We have seen lots of changes in our little man. Just when we think he can't get anymore fun, he does! Westin is about 30 inches tall and 22 lbs. He is a little guy on the charts, but doesn't seem to hold him back. This summer we've seen his dancing skills improve quite a bit. It's really fun to watch him start to wiggle when a song comes on that he likes. He loves to climb and often when he gets to the top of his destination he will clap or wiggle a bit. He makes it very obvious that he is proud of himself. He gives kisses by grabbing your face and planting one right on your lips, but he will not do this on demand. It's usually out of the blue, when you least expect it. Hugs are a little more frequent. He likes to show you that he can throw garbage away. He is able to find the trash can anywhere-the airport, a friend's new house, Grandma and Grandpa's. Just give him your garbage and he will get it where it belongs. He knows what comes next in the songs we sing him and he says a handful of words. This morning he pointed to some blue eggs on the cover of his "Colors" book and said, "blue!" It sounded more like, "boo," but that's close enough. He also says: kitty, car, tree, mama, mom, dada, dad, this, that, bird, clock, hi, bye, yeah, boom...and a few other infrequent ones, and probably some that I'm forgetting. We've not done so well blogging this summer, so here a few pics we missed:

Time with GG and Papa Wayne.
The deWitts came to visit and Westin love all the attention and fun he got from the ladies!
We hiked Multnomah Falls in OR, with Dad/Grandpa Kanooth, Andrea, Kaitlyn, Ally, Leif, and Rachel.

Lake Tahoe for the day. It's nice that it's so close, but next time we go I'll have to not be pregnant. Winding roads...no good can come of that, and it didn't! When we were out of the car it was nice.
