More pictures!!!!

This was the first picture we got of our little 'gummy bear' (as the doctor so lovingly kept referring to it as at this apt.- I prefer to refer to it as a new fruit each week.... i think it was a prune here!) 9 weeks This is another profile of baby from our last apt (12 weeks)- aka a peach. Apparently no one else can tell what the other one is (from the last post), beside it's mama... it is so clear to me :) This one looks a little creepy to me, but whatever... I just can't wait to see it's cute face/profile in real life!

Welcome Scarlett Baby!!!!

Well it's official... we are expecting baby to arrive June 29th 2010! We couldn't be more excited! We have actually know for quite some time now, in fact i took the pregnancy test right before I posted my last blog!!!!

I found out a few days before Will's birthday... so I decided to keep it a secret from him and tell him on his birthday! Every other birthday surprise that I had for him had been spoiled, so I thought what better a surprise this could be. Except for the fact that I had to keep it inside. I think that this is the best secret I have ever kept... I didn't even tell my mom or sister (probably one of the hardest things ever, besides not telling Will right away!) I kept it is for 2 days!!! I kept trying to get Will to open his present early, but he is stubborn and refused!!!

I went and got UNLV baby clothes, one for a boy and one for a girl. I wrapped them up with the pregnancy test and got him a card about being a good DAD.... He was a little confused after opening the card!
I woke him up early... he doesn't know what he is about to find out!!!!

it's about time....

Ate dinner at Yummy BOTERO at the Wynn! Thanks Chris for hooking us up! We loved it!

Went to Brianhead for Will's Grandpa's 70th Birthday! It was really fun!

Played frizbee golf... up the mountain! It was harder than you think! I usually just go down the mountains at brianhead... not up them!!!

Drove past a Scarlet St. after my cousin's little boy's baptism out in Boulder City!



Grandma Brown's 90th and Lorretta's 50th Birthday party/family reunion! I love my Grandma! She is amazing!


Will's sweet softball moves at a tournament over Labor Day weekend in Tahoe!

Finally

So a lot has been going on lately. Got our house, painted, moved, house sat, celebrated Fourth of July, and a trip to Utah! This post will be a narrated tour of pictures through the last couple of weeks!
Sorry in advance for the pictures that are sideways.... it wasn't turning and I didn't have the patience to fix them... so just turn your head. :)
After signing our life away at the title company for our house!


Day 1- After getting into our house, we decided that we coudln't wait and we needed to paint. Mind you, we decided this at about 8 at night. Alyssa and I trucked on over to Home Depot and got all the paint. We had decided we were going to pull an all-nighter. We just couldn't understand why the man behind the paint counter was laughing at us after telling him the dimensions of the house, getting the paint, and telling him we were going to paint it all in one night! I now know why he was laughing at us....
This is my wonderful mom helping paint at our all nighter! Thanks mom for your help and for providing the much-needed caffine for the night!

Alyssa (The best sister ever. I couldn't have made it throught the move without her! Thanks Alyssa) and Sarah helping paint. We figured since we were all teachers and are on summer break, we could handle the all-nighter!

Painting Away!
The end of all-nighter numero uno! My phone says 4:00 AM... and if anyone knows me... this is a miracle, I am usually out by about 10 pm!


Painting...Day 2- The man at the paint counter was right! We didn't get it all done in one night, but we did get the whole downstairs done. Day 2 consisted of painting upstairs!
Thanks Kari (Will's mom) for coming and painting. Couldn't have gotten all throse rooms done without you!

Day 3- Last wall needing paint! Alyssa beautifully wrote our names before fully covering it!

Day3 (still)- We were very blessed and were given a bunch of really nice furniture. We are very grateful for all the blessing that we have been given with this house, and we are so lucky to have such great family and friends to help us along the way!

These guys did great! This stuff was HEAVY and the turning stairs didn't help either!

scatter brain....

The last two posts go together with all the pictures. And the AAACHHOOOO.... is becasue I think Will gave me allergies. I have never really had them before. All of the sudden this year for the past month I can not stop sneezing. At night my nose gets super stuffed up, so I have to breath through my mouth, then my lips get all dry! I hate it, then I wake up and my nose wont stop running... make up you mind, nose! Will has always had bad alleries for as long as I can remember. In high school he would have them so bad that he would just stick tissue up his nose to keep it from running, which I have not yet resorted to, but have considered it! Anyway, I blame Will for me now haveing allergies.... Are allergies even contageous? :)

AAAACHOOOOO

OK... so I am a little late on my weekly post, but I have made a decision. If I don't have anything fun to post, then I just ramble and blab and it usually turns into complaining/venting.... and I hate reading lost posts on other peoples blogs, so why whould anyone want to read it on my blog?

Plus I really like to look at pictures, so in no particular order and some kind of old (March/Aprilish) but oh well. Hope you enjoy....
Firefighters came to school to read to the kids. Of course, since I am the new one the other teachers volunteered me to put on the fire suit. It was totally sweaty and nasty! And i swear the fireman is not grabbing my booty and smilling as he stares... just holding up the oxygen tank and laughing cause when he let go I almost flipped backwards!

Cute pregnat sisters at their baby shower with the diaper cakes I made them!!! I was so proud of myself!

Will is obsessed with wieners... Dogs of course!

Will and Alexa came to visit at school and came to my awards ceremony! Thanks!

Great Grandma White! She is AWESOME and so FUNNY!
