my final thanks for 2007

I have been inspired after reading Fiona's and Yumi's blog and decided to do the same before the year is out.

It was fun hanging out this year together. Learn lots from this cuz of mine. And he is of course, a ladies man. And, i thot i was. hee hee... Anyway, thanks for all those nonsense which i gave you this year, especially the sleep overs. :P more to come in the following year, eh?

Though you have been going through more than me, with the tumours, lost of hearing and all, you have opened my eyes to be more caring to people. Something, which i took for granted. Oh well, you are one strong gal, so, keep those prayers equally strong and you might get out of this rut.

Though it has been a year since we were together, i've learnt lots from you about relationships, and how to treat a girl, by just watching you and CY. HAHAHA.... dun worry, i aint no spy. It has been an awesome year with you, as my best girl friend.

6 days, and yet lots were learnt. HAHA... you are nice, but just dun mix too much with the wrong company, and dun try to grow up to fast. Apart from that, thanks for allowing me to pull your hair and tickling you whenever i was bored. HAHA...

Thanks for the continous support you have flowered on me. And, if it wasnt't for ya'll, i wont be here today. I will do ya'll proud one day, and we will live in a big big house. Though my driving can be rather erractic at times, i'll work on it. As for my carrer as a magician, i stand here today, being known to many cause of you. The ones who started me off, and with ya'll following me to my shows still, i am so glad how supportive ya'll are no matter how old i am.

Thank you for this year, knowing all my friends, losing some, and making brand new ones. it is all for a good cause. Thank you for keeping me safe and happy. It was just a few months back when i thought, being happy again is impossible. But with your mercy and graces, anything is possible. Please pray for all my friends and family that they may be filled with the happiness which i carry with me every day of my life.
If i have left out anyone else, sorry, and thank you so much for being a part of my life. My fingers are tired now. this is by far, the longest post i have ever typed.

I.Hate.Myself

Teenage angst is a very common thing in a hectic country like Singapore. Living to people's expectation of yourself, can be a very difficult thing to do. Fighting inner demons of Pride, just to set up a fake stage for everyone to watch. In this such case, young teenager, Wesley, lives the world of Pride and Angst, battling each day of never-ending surrender, which will drive him to his grave. This short film, based on Pride before a fall, will demonstrate to you the capabilities of these 2 deadly sins which can drive you to be something you are not, and something you long to destroy, sin.

I.Hate.Myself.
The concept of this title is primarily based on the idea that though it may seem that people are so full of themselves till a point that they love themselves, they are actually not feeling that way. It is this inner hatred, the longing for inner peace and the destroyal of the inner demons. Thus, the title brings about the factual views of the person who is suffering, rather than what people think of him/her as we often overlook the truth behind things, but jump to conclusions on how and what we feel.

Whether we are strong or not. The closer we get to God, the more tempted we are. Why is that? Cos satan tries to drive people away as easily as possible from him. Satan drives us away from eternal life with God by giving false hope of something better.

ENCHANTED

Enchated by true love's kiss? Well, this year, another of Disney's successful film, of user ratings hitting a high of 8.1/10, Enchated, brings viewers to a land of fantasy and reality.

This successful film entails the story of a girl, Giselle(played by Amy Adams), who seeks for true love. One day, she meets Prince Edward(played by James Marsden) and plan to get married the following day. Queen Narissa, Mother of Prince Edward(played by Susan Sarandon), lures Giselle to look into a wishing fountain which leads her to none other than, reality. Will she ever go back to fairytale land? Will Prince Edward ever find his true love once again? Will Giselle find true love in the end?

This must-see film will leave you with much humour to leave you crackling up on ur seat. The extravaganza mixed with excerpts from different parts of other fairytales will bring you to another world, and leave you waiting for true love's kiss.

Outing with the 4 musketeers

Today was spent shoppin in town. Managed to get my vest, so one of my Xmas outfits is almost complete. At town, we managed to get a glimpse of none other than our friendly neighbourhood spiderman. I think he was shopping for Xmas outfits. I went with Ian and David.


After which we met Nick at Ice Cream Chef then later proceeded to Georges for some hang out.



So it's been a while since we clicked. Haha... Well, we were one clique in class in Secondary School, made up of the Fantastic 4 in which all were MudBloods. mixed in muggle term. All with different interest but bonded by one thing, the ring. One ring to rule them all, one ring to bond them and in the darkness, bind them. haha! Oh well, it was really a fun day. Too bad i didnt have my car. Oh well, we ought to do this again apart from what we planned for the 17th, right ian?


Nick has more anger bracelets to calm him down from his anger. By next year, i estimate his neck will be filled with them, like the Thai ppl. haha! :P

shoppin with the L's

i see that this blog needs some cleaning up. It is turning into a haunted blog. All the cobwebs and dust.

Anyway, yesterday was spent with the two laura's. We went... SHOPPING! it was real fun actually. I had a fun time pimping around with these 2 gals. HAHA! We went all around town buying our x'mas outfits. Actually, i think only i did, they bought their outfits for now. hahah... Back to the subject on town, the decor this year....hmmm.. needs improvement still. I think xmas a few years ago was quite good. Then, the decor started to deteriorate. We went to JL, Hereen, Far East, and some other places. My legs were aching. I havent gone shopping in ages. Need to raise my shopping stamina. In addition, i had my mom's credit card. hee hee... but bought a shirt n some singlets. Wanted to buy 2 vest but my mom didnt allow me to buy the white one. So i was so lz to buy another one. hee heee... that's about it. Tired n gtg. bye!
