Toki-Gnocci
Will made his first batch of Gnocci - which he called Toki-Gnocci (no asian influence in the taste, name only)
To prepare, we watched a YouTube video for "orientation. First, he first rolled the dough like a snake......
Then cut small pieces... (little brother was kept busy with a lollipop!)
And tried to roll them down the tines of the fork....
Did he eat it? He asked for Ravioli when it was time to eat but, with some help from Dad, managed to eat his entire plate of gnocci

Our little fish...
Here's Will swimming in our hot tub over Easter Weekend. he's taking swimming lessons twice a week and loves it. it's incredible to see the change from when we started in August to now...

A few new pics...
I can't even pretend I'm a blogger...this is just an easy place to put videos and pics! Here is a pic of a Saturday morning when I just wasn't ready for them to start the day....
Nick was completely wiped out after a park outing and ended up taking a 2 hour nap on the couch!
He loves lollipops - i thought the 600 piece Dum-Dum bag was a waste of money but, it may be the best $9 i've ever spent!
Will enjoyed his Thursday afternoon snack on the front porch - it was beautiful out!
Will loves wearing this CARS shirt to school because a boy in his class has the same shirt. He gets upset if Freddy isn't wearing it on the same day as him but, thankfully today - - they both wore it.
He's off....
A couple videos of Nick walking around ....yes, he had a blue lollipop. Will had a haircut today (which Nick hates to get) and Nick needed a lollipop to get him through the tramua of watching Will.
