She's still asleep... so we'll see how long it lasts!! Tomorrow we have a big day- we're going to a huge consignment sale with Whitney & Holly. I am really excited about it. I'm hoping to come across some really good deals... and I've been looking for a jogging stroller... maybe I'll find one there! Tomorrow evening we MAY go out with a couple friends of ours. IF we can find a sitter for Miss Kensley. I'm a little uneasy about leaving her at bedtime because she still doesn't take a bottle.... we'll see... if she goes crazy, we'll just come back home- we won't be far.

Also, a big thing today- I sold almost $40 in bows! I am really getting the hang of making them and really hope I can sell a lot. Even though I don't make a lot of money on them, I enjoy doing them.
