Busy Mommy is an understatement! I'm going to start the blog post by explaining where I have been. Over 2 months ago, my external hard drive with all of my pictures crashed. After having 3 places try to fix it we had to accept that all the data (over 5 years worth) is gone. I'm so grateful I have this blog for the pictures I lost! I was so sick over this for so long, I was completely unmotivated to blog (and too busy). Since getting an iPhone, Facebooking is so easy so that is where I have been updating, etc....but now I'm back. Over the next month or so, I will back track to get caught up with things like Madeline's 5th birthday, Mary's first teeth, her crawling..and now "cruising"...at 10 months old! For now, I'll start with something recent.
We celebrating Chuck and Judy's Bush's 65 birthdays this past weekend. It was great to see good friends and have time for the little ones to play!

In other news....I was named
UAB Employee of the Year. I have my wonderful coworkers and student to thank for this!!! I've been told there will be a reception in November.
Kindergarten Update!
Madeline is doing GREAT in Kindergarten! The transition has been amazing and we are so relieved! Madeline is picked up from school by her babysitter Sydnee 3 days/ week and she goes to EDP for the other two days. She says she loves both. One day a week Sydnee takes Madeline to ballet class on the other days they grab ice cream, go home and rest or go to the moves...see pic below (yesterday they went to see Finding Nemo in 3D).
Mary is now 10 months old! She has 2 teeth, is crawling...very fast....and cruising too. I predict she will walk well before her birthday! She is such a happy baby!!!!
