In Kuala Lumpur, KLCC Park remains a prime destination with its spectacular midnight fireworks against the Petronas Twin Towers. Bukit Bintang draws crowds with street performances, shopping, and entertainment, while Dataran Merdeka blends history with live music and cultural showcases before the clock tower strikes midnight.
Up north in Penang, the Esplanade at Padang Kota Lama offers a more relaxed, waterfront experience, pairing sea views with a historic backdrop. Down south, Johor Bahru’s Danga Bay provides a lively seaside celebration, capped by fireworks over the Johor Strait.

In order to set the tone for the festivities on New Year’s Eve, the celebration begins at 9 p.m. with refreshments, party packs, and thrilling live music by the Sky Band. Since its inception in 1996, the fireworks display has returned this year with two captivating five-minute performances.
Tower Terrace and Level TH07 will provide stunning views of this legendary spectacle as the fireworks light up the KL skyline.
