Aden has developed his own little language, which I like to call "Adenese". It's funny to watch because he gets so into it, yet we have no idea what he's saying! This was from dinner the other night, and you can tell from the video that he was very passionate about what he was trying to tell us...

Aden pulled out this dog Sunday that my parents gave him last year for Christmas that sings "Silver Bells". He was so tickled that the dog kept trying to eat his finger (or at least he thought he was, since he kept sticking his finger in his mouth). Anyway, it was pretty funny. Take a look...
We took Aden to the fair last Sunday after church. We had lunch, people watched, and rode the Merry-Go-Round (which he LOVED by the way). Here are a few pics from our afternoon.
We went to Bravo Sunday night to eat dinner, and after Aden had gotten finished with his meal, we decided to order him some ice cream and try to let him feed himself. He did really good for his first time!!! Take a look...
It's been a while since I've posted, but I had some camera issues that are now resolved. Thank goodness!
Ok, so the other night, I was doing some laundry and had just put another load in the washer. Well, you know that noise the washer makes when it starts going good and getting its own little rhythm?? Well, Aden thought it'd be funny to imitate that sound by showing off some of his dancing skills. (Leigh went in and added the "little dancing baby" song from Ally McBeal in the background, which makes it even funnier!!) Check it out...
I walked in the living room the other night to find Grant all scrunched up in Aden's new playhouse. Aden thought it was the funniest thing ever!!! I think he was just glad to have somebody else play with him in there besides his stuffed giraffe. And, if you can't tell by the pic, this playhouse is about 3x2 feet and not quite 4 feet tall. A very funny sight, to say the least!!
DeeDee & Billfold gave Aden this playhouse for his birthday. I'm sure it will be much more fun once it is fully assembled, but as you can see, he seems to like the box just as much!
My grandmother and uncle got Aden this Mickey Mouse ride-on plane for his birthday and he just loves it! Look at him showing out... Oh yeah, notice the band-aids on his leg. :( He had his 1 year check-up today and had to get 3 shots. He weighed in at 21 lbs. 13 oz. and was 30 1/2 inches tall. He was such a big boy at the doctor's office!!!
