Tuesday, March 1st - Weather-wise, March came in like a lamb. Beautiful, warm weather this week. Jenna and I went to the Varsity Girls Basketball playoff game. Jenna played in pep band and I worked concessions. They didn't win, but had such an amazing season 22-3.
Wednesday evening, March 2nd - Kevin had a symphonic band rehearsal. Then, we all went to the Winter Guard performance.
Saturday, March 5th - Papa got an incredible 719 points in Yahtzee!!
Sunday, March 6th - Kellen had been talking about wanting a pet again. So, he and Kevin went out and got 2 gerbils. Meet Sidney (grey) and Ivy (black).Friday, March 11th - Westward Expansion Day for 5th Grade. They had a feast of chicken wings, beans, and biscuits. Then, they played Oregon Trail. So fun!
Also, Friday - I received my Winter Reading prizes. Now, I need a personal pan pizza!
Also, Friday, March 11th - MORP dance! Neon theme. Jenna met these friends for dinner at In-N-Out before the dance. Fun friends!

And then, Saturday evening was the Chili Dinner/Jazz/Silent Auction fundraiser. Late night, plus daylight savings time=tired! The dinner was a success and raised over the goal!
Sunday, March 13th - Taking advantage of the extra daylight to play some basketball.
Monday, March 14th - 12 hour NICU shift - this cool new mural for going home pictures was completed.
Thursday, March 17th - This much snow! And, we were sad to not have a snow day - just a 2 hour delay.
Kellen composed a Bacon poem at school.
Friday, March 18th - Kellen stayed home from school with an upset stomach. And Kevin's team won the annual Dodgeball championship.Sunday, March 20th - Kellen made an omelette by himself.
Monday, March 21st - Woke up to a little bit of snow. Kevin had been feeling bad Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and was a little better today.
So, we had to get out of the house after being at home for a few days. We spent some time wandering around Scheels.And, then we finally were able to try the new Whataburger. It opened on February 23rd, and the lines have been so long! We weren't really impressed with the food, but the Dr. Pepper shake was really good.
Tuesday, March 22nd - Jenna and I went shopping for a new swimsuit for her (so she could go swimming the next day). Then, we went to Costco and Crumbl. Amazing cookies!Wednesday, March 23rd - We went to Papa and Mima's house for lunch and games.
Thursday, March 24th - We went for an early lunch at Rudy's and then to the Woodland Park Aquatic Center.
It was fun to watch them do flips off the diving board . . .
Wednesday, March 30th - Not enough snow for even a delay. Jenna made this cool poster for biology class.It was fun to watch them do flips off the diving board . . .
and belly flops! Then, back to Papa and Mima's house for March Madness and Thursday night dinner.
Friday, Jenna went with Papa and Mima and the cousins to Denver for Garrison's robotics competition.
Saturday, Kevin and I went to Denver with friends for the Colorado Symphony's performance of The Planets.
Sunday, church and the last of the Elite 8 games of March Madness. Spring Break went by way to fast!
Tuesday, March 29th - A little more snow.Thursday, March 31st - Normal school morning, then a half NICU shift. March, in like a lamb, out like a lamb. And, it sure went by fast!
