yep, in less than 24 hours i will be on the plane to adelaide, australia for exercise kujarra 3...
been having block leave since thursday... which was good coz it allows us to rest and catch up with people before our trip... and catch i did... caught up with the old birds of mit club on thursday... met up with yaolong, yiling, zul, junxian, terence and alvin in school... dunno why yaolong wan go sch when its still the holidays... anyway, talk cok there abit in the clubrm coz yongxian was there so can go club... after which, yaolong, yiling, terence and me took alvin's car to marina square for dinner... we were joined by joshua, yuwen, dia, rudy, bin and waicheng... had swensens for dinner... it was a hearty dinner with lots of laughs... talked about the old times in school and all the funny stuffs that happened... and we think is very much suitable to appear as the muscle man in the mocca ad on tv... he will be so suitable la!!! lolz...
then yesterday was out with my sec sch buddies keyuan and yehshun... went amk hub to have dinner... had new york new york for dinner... after dinner, went around shopping abit... there was the amk hub opening bash i think and several celebrities were there to perform... we caught mi lu bing performance and it was great... there were other guests like diya, zhengning, peifen and daniel ong there as well... after which, we went to catch the match between man utd and chelsea after that at a coffeeshop near my house... wooo... man utd really rubbed salt into chelsea's wounds yea... haha...
well, will be flying in less den 24 hours time... im quite excited about the trip really... somemore its going to be my first time taking a plane... abit suaku i know... haha... finished packing my bag today... like nothing to bring but my bag quite big sia... haha... gonna meet my poly classmates for dinner at the airport before meeting up with the rest of A1...
my aim for the aussie trip is definitely to win the best fire unit honour... at our live firing, there is a friendly competition between the 4 platoons that are there... 2 active which is us A1 and A2, and 2 NS platoon... every target we shot down we will get 50 points... and platoon with the most points win best fire unit... being the num 1 TO, that is definitely something i am going to aim for... so best fire unit, here i come...
gonna keep a diary of what happen during my 14 day stay there and post it up here... hope that its gonna be of fun and laughter as well as success... haha...
so yep, cya guys on the 10th, the day im landing in singapore... take care everyone and i will see whether i got any souvenirs to bring back for u all...

did not update yesterday coz i was in camp doing guard duty... yep, kenna sunday guard again... sianz... 1 more guard duty on wednesday before flying off to australia... gonna have block leave from thursday onwards till the day i fly to australia... definitely need the time to prepare and pack my bags... have to bring alot of stuffs back from camp this week as alot of the stuffs are still in camp... so yep, in about 1 week time i will be on the plane to australia for exercise kujarra 3...
anyway, something i forgot to include in last week's post... last week was the 1 year anniversary of me enlisting into the SAF... so yea, less then 1 year to ORD!!! i can still remember the times 1 year ago before i enlisted man... went for club's ltc den the day before i enlist i was still in sp watching the peeps moved stuffs into the new clubrm... haha... and the laminated photo and tag u all gave me are still hanging in my cupboard... haha... how time really flies man...
gonna book in later and if nothing goes wrong, will be out on thursday morning...

this week was a damn slack week... we had nightouts like every other day... been eating supper almost everyday and that's bad... i think im starting to gain back all the kilos that i shed during course time... this is bad, very bad... second ippt window opening soon and i think im going to fail!!! cannot, must start training liao...
anyway, attended alvin's commissioning parade with waicheng, siyu, shermian and junhao... congrats to you bro... finally made it through the 9 months of training and getting your 1 bar... haha...
That's us with our newly commissioned 2LT... Congrats Man...
went for dinner after the parade with the juniors... its been ages since i last saw them... shermian and junhao during the agm and siyu after FO... thats damn long la... haha... went for dinner at billy bombers after which we went to pets station to find qiuhui... went home after that...
its another 16 more days to australia... next week gonna be parade week coz we having our unit's coc... damn, i hate parade... zzz... but friday is off i think so gonna be a short week again... woot...

finally, im back home after 2 week!!! and what a 2 weeks it was man...
this 2 weeks was a really tough one... both physically and mentally... first we had our k3 mock up exercise at tuas that last over the weekends... and the moment we pack up and come back to squadron, we had to start cleaning our stores equipments and prepare to stuff them into the containers by this week... and the catch was that if we cannot finish cleaning by friday, we had to stay back during the weekend to finish up the job... and it was no less thanks to "marvellous" planning from the people upstairs...
first of all, shipping dates were only confirm to us this week meaning we had to rush to prepare everything... talked about safety and rushing for time being one of the dirty dozens... if they had planned the schedule properly and confirmed everything beforehand, we wouldn't had to rush like mad and worked till the wee hours of the night every day... that's how gd the planning is from the people who are drawing taxpayers money... and that isn't all that meets the eye... schedules were constantly changing making me wonder if they are really prepared for the trip... well, at least its over and i don't have to stay back for the weekend... my platoon would have revolt if we had stayed for another weekend...
and the equipments are hardly easy to clean... they want it sand and dust free coz the immigration at australia won't let any singapore sand be brought into their country... and it been ages since people last cleaned the undercarriage of our MIs... and so the stains, sand and grease are stuck there... even using fire hose and jet sprays, the particles still cant be removed meaning we had to manually cleaned each and every corner of the equipment... talked about getting high on cleaning... my admin shirt literally turned from white to black...
anyway, the equipments are in and our duffel bags packed ready to be shipped to down under... so yep, another 23 more days to Australia... mixed feelings about the trip really... excited that im going to another country for a live firing but sianz about the fact that its going to be in a desert and its going to another saikang worth of jobs to do... well, wat to do, i only got an umbrella on my sleeves...
booking in later... no offs this week... sianz...
