And everyone who claims that they only eat 800 calories a day and still gain weight is lying, lying, lying. Have to be, as that’s physically impossible.
I once saw a dude who maintained, “I only eat about 1,000 calories a day” routinely eat ~1,300 calorie breakfasts in front of me. He wasn’t counting his 300 calorie drink, nor any of the copious toppings he added to that breakfast. I never saw what he had for dinner (only breakfast and lunch), but I estimate if dinner was anything like the rest, he was consuming around 3,500 calories per diem. He was mystified why he was not losing weight on his “diet.”
This is how most people — for lack of a better word — think.
