While away last weekend at a scrapbooking retreat, we created a 12x12 album for our class. Usually Lynette gets us to create fabulous mini books/albums, but she switched it up a bit to this. Everyone loved the class and left with a completed album (minus the photos). I just need to find the right pictures to fill my new book and then I'll share the insides too!
Acrylic albums are so reflective that I found it hard to get a good picture of the cover. The sides are scalloped and the front detail is etched. The bird and a couple of other little details are cut out of the cover. Beautiful!
The ablum is made by Harmonie, a company I believe based in Quebec, plus all the papers and embellishments we used were from the same line/company.
One of our embellishments we used is this chipboard (or pressboard) tree by Harmonie, that we got to paint with Smooch. Love that product.
That's all for now. I have to head off soon to a Parent/Teacher interview. Spring Break starts tomorrow afternoon here. Yay! :)
