Benji Boy

Me: Who am I?

Benji: Mommy

Me: Who is this? (pointing to Ezri)

Benji: Baby

Me: What's your name?

Benji: ME!!!

He's working on sentences a la

"Daddy up now!"

He's obsessed with the "luffalo"

(The Gruffalo is a monster in a popular UK children's book)

The boy would eat bananas and watch football all day if I let him

(proper European football, although once the USC season starts

I think he'll like American football too)

He's a good listener, follows directions impressively well for a 22 month old

and loves a good cuddle...for about 2 minutes

then he's off for more fun!

Me: Yes Isaac, do you need me to wipe your bum?

Isaac: Yes I do. I have lots of poops. Want to see?

Me: wipes bum Wow, that was a lot of poops!

2 Months!

Sweet Ezri is 2 months old.

She celebrated by rolling from tummy to back, clever girl!

She smiles, coos and has had her first cold and stuffy nose.

We sure love this precious face!

Outnumbered

Well, now that both sets of

(amazing, wonderful, way too fun)

grandparents

have up and left us for the

Land of the Free

it's official...

we are outnumbered.
