its finally hols~ im so bored.. have been waking up at 2pm the past few days(sleeping is still my fav activity).. buden todae i dunch noe y wake up at 830am n i shall post my virgin PIE post here to burn some time *fan the fire furiously*

Inspired by our enterprising yy's prev post, i shall advertise myself too so pardon me..

Actually hor i nv tell u all but i got 1 fren open tuition agency, n im actually kinda involved but more of a sleeping member. Basically i used to get students from him(but the same 50% 1st mth rates apply as for all agencies). Btw i think i will slack another sem w/o giving tuition cos slacking is so addictive.. Haha no la actually cos 人在江湖身不由己.. my normal workload nxt sem is a bldy 24AU and the crazy me actually accepted the ABP offer which means im sposed to overload by another elective to a skyhigh 27AU nxt sem if i stick to the ABP study plan *lightning and thunder asunder* 天啊!!

Anw back to my main topic.. apart from getting students from him, sometimes i got excess recommendations from others, mayb subjects i cant teach or too far or price too low or im not free or for watever reason i will refer the leads back to my fren who will allocate other suitable tutors to them. Ya, basically, if you haf relatives or ppl u knw looking for tutors for their kids and mayb you dun teach tuition or dun teach tt subject or alr saturated, pls, u can refer them to me. The agency has a large pool of tutors of a wide variety(like shopping like tt) to choose from so i can help them get suitable tutors. Kinda providing the supply to meet their demands. Yep, den on 1 hand can help them find tutor, on e other hand maybe i can give u some kopi-$ for each successful lead. But frankly speaking it will not be alot(prolly only 10bucks or sth, depends on the magnitude of the deal) cos most of e commission will go to the agency which haf to cover overhead costs. (my fren actually hire ppl to give out flyers, n oso to collect tuition $ 1. sounds like loanshark rite? damn cool lor. ok nvm) but its still gd $ cos shunbian(on-the-way) ma. Jus refer only, no need do much. N they get to solve their tutor prob too =) ya n dere's no stigma abt earning ur relatives $ or sth cos dey dun pay extra, e commission is from tutors(poor tutors).

Alrite, some of u mite wan to be a tutor instead, to get referrals, actually u can gimme ur details oso den i can ask my fren enter into e database. But as u knw uni students like us, actually tutors r plentiful, its tutees tt is harder to find. N becos im an inactive member, can add u to our pool of tutors. However, since it is a large pool with more supply of tutors to demand of tutees, mite haf to wait v long. So i wld suggest for those who wan to find tuition, 1st, ask for recommendations among ur relatives and neighbours. If dun haf, den u find agencies for help. Cons of agencies is that half of ur 1st mth pay will be taken as commission. Pros of agencies is of course can get tutees much faster and they help u liase. Once u decide to enlist help of tuition agencies, can ask me oso, but pls dun jus rely on me cos like i said im qt inactive(only close arnd 6 deals over the course of 1 and a half yr) and oso becos of the simple fact tt my fren agency oso charge the same commission rate of 50% of 1st mth pay(market rate n standard practice). Yep.. even i oso haf to pay him if i get students from him, no discount even if im his fren cos its a biz afterall n dere's overhead costs incurred. Yeah, so my pt is for those who wan to get students via agencies, jus contact all e agencies(including me but not jus me) n register with them or sth, den whichever gives u a gd deal 1st jus secure it. Dun haf to b afraid of turning away other offers after u get ur tutee cos its the job of agencies n dey prolly haf other tutors too. Phew, tt was a mouthful, hope u guys get my pt cos i nv think much abt sentence structure n phrasing cos dis is jus a bldy blog not even exam.. boo!

Wahahah okie I shall stop this. Not easy to type broken "engelish" =p The lazy JX asked me to post a notice here. Heh basically he wants to organise a kbox outing and is wondering when you guys r free during these few weeks. Will be hard to find a common free date but hopefully can try to accommodate everyone. Those happy happy fly to India to enjoy one no need to care hurhur.

Okie I start first. Basically I sad life and got special sem lessons. Mon and tue lessons from 1.30 to 3.30pm (lects can pon =x). Wed is 12.30 to 2.30pm. Otherwise should be free ba unless book liao.

Tink will be going back to the Chinatown $10 for 5 hours one. Hahah can sing till no voice.

Come come those going back hall during holidays one- let's play mahjong! Those no special sem one come back also =D

Dun let the exam monster get to us kz.. and dun fall sick. Drink lots of water and keep your rooms clean (valid mostly for guys).
