I am still looking for more eggs

No James, go find your own eggs...

that first bite of (non-M&M chocolate)...and her only bite.

She was not a fan, guess she is only an M&M girl, it could be worse!

how to climb Papa's Tractor...

Step 1: Climb on to the platform

Step 2: step on the "engineered" PTO shaft (I think that's what it's called)

Step 3: Get turned around in the seat

Step 4: hold on tight, cause "look at me, I'm drivin' it"

It's a TWIN thing...

On Saturday...James and Maggie woke up and were doing the "TWIN" thing...

While James and I were in the kitchen:

James: "Maggie is awake"

Mama: "No, Maggie is still sleeping"

James: "Maggie is awake, she is lying in her bed but she IS awake"

Mama: (after pondering his comment) "Here James, eat your pear, and I will go check on Maggie"

I gingerly walk down hall, as not to wake her...slowly turn the knob, and peek my head in the room

Maggie looks at me...

Mama: "Good Morning, Maggie...what are you doing?"

Maggie: "I was just lying here...awake"

(D'OH...it's a twin thing)

When she came to the kitchen, the two of them had the following conversation:

James: Good Mornin' Maggie, how are you?

Maggie: Good...James, what are you eating?

James: Pear, Maggie. You should have some, it is good

Maggie: Oh...I like pear. (James offering it to her from his hand)

James: Have some more Maggie, it is very good

Maggie: Thank you James. (looking at me) I love my James, he's my favorite.

These two never cease to amaze me...

Magic Play Hour...

Wednesdays are usually busy...

come home, attempt to eat a quick dinner and leave for Bible Study which begins at 6pm.

Now, dinner and leaving are pushed to the side by PLAY TIME!!!

This is the magic play hour and James & Maggie love it.

We ride bikes, water the garden, hang out with friends, go for wagon rides, you name it we do it...

then, I am eating in the car on my way to Bible Study and I am always 5-10 minutes late.

Totally worth it and I am always looking forward to the next Wednesday!

She is so COOL!!!

Tower Power...

James and Maggie have "Anywhere" Chairs, which they received here. I purposefully bought the big ones, so they could use them for years to come (I am frugal like that!). I had to wash the covers to remove general spots, but before I could get the covers back on...they had created a tower. They were proud.!!! Like a great mom, I asked them to stay put while I got my camera! one step closer to the Greatest Mom Award!
