Next time this week i m going to be jet setting off to LA for the USC real estate competition. Feeling excited and a little bit anxious at the same time. cause its my first time going for a international competition and the school has pretty high expectations to win.. training for the case competition has been tedious and all my weekends and mondays are burned. im forced to dig out my old lecture notes and revise, be well versed in valuation.. its like having project submission and presentation every week.. which explains why i have been always so busy lately. zz..so no life right!

well in the process we make new friends and have our fair share of fun and laughter and thinking of the post competition shopping trip makes me super excited!!!

Signed the offer with Keppel Land today and i m officially employed!! Yay! and guess what i m starting work on July 18, my birthday!! what a coincidence. Its really God's grace and providence that i secured this job and i m thankful for that!

looking forward to the long break after graduation and all that traveling..! in the mean time i have so much deadline to run after.. and i m flying to LA in 2 weeks time for case competition. so exciting!

PoshMod had our first bazaar of the year at NUS central forum this week and the response was pretty good. Loads of thanks to the people who came down to help and support the bazaar! Caderam also had a stall selling cameras too. It was pretty fun besides the fact i have to wake up early and rush for lessons in between leaving ts to run the stall alone. We manage to clear so many items!

School started off to a pretty good note this year. Loads of things to be happy and thankful about. I m going to US again sometime this april i think. by the grace of God and after 2 rounds of interview, i got selected for this USC Marshall Business sch Real Estate case competition in LA. Its a real surprise that i got chosen. I cant wait to go thou! but in the mean time i gotta start going full force with completing my dissertation! its only 10% done and dead line is in 1 month's time!

Crazy party on the wed on xmas at zouk.. all that champagne and shots!


and lastly on boxing day we went for the party that we have been going to since we were kids, christmas party organised by our parent's cell.. it felt like it was only yesterday since we were kids.. it was great growing up together..

Aretha's big 21st party at Mecure.. and we all came dressed up in pretty flora dresses cus the theme is summer! Party was great and amanda, anne, eunice and i did a song for her, this extremely challenging song that amanda picked.. really hope we sound ok! haha! Happy Birthday my dear and love you always! :)

David, my brother, had his birthday in November too! Brought him out for drinks to celebrate.. and then on the actual day itself we had a simple dinner at the air port because he had to leave for taiwan. May you get wiser each year yea!

Mummy also celebrated her birthday in november. we went dinner at this chinese restaurant at Marriot Hotel! the food was good, had 6 course dinner and those 3 were the nicest our of the 6! Chicken Soup with shark fin and abalone! it was so so good! the soup was rich in taste and the abalone was juicy and savory! Next pan fried cod fish.. it was cooked really well retaining the nice oily texture of cod fish and it totally melts in your mouth! and the desert was lemon sherbet with lemon grass jelly! very refreshing! apparently this restaurant is also really famous for their peking duck! Happy Birthday Mum! you are the best mum ever!
