Happy 4th birthday Logan

My little Logan is 4 years old! He woke up on the morning of his birthday to lots of blue balloons in his bedroom. 4 of them had $1 dollar bills, 1 for each year.
That night we opened presents and had a little cupcake for him to blow out.

A few days later, we took a few of Logan's buddies to Chuck E. Cheese. They had lots of fun!

Happy birthday to our sweet, super energetic, fun-loving boy. We love our Logan!

Logan plays soccer

We decided to sign Logan up for soccer and give it a try. He was excited to have his own t-shirt and to wear his cleats and shin guards.

Trying to have an organized game with 4-year olds is not easy. Here they are playing ring around the rosies in the middle of a game. They are so cute, this makes me laugh!
Taking a little break with his buddy Nate. The weather was so cold, but the kids were troopers and still had fun!

Noah plays tee ball

This was Noah's first year playing baseball. We tried soccer, and he didn't love it, so we tried baseball and he LOVES it!

His team is called the Red Sox and he gets to play with several little boys from our neighborhood. It has been so much fun watching him play, even though it was windy and cold for us spectators.

They had a great season with coach James. We can't wait to play again next year!
I love this picture of Allie and Trey sharing snacks while Noah plays.

Allie turns 2!

My little Allie had her 2nd birthday. We did a little family party for her. Elyse and I made a beautiful purple ombre cake for her. I love how it turned out. Tasted good too!
We got Allie a pink play kitchen and her very own polka dot chair for her birthday. The kitchen took several hours to put together, but it is adorable and she loves it!

Allie got spoiled with gifts from family. We love her so much, and she is just so much fun to shop for!
 Happy birthday precious girl!

Easter 2013

It is time to so some catching up!
Our Easter Holiday began with a neighborhood Easter egg hunt. There was a great turn out and the kids had so much fun!

Allie had more fun playing on the slide, than looking for Easter eggs!

Easter morning, the kids had to search throughout the house to find their Easter baskets.

I just love to watch their faces as they go through their baskets to see what the Easter bunny brought for them. Noah decided he only wanted to wear a robe and no clothes. Oh well!

We also did our own little egg hunt.

New clothes for Easter Sunday. Such cute kids!

Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day isn't a big deal in our house, but we did do a little heart breakfast and treats for the kids. Heart shaped puffed oven pancakes.

Allie got this cute necklace in her treat bag, and we had to have a mini photo shoot. I just love these pics of her (of course sucking those fingers)!

For dinner, I made a heart(ish) shaped pizza with heart pepperoni, and a very delicious red velvet poke cake for dessert. Here's the recipe: Red Velvet Poke Cake

Christmas Day 2012

Christmas Day is always so magical when you have little ones. It never gets old for me! This is the boys' loot from Santa, Logan on the left and Noah on the right.

This is Allie's Christmas haul. I think Santa had a lot of fun shopping for a little girl!

Noah's favorite gift was his beloved Lego Destiny's bounty. It took 2 days to build!

Logan loved the bow and arrow launchers.

Allie's favorite gifts were her pink car and dolly.

Jason surprised me with a beautiful picture of the Logan temple (where we were married) and his gift from me was an Ipad (which the kids have adopted as theirs).

My baby in a box giving me her famous scowl. So glad I got that look on camera!
