Dang Dang Dang Dang!!!! This's her curry chicken dish for my dinner yesterday! Looks ok hor? Paiseh my hp cam quite lousy lah..haha! Not bad for a first-timer lah. Give her a 7/10 lah. Hehehe! Think she didnt put enough curry power so the curry not very strong lah. Anyway, good job mummy!

Tuan came back home at 8am, after hours of night cycling. My bao bei bike's seat cushion was spoilt...must change a new one liao. Sianz...
E.W suddenly wanted to cook curry chicken, now at aunt jo's house "experimenting" her dish. Now...can understand my title le ba? Hahaha! I am doubting her skills lah, coz nv eaten her curry chicken before mah. Haha! Think she in good mood today ah, can have home-cooked food for dinner lo~~!

Summary: Gao Gen, an ex-convict, was a very famous patissier who had a broken marriage and unable to fight for his son's custody. He also became "Cake Robinhood" by giving cakes to kids from single-parent families. His nickname in Gateux was "frosty hands" as his hand temperature was lower than normal people, thus he's able to make many delicious chocolate cakes.
Tang Shuang was the daughter of Tang Sen, who owned "Sen Ji" washing shop. He blamed his wife for leaving them to pursue her dream as a patissier & lied to Shuang & her bro Zhan that their mum was dead. Tang Shuang's cake shop "Dream factory" was burnt down accidentally by Yu Le, but she mistook Gen as the person behind it. Thus, she decided to take revenge on Gen & joined Gateux as a trainee. After seeing how Gen treated his son Bin Bin & that he's the robinhood who had encouraged her, Shuang decided to buck up and learn from him.
Shuang's mum, Qin Hui Xiang came back to HK with her sister. Now known as Qu Qi, she had lost all her memories after an attempt suicide in France. Gen let her stay in his house as he caused her sister to land in coma state. Gen realised that she could bake cakes during sleepwalking and soon afterwards, he found out that she was the "pastry queen" from france & she was Shuang's mum.
Shuang confessed to Gen that she likes him but he rejects her, fearing that history would repeat itself. However, after the Gateux newcomer competition, Gen decided to accept her. In order to let the past patissier Paul to return to Gateux, Sha La started to create things up to break up Shuang & Gen's relationship. Shuang believed Sha La & thought Gen was only using her and Qu Qi, thus decided to trash Gen during a cake competition. Just then, Shuang was hit by the lightning and suffered from the side effects.
Comments: Oh! I just love this drama. This "get hooked" feeling is back again! Simply cant wait for the next episode to show! Hahaha! The plot was average actually, but the characters added colours to it. Also, it adopted some "japanese culture" by showing how the characters felt while eating a cake, or when Shuang was day dreaming. Very cute scenes! It was a little exaggerating but you wont detest these little details. I simply like all the characters except Sha La, and to some extent, Yu Le. Haha! One big draw was the cakes shown in the drama, all looked so delicious and delicate, you dont feel like eating them. Some reviews commented that Joe Ma looked old with Myolie, i do agree but they are still a compatible pair to me. Haha! Even empress Wang watched every episodes...can see it's a nice show lah.
Ratings: 9/10 ( Near perfect, though i think the last 5 epis kinda spoilt the mood of the drama coz' Shuang is back for revenge again...and realised that she's wrong again...Also, the ending was kinda rush. I dont mind if there are 5 more epis leh. Haha! )

[Lib] Long time didnt go National Lib liao, went to borrow books. Ha! Got many tv novels eh!! Hehehe! But most of them are tw idol dramas, so not quite interested as i had watched them. E.W borrowed many PC bks for dad...super heavy. Met up with Tuan later @ Bugis.
[Lunch] Went to Sakae Branch @ Bugis, with E.W's 20 bucks voucher. Had a very full meal lah, didnt know that they have the computer ordering system..sua gu right? Haiz...
[Swatch] Went to their store @ Seiyu, so lucky to see a nice strap for my new Automatic watch. Also, changed the strap of my Chrono watch..yipee!
[Shopping day] It's Tuan's day today. She bought a Puma bag, then 3 shirts in OG. I knew she was quite happy lah, coz' normally she wont see many things she likes. Wahahahha!
[Pool] Went to Pool Fushion III with aunt jo & her pal. First time playing pool there, not alot of people, environment was good too. But i think the table was bigger than those 8-inch ones, so abit uncomfortable with it. Today quite lousy, must brush up my skills liao.
[Dinner] 10 Otahs...hahah!
[House] The painting is job is almost done, liked the new colours very much, made my blk brand new again! Hahahaha! Wonder if they will replace our "san he ban" coz' the sunlight is unbearable every afternoon. Haizz...

Summary: 15 years ago, little Rui Rui saved little Tao Si from drowning. They prayed that both will meet their true love & happiness at the star apple tree. They lost contact till they met each other again at the farm. Tao Si ran away from his wedding and met Rui Rui, but failed to recognise each other. Meng Xin & Tian Qi were ex-lovers, but Meng Xin became Tao Si's fiancee. Tao Si wanted to manage the farm. His dad gave him 3 mths to prove himself, or else he has to return to Taipei & marry Meng Xin. Tao Si & Rui Rui bickered with each other alot, but soon Tao Si realised that he likes her..and she was the girl who saved him 15 yrs ago! Sadly, Rui Rui rejected him coz she thought she liked Tian Qi. Just then, Tian Qi's brother Tian Hao appeared and wanted to acquire the farm and requested Tian Qi to work with him. Tian Qi wanted to protect Meng Xin's real identity, so he agreed to work for Tian Hao, and endured the insults of his farm colleagues. Finally, Meng Xin realised that she liked Tian Qi and was touched with what he had done for her. Tao Si & Rui Rui were back at the star apple tree....
Comments: The plot is standard, but incorporated the scenes well. There were many funny scenes b/w tao si & rui rui..which were enjoyable. At least, the plot didnt make me wants to sleep, or make me feel boring. Saying about acting, it was not too bad for an idol drama, though there were some quite exaggerating expressions from the cast. Ming dao filmed this drama with AQMFS, so same hairdo lor. However, his character was slightly different from Ya Si la. So I didnt feel that I saw another Ya Si in this drama. Ming Dao was quite exaggerating with his movements and the way he speak. Surprisingly, the effect was quite funny lor. Good job! First time see Li Yang in a drama...not too bad for a newbie. His character wasnt really bad, but nothing special lo. The typical 2nd lead actor who had done so much for a girl but gets nothing in return. The actresses were relatively new to me. Zhang Xin Yu was a very young girl..15 yrs old? So, she kinda looked kiddy lah, with the cast. However, i think she's compatible with Ming Dao & the character suits her. Though her acting was still quite "raw"..i think overall she's better than some others. Haha! Needs to work hard on her expressions ba. As for Yang Ya Zhu..didnt like her character from the start, acting was average too. But enough for her character ba, since she's always up to no good. Yan Xing Shu, the bad guy in the drama...couldn't totally convince me with his acting, but that's a new try from him. Hope he could lead a drama soon.
Ratings: 7.5/10 (Nice song from Sweety, nice ending & i like that star apple necklace.)

[Today] Met up with my gals @ cityhall mrt ctrl stn. All looking fine and healthy. Glad that PY could meet up for lunch, thanks for rushing there asap lah.
HM wore her shirt which she bought in Taipei. Quite stylo lor! Good taste lah! Just then, HM started to say stuffs about my hair, which made me looked like Korean. What the...where got lah gal? Me super chinese face k? Hahaha! Ann told me about that before too..i really dont agree with them anyway la.
[Lunch] First visit @ Azabu Sabo. Had a seafood omelette bento & a ice mango + ice cream dessert with GC. Taihen oishii desu! However, gotta comment about their service lah, abit not up to standard yet. Waited awhile for our food to come, and one of their waiters dropped a bowl onto the floor, just behind me lor. Lucky i wore my converse canvas, or else i might get a cut. Besides that, everything was ok la! They have a wider choice of desserts and ice creams, compared to Aji Tei.
Had a long chat with the gals. WT is getting more feminine now, and kinda out of the grp huh. Lol! But there's a nice change la, since I didnt see her for a long time. Also, HM was very happy about her gifts. Yeah!! Took sometime to hunt for it lor!
This time round, PY said my hair looked like korean AGAIN! Faints....think this was their first time seeing me with curvy hair ah? I didnt have a new haircut leh, no perm also. Hahaha! Anyway, I will try to keep my hairstyle that way, provided it's not my bad hair day lah. Hehehe!
[Pool] Wanna play bowling initially, but Superbowl was kinda full. So we switched to pool lor. Had a nice time playing with PY, GC & HM. Nice game k! Hahah! Think my skills still quite lousy..haiz..but lucky my white ball didnt dropped out of the table lah...hahahaha!

蒋先生很喜欢带我们去动物园，飞禽公园，圣淘沙等名胜地。至今，我大概只省夜间动物园还没去过。他也会带我们去住度假屋哦！ 第一次去的度假屋好像是NTUC resort 吧。。那时我还在读幼儿园。
父母也喜欢带我们去东海岸公园玩。在去那之前，我们都会先去马林百列的ntuc买汽水，然后再走地下隧道去公园。我有时也会带我建sand castle 的器具。 哈！最后，偶尔还可以去parkway parade 的Anderson's ice cream 吃双层雪糕！
小时候，父母还会教我骑脚车。跌了很多次才学会哦，真佩服他们的耐性。不太清楚7岁之前我会不会游泳。后来上小一，我还和璇去联络所报名上游泳课。蒋先生会每个星期六带我们去游泳池，我们在middle pool游泳，他则去deep pool。下课后，我跟璇都会冲去deep pool 玩。我还超爱在那里游泳！呵呵！
说到我儿时最常去的地方，应该是牛车水。每次去祖父母的家时，都会先到那里去逛逛，吃东西。所以，我对牛车水可说是了如指掌哦。。哈哈！祖父母的旧家就在附近，好像是两房式的组屋，楼下还有个熟食中心。很难想象蒋先生一家人可以住在这么小的地方，他好像和叔叔们都睡在客厅。 想到这里，我真的很幸福哦。。。
我这辈子的小遗憾，或许就是没跟祖父母聊上几句话。理由有几个吧。其一，我从小就由父母亲手带大，没有跟他们住在一起过，所以在某程度上是挺陌生的。就算去探访他们，我多数时间也是看电视或跟表妹们一起玩。
其二，也是最大的原因，没有共同语言。咳！我不会讲海南话， 也听不懂，只知道几个单字。祖父母又不会讲华语。。怎么沟通呢? 更妙的是，蒋先生一家人，除了跟祖父母讲“破破烂烂的海南话 ”之外，其余时间都用广东话沟通。哈哈！所以，当祖父母叫我的时候，就得找太后充当翻译员。
说到外祖父母，那就更陌生了。其中两位我从来都没见过，而另外两位的初次见面，是在我上小学之后的事。
有好几年，我的生日都在祖父母家过。。有生日蛋糕还有很多大姑煮的菜。不过，其余的时间，我的生日都过得特别简单。。。哈哈！
1992年的某一天，我们搬到我现在住的新家。以前新家外头，没有购物中心，都是很大片的草地。国庆日的时候，还可以看到烟花！不过，后来新建的组屋挡住了，无法看到了。新的生活开始了。

Summary: Yoon Hyun Suh is an adoptee who grows up in the United States. He becomes successful as a top manager of a hotel chain. He is assigned to do business in Korea. He falls in love with Choi Young In, a sassy concierge from the hotel he is assigned to. There is trouble still looming because Kang Soo Jin who is Hyun Suh's close friend. She is a single-mother to a young boy. The three become entagled in this love triangle. Kyle wanted to took revenge for his father who was indirectly "killed" by Hyun Suh in U.S. So he came back to Korea to seek revenge and worked in the same hotel as Hyun Suh, but fall in love with Young In too. Hyun Suh was suffering from some heart problems too, which could be fatal.
Comments: Ahn Jae Wook is back! I love his character this time round. He didnt give me that "ajosshi" feeling anymore! (uncle in korean) He looked suave and confident as Hyun Suh! Great! Lee Bo Young has acted in several dramas, though this is the first one i had seen with her as lead role. She has done a gd job in acting the sassy Young In. The couple really looked great together. Not much comments about Ms Oh coz i didnt really like her in the drama la. But, I like her "son" Yoon in the drama...so cute lor! I remembered a scene when his pet chicks died and he cried so much! So ke lian ne!! Finally, Mr Jo did a goob job in acting out the "cold" Kyle. His japanese was quite good wor...I think Kyle was a japanese in the drama la..haha! (paiseh..watched without subtitles..so not very sure over some details) The plot was nice and I didnt find it very similar to any drama I could think of. The ending episodes are quite touching, especially when Hyun Suh told Yoon that he was his father, & when the three (plus Young In) lied together on the floor.Though the ending turned out to be sad lah, I enjoyed the drama throughout lor..the spiderman scene, the car washing scene. So sweet sia! haha! The theme song "My Heart" is very nice too. Though the ratings in Kr lost alot to "Jumong", it's really good. (suay lah...same timeslot with Jumong, the epic drama by MBC this yr.)
Ratings: 8.5/10 (Very hard to give high score to Kr dramas normally, but Mr Goodbye is able to convince me to give it a better rating.)

六岁之前成长的地方，是我的旧家；一间三房式的房子。我和父母亲共用一间房，不过我得睡地板。哈哈！旧家在四楼，每天要爬楼梯。。。（难怪不会胖。。哈哈！）
父母亲很喜欢帮我和璇拍照。多亏他们，我现在可以看到我以前成长的过程。我想他们俩看到那些照片的时候也会感触良多吧。（孩子都那么大了！）
学习过程是辛苦的。一颗小小的脑袋，得开始吸收很多知识。记得妈妈常常拿着那些图片卡，要我念和认图片。
“Apple..苹果” “Ball..球 ”。。。
除此之外，冲凉的时候，也是学习时间。背地址，电话，乘数表等。哈哈！我想我小时候最有成就感的事情就是可以背好乘数表。（记得小学老师有教我们用手算成数表啦，不过我还是不会。可能我已经太厉害了。。。哈哈哈！自己宣布不用学吧。）
我就读的幼儿园，是有一所长老会教堂创办的吧。（现在其中一位老师还住在我家楼下）Nursery 的时候是读下午班，K1 和 K2则是早上班。那是我唯一坐过校车的日子，校车司机们都很好哦！我很爱吃学校提供的 “bao wei er" 粥和面，很多时候都会到厨房去拿第二碗。Easter day 的时候，每个同学都会拿一粒彩色蛋回家。国庆日的时候，会利用筷子作国旗。母亲节的时候， 会作carnation的花给母亲。圣诞节的时候，大家会一起看圣诞歌的录像带。
每年要毕业的时候，每班都得准备一个表演节目。所以，年底的时候，会花很多时间彩排。表演的地方在该教堂。小妹很荣幸地，三年里都当了表演节目的华语介绍人。（介绍自己班的表演名称）我并不觉得自己的华语讲得很好，所以也挺好奇老师们为什么会选我。哈哈！
快乐的时光过得很快，回家便是另外一回事了。那时候的太后可以说是位很严格的母亲；我的“噩梦”。哈哈！我的华文作业，常常被太后擦到破破烂烂。最后还得用scotch tape 粘好。我看我的老师看到了也会感到心寒吧。哈哈！太后要求我把字写好，要很端正。所以，以前经常被她用藤条打。藤条是我的宿敌！！ 我忘了还有什么事情会被她打。。应该是我不乖吧。
那只是太后“十大酷刑 ”之一吧。哈哈哈！以前还有被罚站在门口，被罚晚上不可以回房睡觉。结果我就躲在摇摇椅后面睡觉。
以前要吃快餐，简直是难如登天。可能几个月才能吃一次。我最爱麦当劳的开心餐了！因为可以收集玩具！现在我家还摆着那些玩具哦！
父母并没向其他人一样，要我们去上音乐课还是美术/手工班等。太后后来说，我们若有兴趣，就会让我们去上课。（那个“后来”还真的是很久以后，我某天问她的问题。）
很多人小时候都会有很多玩具吧，女孩子们会有很多洋娃娃吧。太后很少买洋娃娃给我， 我也不怎么喜欢吧。我以前最喜欢玩砖块游戏。。lego等。太后还说我以前都不碰softtoys. 真是个怪胎！直到一位阿姨从香港买了一个玩具熊给我之后，我才敢碰哦。
小时候，我经常穿洋装。（那个年代流行嘛）很难想象以前的我爱穿裙子吧。哈哈！璇则喜欢穿裤子。（可能跟太后有关，因为太后说璇穿裤子比较好看。）以前一定会去牛车水的“奥奇”买衣服。一套洋装不便宜，五六十块是普通价码。不过，太后的品味还不错啦，有些真的很漂亮。呵呵！

Summary: Neo-Image opened a salon in Taiwan, with top 3 hairstylists Artz, Fernando & Richie.
They were requested to help the Tw organisers in a hairstyling competition where Xiao Bei was the representative of Tw. So that's how they knew each other. Neo -image stole business from Xiao Bei's dad's old hair salon "Zhong Nan Li Fa". Xiao bei kept bickering with Ya Si, but she was attracted by the professionalism of Neo-image. Ya Si also recognised that Xiao bei has the calibre to become a hairstylist, so he bet with Xiao bei..if Xiao bei's friend Tong Tong came to Neo-image to work, she would have to work as "Xi tou mei" in Neo-Image. Xiao bei lost..thus that's how she started working in Neo-Image. Xiao bei was rescued by a guy wearing a no. 23 jacket. She later found out that it was Er Qi who saved her and fell for him. (actually the jacket belonged to Ya Si) Er Qi had a not-so-clean background in HK, he was touched by Xiao Bei when she said she was willing to stand by him. Ya Si, on the other hand, started to grow feelings for Xiao Bei too. Just then, Ya Si's girlfriend Qing Kong returned from UK and things got worst. (love triangle & Qing Kong actually stole Xiao Bei's designs etc)

Side plots: Annabelle, the mkting manager of N-I in UK came to "look after" the shop. She was Ya Si's dad's lover, as well as Xiao Bei's mum. Fernando's relationship with Emma and Ke Lan.
Er Qi's real some came to look for him, and preferred Ke Lan to be "his mum" instead of Xiao Bei. In agony, Er Qi gave Xiao Bei up as he realised that she liked Ya Si. Friendship b/w the 3 guys were affected because of Ke Lan. Neo-Image faced crisis when Armour imerged.

Comments:The drama started well, with scenes on how Xiao Bei & Ya Si interact. However, the plot seemed to drag from epi 11 onwards. There was a loss of focus on the male leads Ming Dao & Shao Wei. After epi 11, the focus of the drama seemed to be on Shao Wei rather than Ming Dao. Then near to the end, Ming Dao's role came back as the main lead. Sadly to say the plot was not as fun as "WZBQW", although I was glad that those extra sound effects were not heard in the drama. The ending was a focus on the competition b/w Xiao Bei & Qing Kong, nothing much more on individual characters, a little disappointment here. Acting wise, Ming Dao was suitable enough for Ya Si. Though this character wasnt that interesting or special. He always thinks for others and sacrifice himself. On the other hand, he wasnt very sure of his real feelings, thus sometimes his decisions were you rou gua duan. Shao Wei acted well as Er Qi. I think he made improvements lah, and i think his image was better than Ya Si. Hahaha! Our female lead Qiao Qiao is still a young teen, so acting wasnt very mature yet. As compared to her other dramas, i think i preferred her Xiao Bei here. She lacked adequate expressions in some scenes, jia you lor. As for Qing Kong, I dont like her at all..sorry for my biasness...Ke Lan is a very pretty model wor...and of course, have to mention Er Qi' son Xuan Feng. He is a japanese in real life ok?!

Ratings: 7/10 (Still watchable as a whole. The plot could be better. Special appearance of Xu Shao Yang from epi 19 onwards)

可能最近太有空，没东西写啦。接下来，我会开始写我的自传。。会变成短篇小说吗？哈哈！看来这可以是我庆祝21岁生日的前奏。这全是我这20年来的记忆，或许这只是写给我自己看的。哈哈！ 我的朋友们。。。enjoy吧！
1986年3月27日的下午，我诞生了！我的家是个弹丸小国，祖籍是海南岛琼海市嘉积镇。我是我父母的第一个孩子，也是两家的长孙。（至少当了好长一段时间，我才“卸任”哦。因为，两家后来都有男丁啦。）我老爸是蒋先生，老妈是王太后。蒋先生是家中的第四个孩子，而王太后的家庭比较复杂。（不是坏的方面哦，只是她有两个家庭。）她其实上有三个哥哥啦，不过从小她都在另一个家庭生活，变成独生女了。
说到我的阿公。。他以前在牛车水开海南菜饭摊。我的第二个外公则是开海南鸡饭哦！听说他的厨艺超棒！可惜，没机会尝到他做的饭。我不知道我第一个外公是作些什么的，毕竟我第一次看到他们夫妇的时候，是念小学一年级吧？过不久，他们便相继过世了。（认识他们的时间真的太短暂了。。）
说回我自己吧。我的名字，应该是太后取的。没有什么特别的意思啦，她也没请什么风水师帮她选名，只是自己参考一些姓名学的书而已。我也不太清楚我baby的时候做了些什么。。现在也只能看照相本回忆一下。（同年的十二月份，夺了一个BabyChampion奖。。除此之外，应该都是吃东西和睡觉吧。哈哈！）
1988年8月7日的早上，我迎接了我妹妹的诞生。她叫纬璇。。名字很好听哦？哈哈！我应该没什么吃醋吧。。真是个好孩子。。哈哈哈！（听太后说的）

Guo Guang's parents who lived in the village didnt know that he became "wife's slave" and that he signed that contract. They were very angry as he disgraced his family & couldnt accept Xi Min's "da nv ren" attitude. Guo Guang decided to break the contract by venturing into biz with his friend. Xi Min thought Guo Guang as an affair with his secretary, so she decided to become a nice wife to win him back, without knowing that this was actually "set-up" by Guo Guang's dad and Ya Ji. Xi Min was angry when the truth was revealed and became close to her ex-boyfriend, Zhi Xiong who is also a magistrate. Guo Guang became jealous and suspicious of them. Things got worst when Zhi Xiong decided to woo back Xi Min & Guo Guang had another scandal again....

Comments: A "tiring" drama...coz Xi Min always gets angry with Guo Guang & his family, though there were some happy or light-hearted scenes b/w Zhi Xiong & Guo Guang's sis Bao Yi & the romance b/w Shi San Gong & Xi Min's friend. I really dont like Xi Min this character. She really sucks man. Hahaha! The plot is typical TVB drama, so average lor. I really felt sorry for the pathetic Guo Guang..your're the best man! Saying about actors now. Ms Hsuan had acted some similar characters in the recent yrs...i dont really find anything new with her acting style. Though she's suitable for such "da nv ren" characters, i really hope she wld pick up some drastic roles lor..or else she would always remain at that spot, no improvements. Sunny is back! Like him since "O Ji Shi Lu". He acted well as Guo Guang, a bit blur blur look but a super nice houseman! Bravos! Dave Wong..or Wang Jie , the ex-singer we knew, acted well as Zhi Xiong. He's quite funny at times la..especially with Bao Yi. Not bad wor! The other characters were alright..thanks to them..or else i might just get disgusted with Xi Min. Lol! Really find this character irritating and unreasonable, always saying what law which line to other ppl. Also, she always find fault on others but she didnt realised herself is a big fault...really headache sia.

Rating: 6/10 (Plot is standard, dont like Jessica's character, though Sunny's did a gd job, so cant give a very high rating. It's really tiring to listen to her unreasonable stuffs everyday.)

[Bag Hunt] Met up with SC & CH @ Bugis today. Hunting for HM's birthday gift la. After much consideration, we bought a nice bag lo! Hehehe! Anyway, great to know that my gals are doing alright...heheh!
[Shopping] Went to OG & saw Converse sale! Bought a World Cup tee with "Germany" print @ 9.90 bucks. O.P was 33.90 lor! Cheap right? Hehehe! Called E.W to ask for her permission to buy...yeah~~Lucky she said the tee was nice. Yipee~
[Dinner] Met up with my folks @ Chinatown Point, before walking to Yan Palace for my dinner. Yup..my xiao gu's treat coz' they striked 4D mah. Long time didnt go Yan Palace lah, the food there were delicious lo, though I didnt like the final dessert, the red bean paste. Hahaha! Kenna forced to sing Karaoke by my aunts....Ok with my singing lah, though I didnt really "let my voice out" coz' paiseh mah. Hahaha! End up i sang lots of oldies today...poor me~~
[World Cup 3rd placing] Yes! Germany won!! Thanks to the young Bastian Schweinsteiger! Hehehe! Oliver Kahn u are the best goalkeeper man! Actually the match wasnt that interesting lah, coz' Portugal's defence was quite weak, but they have more % on ball pocessions than the Germans. Watched until 5am..lucky no extra time...hehe!

[Dinner]Hehehe! Met my "usual" gang for dinner @ HG mall, Pf & Tuan. Today tried the newly opened Ichiban Sushi. I had Chasoba mini Unadon set. Taste nice, though i think it's abit heavy to have noodles & rice at the same time. Tuan's Sashimi sushi udon set looked nice too, shall try it some other day.
[Matsu Takako] Kept hearing her beautiful voice at MTV. Her new compilation CD is out too! Got all her best singles ne! Feel like buying..hahaha!

[World cup semi-finals] The Germans were gone! Fight for ya 3rd placing ba...if you cant even secure a 3rd, dont know how u can face your people huh. Congrats to the Italians, though i didnt support the grp, their 1st goal was really beautiful! I went back to slp at 5.30am, and lucky i am still very awake now. Hahahaa! Tonight's match is a "hard-to-say" match again, though France has a higher chance to win, base on performance. We shall c k...
[Silent Hill] I think E.W wont be disappointed to watch this movie with Tuan & me. "A mum is the god in the eyes of a child"...i like this phrase. Rose's adopted daughter Sharon kept dreaming of Silent Hill. So she decided to bring her child to find out the ghostly town & they never return again. If u didnt know the plot or game in the first place, you may not know that the characters were already dead when they entered Silent Hill. Basically, one dimension of SH was the foggy one while the other was the hellish one, with creepy monsters. Well, the plot was quite exciting, though I didnt consider it to be a horror movie, coz' it simply isnt one. Hahaha! So Sharon was actually the "good side" of Alyssa, a child whom was thought to be a witch and was sacrificed by a grp of "deep-faith" ppl. Alyssa's evil side actually caused Rose & Sharon to meet an accident and then led Rose to all the troubles in SH, in the end helped Alyssa's "bad side" to accomplish her revenge. Finally, she took her revenge and also entered Sharon's soul..& became a complete Alyssa again, though Rose wasnt aware of that & she didnt know that they were both dead. Actually there were quite a few hints to tell u that they were in a different dimension, when Rose's husband Chris went to look for them at the normal SH. He could felt her presence but cant see her. Also, the last scene of the movie, Rose & Sharon were back in their house, but Chris didnt knew it. Also, the poor policewoman who actually kenna dragged into SH was quite a poor fellow too...can guess her fate la. Overall, a nice movie. I am curious about the game now...hahahha!
[Dinner] Suki Sushi @ Hg Plaza...met up with Mr Chean & aunt Jo...didnt eat alot la, but it was a nice meal..hehehe! Will be going for another Japanese meal soon..hohoho!!!

Summary: Shui Dong Lou was the new magistrate of Liangcai County, clever and righteous. He solved cases using his wits & unique working style, and of course with his best partner, Shiyi mei. Shiyi, on the other hand, was an impulsive but righteous constable, proud of her father & live with her principles to wei min chu hai. She didnt realise that her mum Jin Ying was actually the famous bandit Flying Eagle, who stole money from the rich & distributed to the poor & killed corrupted officials. She didnt have a good impression of Dong Lou initially, thus the two kept bickering with each other. As time passed by, Shiyi became fond of Dong Lou, who had a fiancee in the capital. Advisor Shi was actually a corrupted character & often ganged up with other constables to corrupt money & bully people. However, he turned into a good guy after working with Dong Lou. He used to dislike Xiu Gu (Shiyi'a aunt) coz she was an avid gambler. After knowing the truth of her circumstances, he fell for Xiu Gu & they became another funny couple.
Comments: Initially, I was disappointed with this drama coz' it's practically a lame show. However, thanks to the plot, I really enjoyed the drama. The interactions between Dong Lou & Shiyi were very funny. The drama got a little serious at the later part but it doesnt miss out the comedy factor. Moses Chan's acting was quite exaggerating but it made his character really funny. Niki fitted well as Shiyi, clearly acted out Shiyi's impulsiveness & how Shiyi reacted when she became fond of Dong Lou. The other supporting actors were equally good in the drama; I am glad that Advisor Shi wasnt a bad character lah. The only flaw was the theme song sang by Niki & Moses, just simply not nice lah.
Ratings: 8.5/10 (Light-hearted comedy with reasonable plot just brighten my day. I like super funny dramas)

[today] met up with ML for lunch @ Bugis. Ate Beef Bolognese @ Pastamania. It's a catching up session today. Didnt meet for quite sometime, talked alot on our trips and also other stuffs la.
Decided to pay PF a surprise visit @ echo music. Lucky she wasnt too surprised to see us and we were not too surprised to see her new shirt. Hahahaha! I thought what "deep-V" shirt leh!
Met up with JW @ bugis fountain & we went to Aji Tei to have some desserts. Glad to know that u gals are doing alright la. ML & PF, hope u will enjoy ur life @ NIE lor.
