wednesday, i took leave cos i had to go for my medical appointment at sgh. yes! like finally!
before that i wasnt feeling nervous at all. but when i was walking along outram station and to ENT centre, i was feeling VERY nervous. i was scared, nervous and worried. firstly, i was nervous cos i was worrying if i shld wear mask. HAHAHA. i bought them lah. but i scared i will look weird wearing them. hahahahaha! ok. tts extra worrying for nothing serious.
anyway i waited damn long for registration lah. den suddenly someone called my name so loudly when i was reading the papers. and im going for hearing test! ok. the hearing test is abit scary lah. they put me into a small cubicle and it was so enclosed i can hear my own heartbeat. den i was made to wear the headphones and i need to press the button when i hear sound. its abit distracting lah. cos i only hear my heartbeat. hahaha. den it felt weird too and scary. in the end, i jus anyhow press cos i was expecting some sound. hahaha
then finally i got to see the doc. the doc appeared overly excited to see me lah. but he's friendly. so he asked me to sit down and asked me to hold my breath. when he held up a small spray bottle and brought it near to my nostrils, OMG. something is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!! HE'S SPRAYING THINGS INTO MY NOSTRILS!!!! AHHHHHHHHHH. RUN! so i almost grabbed his hands lah! i shrieked and he asked me to relax. the spraying was successful.
BUT! now comes the er xin part. he took this long long black tube and asked me to breathe in when he insert them into my nostrils!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAt!?!?!?!?!?! I KEPT SHRIEKING NOW!!!!!!!!!!! and i almost punch him in the nose. hahahaha. the thing was inserted to throat area lor. and the feeling is just so damn disgusting!!!!!!!!!! and whenever i shriek, the tubules stopped halfway. so i had to breathe in to facilitate its movement.
the conclusion is that i have sensitive ears and tinnitus seems to be common and normal. thats very weird. and he kept consoling me and reassure tat nth is wrong with me. ok,.. its good news but i stil felt confused and unsure still. im going back in 6 weeks' time. hope by then i will be discharged cos its expensive to go lor... provided that our pay has not come in yet. YET.
after that i went home and napped (i forgot if i really fell aslp) and after that i met up with dear dear! so happy! haha. mom was shocked i jus woke up and went out cos she asked in a shock, "HUH? u gg out like that? nv bathe?!" but mom, i just bathed in the morning, rem? HAHAHA.
dear bought tickets for transformers at iluma! we are watching transformers! YAY! its very nice and worth the money totally. cos the movie is long but abit info overload cos i don know the story well so i don know whats happening for quite a parts. and i cant differentiate who's the bad guy, who's the good guy. hahahahaha.
dinner at pasta de waraku! i was thinking to myself how come my pasta so little! but then hor, i ended up very FULL LEH! and i almost cant finish! hahaha.
today we went for meal random!!!!!!!! yes!!!!!!! outstation!!!! we will JUMP onto any opportunity to go out. hahaha. anyway we waited for that shuttle van that never comes until we pek chek and called a cab. we ate quite alot today. dim sum (which were damn nice! esp the radish cake hehe), laksa, wanton mee soup, hokkien mee. and ee may and i played scissors paper stone so that the winner can eat the last prawn. heh. prawns are big lor. woohoo. and i was so full after that. napped and ate only rojak and abit mom's hokkien mee for dinner. auntie lucy isnt that funny liao leh. what a disappointment.

yes! 7 weeks of intern is over. im left with 5 more weeeeekkssss!!!!!!!!! wooohoooo!!!!!
the week has passed by quickly cos i only went to work for 3 and a half days. on wednesday, i felt like a living dead. my muscles ache, my throat has that "water feeling". oh no. and then lunch time came and everyone rushed me to go back home. "can i go have my lunch first?" was my only request then. HAHAHA.
and on the way home, i felt like D.Y.I.N.G! fever came and the journey back home seems 193627183561827391287 hours long. and when i finally reached home, i collapsed onto the bed and was in coma from 230-6pm. oh man.
the doctor gave me 2 days mc. and i thought i would be able to go work the next day cos there was supposed to be meal random!!! but in the end, i slpt in and the fever jus stayed for the whole morning until late afternn, when dear came over and took my pain away from me. HAHAHA. so rou ma. hahaha.
i just hope i can be healthier. i have been visiting the doctor so frequently. everyone has noticed that. BADMINTON NEXT WEEK! NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!!!!!!
we had fun ytd at west side! we went chill at that settlers-lookalike cafe and we had fun playing daidee! yes! 2 players! so fun!! and we are as good in dai dee! haha. and then we played snake and ladder, 5,10,15 (the winner drinks! haha), fei ji qi.. then we left and went strolling! relaxing. but!!!!! THE WEATHER IS FREAKING HOT. roar. it jus makes me lose my temper. heeeee.
then we had dinner at dear's home. omg. my turn to be nervous! haha. i cant recall when's the last time i felt so nervous!!!
and today i met up with lp and sl! long time no seeeeeeeee!!!!!! so happy to see them again! we had lunch at ajisen. and we began our never-ending chat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHA. so funny. and we jus talked so much so much until i lost my voice. hahaha. shi ling, thanks for ur present and webcam! hahaha. yes!! dear, WEBCAM! HAHHAA. now u can see me too! girls, shall meet up again for our chek jawa trip! haha. MUST MAKE IT COME TRUE OK! kick u girls' butts next time!

on sunday i met up with bluey!
and then mama asked me who i was gg out with. haha. and she seemed excited to know i got bf alr. but she stil acted cool hahaha.
that day, we went ps to catch ghosts of girlfriends past. its very nice! and jennifer garner is very pretty! and speaking of which! PS! there's etude house at ps!!! AND IM GONNA GET THAT DEAR DARLING LIPSTICK when i get my pay!!!! after movie, we went far east! there are so many things to buy. but i stopped myself from buying anything! can u imagine? but then, i just cldnt resist this checkered skirt. its cutting looks ABITTTTTTTTTTTTT like river island skirts. haha. so i bot cos it looks so flattering! so i only spent $25.90. hehehe. happy happy. NO SHOES. CAN U IMAGINE? hmmm.
everywhere is selling the same stuff and i went back to func deko to touch that boxy red bag again. hehehe. $55.90. so ex leh! but then again, if its cheap, i don tink they will still be there. and those boxy backpacks are gone. i saw a girl carrying the blue one at my hse's bus stop when i went tuition one day. ANGRY. is she trying to show off to me?!?! CHEY! i tell u, i don give a damn ok!!!!! DON TRY TO BOAST TO ME WITH THAT BAG! HMPH!!!
we then travelled to compass point for dinner! foodcourt has revamped! yes! and we were craving for KUAY CHAP!!!!!!!! omg. and we were so happy to eat our kuay chap until we din talk for the whole dinner. hahaha. thats abit kua zhang. we stopped to comment a few things abt kuay chap and went back to gobbling down the food. hahaha. and after that we had ice jelly! so happy!!!!!!! im so satisfied! then we went da bao ching teng and went emicakes to buy durian puff.. COS.. SOMEBODY IS GOING HOME WITH ME! hahaha.
im really happy that everyone is happy with my choice. hahahahahahhahahaa. im a lucky girl!!! thanks dear dear! u light up my life! :)

on wed, we met up for dinner at hg mall. i had xin hwa lor mee at foodcourt while bluey had chicken chop with spag. we both made a wrong choice. i regretted so much for choosing that lor mee. it really tarnished xin hwa lor mee restaurant at jalan besar. angry.
cotton on after that! grabbed so many things at one go but i ended up buying only one item!!! i think i lost the spirit and enthusiasm since sinli, you're not here with me! i bought this blue and white stripes skirt that looks like boxers. but i really like it cos its veyr comfy.
sinli, ur bday coming sooon! hahaha. hope you and jialing are enjoying urself in virginia! if u girls need any instant noodles, let me know. i will try to email u. hahaha. miss you two soooo much!!!!!!!!

yeah! its the weekends again!
and guess what? we went to the aircraft today! A380!!! how exciting is that?!?! I AM SUPER EXCITED FOR THE WHOLE WEEK! hhahaha. ok lah. ever since nelson told us he's bringing us there. hehe. and i really think he's very nice!!! thanks!!!
11am! finally! have been waiting for 11am lor!! so we took our super luminous vests and followed nelson, eugene and another girl from innovation and shan er up the van and to the runway!!!!!!!!! we were super excited can!!! the road was bumpy and the weather was soooo hot. we alighted and climbed the stairs up to one of the A380! its departing soon so we can see how they prepare for the flight! its really interesting!! who can actually see all the behind-the-scenes? and we got to see suite class!!! and business class! hahaha. i donn tink i wil ever get to see in my life lor. haha. then we went upper deck. the stairs are quite similar to those on a double decker bus. haha.
overall, the experience is really incredible. AWESOME! hahaha.
then we jus travelled ard the terminals and looked at all the planes. such a nice feeling.. i would miss the frequent sights of planes when i leave this place..and i really love the sight of planes. :)
after lunch, we carried our forms over to stc, thanks to shan er and huiru for helping me carry. they know im weak and NOT muscular. haha. even asha was shocked when she misunderstood that i was gg to carry that box of forms. oops. do i realllly look so weak?! hahaha. probably. hahaha
met up with bluey to go PC SHOW!!! like finally!!!!!!!!!! my HDD!!!! hahaha. scanned the whole place and finally bought 320gb hitachi hdd at $89.90. i don care if its rather ex. the crowd jus makes me wanna grab one and leave the damn place. hahaha. and there's no DS there. WHY HUH! DS not pro enuf to be considered as a gadget meh? hahaha.
dinner at crystal jade. i made a wrong choice again. si chuan dan dan tang mian is not to my liking!!!!!!!!!! it tastes of strong sesame and peanut paste. aargh. so i had to transfer my noodles to bluey's ja jang myeon(oops! i typed it in korean! HAHAHA. influenced by the korean guy bside me) so that my noodles will taste like ja jang myeon too. hahaha. and the waitress was super attitude. but bluey's attitude is even more zai than her. HAHA. funny.
bus ride home. and we saw this super funny sight on the bus. its so funny that we almost filmed it and send to auntie lucy show. hahahaha.

today is a super funfillled day! :) :) wheeeeee~~~~~~
mama left for ah ma hse. waited for sis to bring buffy home. travelled down to dover. drove down to holland v!!!! ok. i sk can. hahaha. my only time there was von's 21st at essential brew. haha. lunch at coffee club. to avoid having garlic smell in my mouth, i chose to eat beef daube! it has gotten excellent food award de!!! beef cubes on top of creamy mashed potato with french beans and delicious gravy on top. DAMN NICE at the starting. then it gets bored eating the beef cubes then i cant get enuf of the mashed potato!!!! they shld sell the potato lor. but i was nt full after that! so i kope bluey's garlic prawn pasta. HAHA. those few left over strands. hahaha. poor me. hahaha. then we had nutty banana which is not as nice as what bluey described. =P
we walked ard holland v but all the while my feet were hurting. gei kiang lah! wear cotton on white sneakers! i almost bot elmo slippers from watsons lor. HAHA. rah. who say wan wear white sneakers one!!!! ROAR. haha.
left holland v and off we go! to labrador nature reserve! alot ppl fishing leh. all fish water. cos there are no fish. HAHAHA. oops. and their baits are all kena eaten up by fish. and i saw a super cute toy poodle! leashed onto bicycle. haha. running along with owner.
and then we went vivo! its according to the itinery. cant change one. HAHA. no modifications allowed. so i jus followed. haha. dinner at sakae!!!!!!! and i finally ate hana maki!!!!!!!!! WOOHOOO. ITS NICEE LORRRRR!!!!!!!! but why so ex?!
and bluey bought a pair of super super nice nice blue adidas sneakers. AHEM! I SPOTTED THEM! and they are $39!!!!!!!!!! woohoooo. shui huo we cfmed. but who cares?!?! its so nice!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHEM! I SPOTTED THEM!!!!!!!! hahahaha. better lock them well if not me n ur sis are gg to steal them! mama left for ah ma hse. waited for sis to bring buffy home. travelled down to dover. drove down to holland v!!!! ok. i sk can. hahaha. my only time there was von's 21st at essential brew. haha. lunch at coffee club. to avoid having garlic smell in my mouth, i chose to eat beef daube! it has gotten excellent food award de!!! beef cubes on top of creamy mashed potato with french beans and delicious gravy on top. DAMN NICE at the starting. then it gets bored eating the beef cubes then i cant get enuf of the mashed potato!!!! they shld sell the potato lor. but i was nt full after that! so i kope bluey's garlic prawn pasta. HAHA. those few left over strands. hahaha. poor me. hahaha. then we had nutty banana which is not as nice as what bluey described. =P
we walked ard holland v but all the while my feet were hurting. gei kiang lah! wear cotton on white sneakers! i almost bot elmo slippers from watsons lor. HAHA. rah. who say wan wear white sneakers one!!!! ROAR. haha.
left holland v and off we go! to labrador nature reserve! alot ppl fishing leh. all fish water. cos there are no fish. HAHAHA. oops. and their baits are all kena eaten up by fish. and i saw a super cute toy poodle! leashed onto bicycle. haha. running along with owner.
and then we went vivo! its according to the itinery. cant change one. HAHA. no modifications allowed. so i jus followed. haha. dinner at sakae!!!!!!! and i finally ate hana maki!!!!!!!!! WOOHOOO. ITS NICEE LORRRRR!!!!!!!! but why so ex?!
and bluey bought a pair of super super nice nice blue adidas sneakers. AHEM! I SPOTTED THEM! and they are $39!!!!!!!!!! woohoooo. shui huo we cfmed. but who cares?!?! its so nice!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHEM! I SPOTTED THEM!!!!!!!! hahahaha. better lock them well if not me n ur sis are gg to steal them! saturday was fun! we met up with liping, bryan, shi ling and sammy for bak kut teh session at hong lim! hehe. i got scolded by that drinks auntie. HAHAHAHA. so funnny can!!!!! hahaha. just cos liping went to tell the sugar cane uncle we don wan sugar cane drinks! hahaha. after sl n sammy reached, we ordered 3 bkt, 2 cai buey, 1 bowl of internal organs! the uncle told us gt liver, kidney and fen chang!!!!! but the fen chang was not to be found!!!!!!!!!!!! ying xian's fave. haha. FEN CHANG!
we talked, we laughed, we stoned. then we left separately for our late afternn activities. we went vivo to find cardi. but cldnt find leh. and i saw the pretty riverisland skirts again. haha. god. why so nice ah? and why must topshop clothes be so pretty ah? why ah? so angry. and i love that retro print hw skirt from forever21. rarrr.
and we went to see dogs at pet safari. haha. the westies got tricked by my bag strap. so fun!!! hahaha. and we had fun laughin at the hamsters. HAHAHA. and the schnauzer and shih tzu were being groomed. so funny one lor. hahaha.
dinner was at food centre behind vivo. the sun is hottttttttt. hot. hot. hot. haha.

im like soooooooo tired. like tired until my brain is not working. ok lah.i can still type. wah lao. i stood there photocopy survey forms for 1 and a half hrs today jus so that i can pass them to sd at stc. wah lao. meeting at 4.30 and i started printing them at 1.40pm. by the time i finish photocopy tons of survey forms and stapled them tgt, i slumped into my seat and was E.X.H.A.U.S.T.E.D to the max. all i could do was press the number pad on my phone. HEHE.
wah lao. and after the meeting at stc, i realised i have to reprint everyting. omg. thats liek another 1 and a half hrs standing by the photocopier again. omg. im killing more trees. hai. i don know if im able to start soon. i don know. and im just too tired to ask myself more qns. sian.
but im really glad to have shan er as my mentor. she's such a nice girl. :)
