Two Weeks Ago...

I can't believe that two weeks ago tomorrow Kasey got MARRIED! It's crazy because sometimes it seems so long ago. Thanks Kasey for letting me be your "wedding planner" I had a lot of fun helping you out. I think that the day turned out really nice and everyone had a fun time. It was great to have all of our friends and family to celebrate your day (we were sad that no one from Ron and Ann's family came but hopefully we will see some of you during the summer)
We are patiently waiting to get her wedding pics back so while we wait here are some of her Bridal pictures! (none of us took any pictures during the day, duh!)

Easter Baskets for Primary Childrens

Hi Guys! For the last several years I have made up Easter baskets for Primary Childrens and I am doing it again this year! Every year Primary's asks for Easter basket donations for all of the kids at the hospital. I didn't know that they did this until several years ago and I heard about it on the radio so I just wanted to pass along the info to all of you. The baskets are due by April 7th. If you have something you would like to donate and can't make it up to drop it off I am more than willing to take it up for you. ALSO if you would like to donate some money I would be more than willing to shop for you!!! Please contact me by April 3rd if you would like to help out!
Below I have posted info from the hospitals web site.
Baskets I did last year! They need things for infants to teenagers!
Easter
Easter Sunday is April 12. If you choose to help with Easter baskets for the hospital, please have them delivered to the hospital on or before Tuesday, April 7. Thank you. There are three options in regards to donation of Easter baskets.
Baskets may be delivered completed and wrapped in cellophane.
Baskets may be delivered unassembled and staff will put them together.
Individual items such as cellophane, baskets, ribbon, or items for the baskets may be donated separately.
Number of items in the basket. The best baskets include about 4-6 items and candy. For instance, a teen girl might have candy, nail polish, a small journal, socks, and lotion. For a baby basket: candy (for mom and/or dad), a bib, board book, small stuffed animal and rattle.
All items can be delivered to the north information desk on the first floor. If you prefer to deliver them to Marie Hendriksen in the Foundation office, please call and make an appointment with Marie at 801.662.5968.
Please note: baby and teen baskets are needed most. Also, when purchasing or collecting items for the baskets, please keep the following in mind:
Items in baskets for children should not have chokeable items.
All candy should be individually wrapped and unfortunately cannot be homemade.
Weapons (even as simple as a squirt gun) will not be given to patients.

Disneyland!

I recently took Easton and Hallie on a 4 day trip to Disneyland. We had sooo much fun and we loved seeing all of the differences between Disneyland and Disney World! It was a lot of fun with the kids but we missed having all of the family with us. Hopefully we can all take a trip to Disneyland soon! (These are just the pics off of my phone, I will post pictures off of the camera soon)
Ready to take off! Man we love JetBlue-you actually have leg room, everyone gets your own TV and unlimited snacks and drinks if you ask!
We have arrived! As you can see Hallie has very sensitive eyes with light and we forgot her sunglasses!
Wow it was warm in Cali! 85 degrees the first two days, we had to stop and take a drink break!
The kids being silly and trying on some cute hats when we were leaving the Buzz Lightyear ride!
Our first night in Disneyland, we had been up since 5 am Utah time so we were all getting tired!
Hallie's Minnie Mouse toy that she dressed up to look like Kasey getting married!
The kids entertaining themselves waiting in line for the Toy Story ride. It is a lot of fun, it's 3D if you couldn't tell by the silly glasses!
Hallie making music while waiting for lunch.
Can you tell what we have been doing? Yep shopping in Disney Downtown!

The kids getting ready for bed with all of the toys they got, Hallie with her Ariel monkey Build-A-Bear and Easton with his Club Penguin toys!

Hallie getting ready for the day in her Jasmin outfit. She wanted one while we were in Disney World so I gave in and got her one while we were at Disneyland.

Being silly again waiting in a line.

Our last night in Disneyland :(

Hallie with her favorite treat of the trip, Frozen Lemonade! (It's mine too!)

Waving good bye to Disneyland! I think I cry everytime I leave a Disney vacation and this time was no different.

THE END!!! Thanks Easton and Hallie for being such great kids I love you guys!

Twilight!!!

Yes we went and saw Twilight last night at 12:10!! Crazy huh? I never thought that I would go see the movie the opening night...I resisted even reading the books. (I am not reading a dumb vampire book!) But I read and I loved, then pictures of the cast came out for the movie and I did not like Edward yet the more I saw pics of him the more I liked him for Edward and then I saw the movie last night and I LOVE EDWARD! (sorry I am sounding like a 14 year old, haha) If you are a Twilight fan you will really like this movie and it ended up being really fun to go and see it last night, I am sure I will be paying for it later!

Hey I look like crap but it was midnight in a packed theater, what are you gonna do?

(Not to mention that she is beautiful) Thanks Jen, Kim and Megan for letting me come along! Not a picture from my seats, but it is a picture from the concert!

Here is picture from my seat, sorry I forgot my camera so this is from my phone!
