Celiac Awareness Month is a global initiative observed every May to increase understanding of celiac disease—an autoimmune condition where ingesting gluten damages the small intestine.

This month is about:
✨ Raising awareness
✨ Encouraging early diagnosis
✨ Supporting those living gluten-free
✨ And building stronger, more informed communities

Because while celiac disease is serious… no one should have to navigate it alone.

At the Calgary Celiac Association, we see more and more people finding their way into this community every year—seeking answers, support, and connection.
Yes, there can be challenges.
But there is also strength, resilience, and a whole community walking beside you.
