its recess week!!! finally there is some time to relax and try to catch up with my studies.
i spent my friday, saturday and sunday at pasir ris with my friends from ocbc. the bbq was damn fun. and the birthday surprise from you guys were great!!! i loved you guys for giving me a surprise during the chalet. thank you guys for all the planning and surprises.
i would like to thank all my friends who wished me for my birthday. thank you guys for remembering my birthday.
i spent my monday with kj at bugis street. its all about shopping, eating and having fun. i got my black metallic print tee changed and bought 2 more, one as a gift from kj. kj bought 2 tees. cool~
tuesday was my birthday. my family ordered pizza and a cake from jack's place. oishi~
hmm.. so far, there is nothing great happening. i got to start studying soon..

in a few days time, i will be old. oh man~ i hate growing old. how good is it if i can be young forever...
i finally have the time to post. this few days i have been mugging damn hard, preparing for the quizzes for physics, maths and computing. i studied everyday till late nights, even till the extent that i got fever. wahahah. sian. i was damn happy it is all over for now. and the fact that i am quite certain my result for this ca should be quite good. and holiday's coming!!!

today is my grandfather's birthday...
we went to furama hotel to celebrate his birthday with my uncles, aunties and super-young cousins. its all buffet styled. which means its eat-till-you-drop competition!!! i ate the most among my relatives. 4 bowls of laksa. sashimi. chocolate coated marshmallows. ice-creams. chicken nuggets. fish nuggets. and much much more... i felt so sicked after everything.
so sinful, thus i should start my diet, training and money-saving plans on monday. 70kg.. more fit.. and so much more things for me to buy.. 1.. 2.. whoosh~

what a sin...
i went back to school today to represent block 35 in the inter-block badminton competition (i played doubles with kj). i was very depressed since i lost the game. i shouldnt have entered the competition in the first place. omg... i think i should train more and prepare for the competition next time. argh~ the opponents were definitely strong.
after the game, kj and i met fund and gang who offered to drive us to queenway. i bought a dc skate shoe. i am in love with skate shoes. firstly, they are nice and cool. secondly, the cushion are damn comfy cos the shoes are meant for skating. thirdly, they are quite durable. my current skate shoes are dc also and they lasted for 2 years and are still alive!!!
i also bought a brown etnies t-shirt (etnies = a skater brand) and a black bling-bling spider t-shirt. omg!!! damn sinful.
i recently found out i gained some weight. i think its time to get down to some serious business. wth!!!

01/09 (saturday)i went to have a haircut together with kj in the morning. we then went to compass point to buy a new racket for myself. its time to change after using the super duper old badminton racket for so many years. it has been a training racket for me since primary school. its so heavy and its the heaviest racket around!! in the end, i bought a wilson supreme 9 ($16+, $26+ before discount), a wilson towel grip ($2+, $3+ before discount) and a dozen of wilson shuttlecocks ($15+). sinful sinful sinful...

i went to marina south to have a steamboat buffet with the ocbc gang (velda, yj, alvin, jen, ah boy). its a long time no see and many stuffs had happened. had a great time and went home early to rest.
02/09 (sunday)i spent the whole day with my family. i have already spent monday to friday with my friends at school. i should at least spend my sunday with my family. my family has became more caring since i started school. my mum especially went out to get the things i need and packed my bag which i intended to pack myself. she also cooked alot for dinner. i wished to go to the movies with the hall guys but i felt that i should spend more time with my family.
7 days and 24 hours enough? karoshi!!!

i am not happy..
i kept feeling so sian. everything seemed so foreign in school. i couldnt understand most of the things taught in school. especially economics which i didnt take during my jc days. hall activities really occupied most of my free time that are supposed to be used for studying.
i always see people in the reading room studying. are they too hardworking? or am i too slack? i just dont know. am i going to survive in school?
i came across this term called "karoshi" in sharon's blog. i think i am going to suffer from it seriously.
