Hook Line and Sinker

Tyler is our fisherman. He loves fishing, eating them is another story. He goes every chance he gets. This time our neighbors took him with them. They ended up catching 18 fish. Pretty good day I would say.

Pretty close to heaven

We went up Cedar Mountain today to see the fall pictures and take some pictures. It is so beautiful up there. The kids had fun watching the squirrels and chipmunks stuff their cheeks with acorns, preparing for winter.

What I've been doing while sitting at my computer

I definitely spend ALOT of time at my computer, but I'm not just messing around. Here are some couple more kits that we've created. This was just a mini kit we did for a Speed Scrap participation prize

These two are our next ones coming up next

We've also been taken on at a new store. Pretty Scrappy has asked us to sell our kits at their store also. The layout above is the packaging for their store.

Tyler & Grandpa at Lake Erie

I just love this picture with Tyler and Grandpa. The sun was setting and it looks so peaceful.

a little catch up

Last time we met with my Brother's and Sister, we celebrated Jaron's first birthday. What a fun time we had. Andrea made the cutest bear cake for Jaron to dig in to.

DQ with Derick

Since I have Fridays off I made plans to pick up Derick from High School and take him out for lunch. He had shortened schedule today so I had to take him at 10:30, which is more like breakfast to me. We ended up having a few of his friends join us at our table. I'm glad that Derick doesn't mind being with his ol' Mom around his friends. I had a nice visit with him and his friends and even a few more said Hi. When Derick came home he told me that he was talking to one of the guys who said hi while we were eating, saying to him, "Yah, my Mom felt kind of wierd being there with my friends for lunch" The kid said to him, "That was your Mom? I thought that was your older sister in High School that was just driving you to lunch!!!" Talk about make my day!
