Egg-cellent Easter

Okay here is a few photos of our Easter weekend. On Saturday we went to our community's eater egg hunt. Addie was so excited whenever she found an egg. She would point saying "Egg! Egg!" But by the time she went to get it someone else picked it up. She ended up with an egg in each hand and she was happy with that. Then we went to Wal-Mart and got a family photo with the Easter Bunny (I'll post that later). On Sunday Addie got her an Easter Beta fish we named Nacho. That's about as crazy as we are going to get when it comes to pets. Then after church we went to our old neighbors house for some good food and good times. It was a very "egg"cellent weekend.

Wow A Month Has Gone By....

Okay so I have been a major slacker. So my month in a flash....

At the beginning of March my mom dad (we brought him along as our chauffeur) and I went to Cali. I got a couple of great nights sleep (my little girl is NOT a good sleeper still) and some sun! It was seriously a blast! We took a walk every morning, read and swam, cooked and watched movies. We got to go to the beach and checked out the amazing homes on Balboa Island. We also got to see the New Port temple which was beautiful. I missed my fun family a ton and I'm sure my parents were sick of hearing "if Addie & Justin were here..." but it was fun to take a few days for a little R & R and who could have asked for better company!

We also have started on our house (YEAH). So far we have a large hole with some cement, but it makes things reality! I am so excited!

We also got to go the temple in March thanks to Natalie Summerhays! Thanks heavens for good friends. Her and her husband are in Spokane Washington (where our temple is) and she watched Addie while Justin and I went to the temple. It's about a 6 hour drive round trip so it makes for a very long day if Justin goes to a session while I watch Addie and then we swap. And Natalie I don't think you will ever understand how much that meant to us until you have kids! Some things just get tricky with kids and no family around!

And finally the real reason for me being a slacker (besides the fact that our computer crashed and we just got a new one).

Okay so this is kind of a bad photo but most of you can recognize that this is a ultra sound of our new addition to our family coming September 22nd or whenever the baby feels like it. We've waited awhile to tell everyone because I've had a cyst bigger than a tennis ball and that was a concern for the first few months. It made me feel like I was pregnant with twins, but good news is it has shrunk down to where the doctor does not think I need surgery (WAHOO). So baby is healthy and I don't have to have any extra surgery's. This pregnancy has been well, not a party in a can. I have been sick everyday for the past two months. It's been horrible! But the past two days have been okay. We are very excited and Addie says hi to mom's belly and gives the baby kisses (who knows if she really knows what is going on).

And that's all folks!
