- you DO need to sign in to Gmail with the username and passcode that was sent to you by the blog admin team.
- above the colourful "Gmail" at the top of the email window is a line of links ... click on "Documents"
- then click on "Weekly Exercise Log"
- update your columns
- at the top right side of the document window is a blue box: "Share". Click on it for a drop-down menu
- Select "Publish as a web page"
- Click on "Re-publish document" ** Don't forget this last step!
ALSO: ignore everything in the section, "This document has not been published to your blog."

HELPFUL HINT: Although the chart is set up for just one entry each week of how much time you spent in profitable exercise, why not get in the habit of updating it each time after you exercise. Simply add today's minutes to yesterday's total and replace yesterday's entry with the new total.
