Snow

Last weekend...

The kids loved it.

Buck loved it.

And I stayed inside. :)

Luke shoveled our older neighbor's drive because she did one row down it and went back inside. She thanked him by bringing some straight-from-the-oven-hot cinnamon caramel rolls that evening. They were SOOO good, I had to go find a recipe and make some more. I think I need to go ask her if she'll share her recipe though. Yummy stuff!

Cereal

This was about a week ago.

First cereal. She likes it!

Happy Halloween!

We walked down and went trick-or-treating down main street to all of the businesses, with Mary and her girls.

Then they came to our house and we ate dinner and decorated sugar cookies.

Then we t-or-t'ed through part of town. I'll have to grab the couple of photos that Luke took and add them in. The kids had a blast, they even walked the whole way without complaining.

Fun, fun day!

Mail

Aunt Leslie sent a package for the kiddos. They have had so much fun with it. Hours and hours of entertainment with crayons and stamps and glow sticks. They were very excited!
Thanks Leslie! :)

Marshmallows

I love Pinterest.

A couple of Fridays ago the kids and I prepared this for Luke-

When he came home we did this-

He's so good to play along. :)

The kids had a blast!

Cheeks

Already

5.5 months old and already has a tooth poking in on the bottom! The other two kids didn't get teeth until after a year old! Oh boy! This probably explains why she constantly has things in her mouth and why she always needs to be chewing on something.

Sunday drive home

I sat next to the baby on the way home from church and snapped these photos.

Yawn!

Mandy's party

Saturday morning we played racquetball for a couple of hours. Then we went home, got ready and headed down to Dickinson to go swimming for Mandy's party. After swimming we had pizza, ice cream cake and the kids broke a piniata. We did our grocery shopping at Walmart afterwards. By the time we headed home we were all exhausted. Good, fun day.

The birthday girl is 9!

Bailee has been super excited for this party for a long time!

Riley wouldn't look up because the sun was too bright.

Awesomeness from Natalie.

Elijah ended up breaking it, but I didn't catch a photo.

Fun, fun!

So, funny story, I had gotten the baby dried and dressed after swimming and then started to get myself dressed. Meanwhile, Luke was helping the kids get showered off, right behind me. The next thing I know the back of my pants are getting soaked! I look back and Luke had turned the top shower off and switched it to the long shower attachment which was pointed straight past the shower curtain, at my backside. It took me a minute to figure out what the heck was going on because I should not have been getting wet where I was. This was only funny because I had a spare change of pants in the car, which Luke ran to get me. It would not have been funny if I had to wear that for the rest of our activities. Anyway, it all worked out. :)
