life on a farm

Hi anyone who happens to check up on me! I haven't posted in a wile, I guess I've just been so darned distracted! We've had quite a bit going on down here in the Arctic( sort of :). ) not that its cold here any more in fact we've all ready been to the beach once this month! The water was cold, the sun was hot, ( As I found out much to my chagrin! sun burn.) and there were friends all around! Lots of fun! We've been cleaning and rearranging the house over the last couple of days(/weeks/months :).) so we've been carrying stuff over there, putting stuff over here and all that kind of stuff for Mom. Its been tons of fun!(quick is she behind me? no oh well :).) Well I guess that's all folks . on till next time, adios amigos!

OK this time I'm going to post on my life on the farm so here are some photos and descriptions

Is it just me or am I seeing spots?



We had a lot of fun in the snow building a igloo.



We also had fun on a raft we built that didn't float that well but it was still fun



the dogs had fun in the water to.

As you my or may or may not know I go to a archery class evry other thursday except when we have a tournament coming up then we practice evry thursday like we have been these past cuple of months. Well on the 18th we drove down to wisconsin rapids wich is a three hour drive in a snow storm so we got there with enough time to spare that we ate and hung out for maybe half an hour befor they told us to bring our bows in and set them on a rack to hang until it was time for the tournament to start then it took even longer for it to start becouse one of the school groupes and been slowed down by the snow storm then we had to wait while the hung up there bows then evryone had to find there correct spot to shoot from then after evryone got in there correct position they had us do two practice rounds then we actouly counted are scores then we had to wait for the As to shoot again then the Bs could shoot again(I was a B.) then the As shoot again then the Bs shoot again then they moved it to 15 meters from 10 meters and the As got to shoot again then the Bs then the As then the Bs then the As then the Bs fineshed our part of the tournament then the then the scourers talyed up our toutle scorse and I got 198 points and hit the X twice(the X is the senter of the target for thouse of you that didn't know.) then we ate a little more of are lunches and set of in an even worse snow storm but we made it home with only miner ingery(peple falling asleep.Zzzzzz.)but were all fine here and having a wanderfull time in the snow! hey sorry I haven't posted for awhile I've been kind of distracted but I'm back so here it gos.well max(my little brother) has decided that pink is his favorite color is pink so when we went to get stuff for his birthday party he said he wanted to have a all pink party we even had to get him a pink pony pinata and all sorts of other pink stuff so that when I saw the kitchen I knew I would be sick of pink after the party but it was fun no mater how pink it was. Well here are some pictures of the party.

well sorry I have not posted for a wile but I'm back posting again so here gos.
well some of you might be wondering what the mother hill is so I'll tell you its a huge hill in the mishicot village park. We wanted to go sledding there so wen we had time we went and saw whether or not you were aloud to sled there well it looked like you were so we geared up took a sled and tried it out it was sweet! So we had bein sledding for a wile then mom came out of the car started sledding with us then we spotted a jump and set of to try it out it was kind of fun then mom spotted to more jumps so we set of again they were sweet. Then I went of the jump and fell of my sled and hit my leg on the ground pretty hard so I went and sat in the car for a wile and watched my brothers and read my book.

Well I'm Finley getting around to posting about this but those who reed Collin's blog will already know this story but I'm going to tell it anyway so here it goes.Well my best friend was staying at are house for a few days then while are mom was cleaning the porch she found some firecrackers and told me about what her brother and his friends used to do with them which was lite the firecrackers wick then drop it in a can and watch it explode in the can.So we took the package of firecrackers and to cans out there then we proceeded to try and blow them up inside the can the first time we tried to drop it in the can it had a broken wick so it was half way in the can when it exploded and everyone but me fell back in surprise and I got blinded by smoke. Are second try was a little better but it missed the can all together so we decided to stuff the can full of them so stuck half the package in one can and it didn't turn out to well for the can. then we did it again and Even thou there was half as much firecrackers it was an even cooler explosion.

Yup I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it with my Owen eyes a squirrel eating a nut on the roof of are house with all five boys staring at it through the window. With all of us yelling at it this is what it did.



then after we had been yelling at it and making allot of noise it finely did this.



it was kind of funny that it was just sitting there wile we yelled and yelled and yelled and yelled but I Guess it finely got tired of it and left.
