Walker Family

So we are letting are kids each have a small part of the garden to plant what they want, but they are responsible for it also.
They were so excited about this that they worked for in the garden for over 4 hours. (That was not forced by the parents.) They even planted a few things.
Then the next morning we woke up to quite a few inches of snow!!! I am so ready for Spring!!

We had to wake up early Easter morning cause our church was at 9. Well, I guess we didn't have to, but the kids wanted to. We did the normal easter egg hunt at home and at grandma's. Grandma also did special eggs that had "Grandma Bucks" in them and then she had a store for them to buy stuff afterwards.

Easter was a lot of fun this year because all of the kids could participate. We didn't have any babies to worry about when decorating the eggs, etc. Babies are great, don't get me wrong, but there is a time and season for everything. I feel like it is a whole new world this year because I have been 12 years with babies or one year olds. Toren of course, like most boys, loved getting his hands dirty while decorating eggs.

Toren loves to dress up with Kinley, much to his dad and brother's dis-approval. So I just had to document it and have black mail pictures for when he is older.
