Baby William's 4-D Photoshoot!
Above are some pics from our 4-D ultrasound this morning. It is so amazing how technology has advanced to be able to see your baby like this! Baby William was a good sport...he cooperated pretty much the whole time. As you can see he stuck his tongue out for us and even cracked a smile. He also was trying to suck his thumb and fingers the whole time! He even made a real pouty face once that was too cute. They said he was measuring at about 3lbs. 11 oz. and everything looked good! Valance is up
Mary came tonight to show Will how to hang the valance for baby William's room. I couldn't beleive she finished it so fast...check out her blog in my list...it is marymade. She was great to work with! I am posting a few pics of it.

Dr.'s visit and Nursery
I went to the dr. this past Thursday and had the glucose "sugar" test. I passed! Everything else checked out good as well! I go back on December 9th for the 4D ultrasound and then I will be going back to the dr. every 2 weeks! I can't believe the time is going by so fast now. As for the nursery...my silk fabric for the crib skirt and valance came in on Friday. I had to order it from Richtex because they didn't have it in stock. The valance fabric is monogrammed so now I just have to take it to Mary Causey to put on the cornice board...(thanks Jessica Cox for sharing your friend). The bumper should be finished after Thanksgiving.

Nursery at Week 24
The crib is up, and we are currently painting the glider. I found this glider a year ago at Eastbrook Flea Market, and it was such a great deal. I went ahead and bought it thinking that I could definately use it one day. However, it is taking many of coats to finish it! The cushions however have been recovered and are ready to go! We now have a chest in the room as well (another great bargain from Eastbrook). We are going to use it as the changing table. Posting some pics of the progress!

I'm Blogging!
Ok, so I was a little late doing the whole facebook thing and now I have jumped ship and started this blog thing. I must say I have really enjoyed reading everyone's blog! I guess to begin with I will post a pic of Baby William. I am 5 and 1/2 months pregnant, and we are having a boy! It was easy for us to pick out a boy name since Will is a 3rd, baby William will be William Alfred Hughes IV. Not only are we having are first baby, but I have gotten to enjoy this time with one of my good friends, Jana, who is also expecting Lily on the very same day!
