The drama is set in the late Joseon Dynasty court in turmoil due to power struggles between the vested interests and rising powers. It is a historical drama with a touch of mystery about an unprecedented serial murder case. In the late Joseon, after two wars against the Japanese and Chinese, the country is in turmoil. The government has failed to proactively respond to changes home and abroad while new culture and ideas flow in. Against this backdrop, King Jeongjo envisions a drastic reform for the people but the conservative political groups fear and reject the cocksure attitude of the king. In the midst of social, political changes, two men and a woman struggle to lead a “right” life.
Love & Hates:
I think it's quite a daring move to use a totally new cast for a drama. Though this drama suffered a low viewership rating, I think it's a very good fushion saguk (historical drama in korean). Plot is refreshing, fast and swift (only 8 epis). What made the drama watchable was the cast too. I am totally impressed by the new faces like JYH and KHE. (Maybe newbies could act better sometimes..) Actually, the drama is quite "dark" la, constant murder cases, night backgrounds, lots of bloody scenes etc...but then the storyline unrevealed more twists and secrets. I felt that the drama could have more epis...for a fuller development. I liked the ending very much, beautifully done..shall nt disclose too much here.
OST was superb..u can listen to contributions from JYP's new girl group Wondergirls etc. Loved the instrumentals...
Worth watching?

和"东南亚踏歌行".
说到杨先生的新书, 内容范围很广.
都是一些他经历过的事情,
或者是他对某些事情的看法.
每一篇文章，都有类似几米的插图.
还没看完"东南亚".
11个国家, 每个都有一首歌做代表.
阿清喜欢看关于旅游的工具书.
我想当我读完这本书之后,
应该会很想快点到邻近的国家去走走.
(其实已经有计划了, 只是在等时机)
我很好奇. 在我身边的友人,
能马上列出东南亚有什么国家吗?
我们往往都很向往去比较远的国家，
有多少人知道其实东南亚有很多宝啊？
阿清也有偏激的时候.
有跟一些友人说过, 如果没有必要,
阿清不会想踏进对面那块土地. (不过, 东边的例外..哈哈!)
其实没有什么理由, 纯粹就是不喜欢.
阿清看来跟她也没有什么缘份.
只去过她最南部的城市和一个外岛.

Met up with CH at noon. Had my lunch @ Pastamania. It was a disappointing meal. The Marinana spagh tasted far from delicious...and there's something wrong with the tomato sauce. Well, the calms' meat were pathetic....and they didn't even bother to arrange to food properly. Everything....prawns, sotongs and calms were messed up. I mean..there's food presentation right? Well...don't ask me to eat there in the near future.

Well, the story itself was quite interesting, though it may not be that fun when compared with the previous anime which i had watched.. "The Girl who leapt thru' time". "Brave Story" may not have the best animation technique...but it kinda reminded me of classic or older animes. Haha! Enjoyed the part when Wataru was at the Vision world with his new pals...animals in human-styled dressings and of coz..speaking in Japanese. Lolz....
I am quite glad with the ending..though I wondered why....shall not disclose much here...Perhaps sometimes we don't really need to think that much.
Nice themesong from Aqua Timez..."Ketsui no Asa ni".

味亭京都茶房最近的午餐套餐有新变化. 有很多新的食物...看了想流口水. 哈哈! 虽然我还是对他们的服务水准感到不太满意, 可是今天这餐太好吃了..就算了吧! 哈!
璇的salmon don.
我的saba kimuchi 套餐. 豆腐占了特制的浆料, 使得普通的冷豆腐吃起来特别香. 那个白萝卜也很好吃...呵呵!
--天冷就回来--
吃完饭之后, 我们走到国家图书馆的Drama Centre Theatre去看音乐剧咯! 我的"第一次" 就献给了实践剧场. 对"天冷就回来"也是满心期待. 两个小时十五分钟的表演, 果然没让我失望. 虽然剧情很薄弱...不过, 听了梁文福的那40首歌曲之后, 还是感到很满足.
剧情很简单..就是说阿乐的爱人已逝, 他决定背着行囊离开了家, 独自去了纽约, 追求自己的音乐梦想. 在那里, 他遇见了阿强, Rose, 还有一群在pizza店打工的人. 随着时间留去....阿强的旧情人想跟他复合...Rose为了得到表演的机会想牺牲自己...而阿乐却还在迷失方向...不知道他到底要什么. 最后....他们都决定回家...
先说贯穿整个音乐剧的音乐...大多都是大家耳熟能详的曲子. 例如: "天冷就回来", "陪我看日出" , "细水长流", "如果你不小心想起我", "戒情人", "久久才见到你的好" 等等. 新的编曲, 加上梁文福超棒的词句...让音乐剧有点像小型演唱会. 哈哈!
剧里的四位主角都表现得不错. 田伟鸿的歌声和演技都非常棒. 陈瑞彪...还挺熟的名字...也有超棒的声音. 女主角董姿彦..唱歌时让我想起郭美美. 不过, 是唱得更好的美美哦. 哈哈! 我真的觉得她可以去发唱片. 施慧玲起初的表现还挺普通...唱歌的时候有点拉不到音. 不过, 渐渐看到了她的进步. 表现不错喔~ "881" 的小木瓜王欣也有表演..不过, 她演的只是个小角色. (但还是很枪眼!)
看完了此剧之后...很期待本地将来的音乐剧啦, 舞台剧啦..呵呵!

--Japanese Sch Changi Campus--
Went to work as a volunteer at the Summer Fest earlier on with Mandy, Shirley & her daughter. Well, I am quite tired now, though I had only stood for abt 1.5hrs..may be coz' i was bending down, squeezing the sauces out and standing with my pain toe...had difficulty walking properly after that. Haha..(old woman) Sadly, I didnt manage to take many pics coz' I thought I won't have time walking around, so I didnt bring my cam along. Anyway, I did have an hr to walk abt la...but wanna save my HP's batt..so paiseh la.
We were 2 hrs early to prepare the food...and u cant imagine Ah Ching was selling a food which she didn't like to eat...and yes...sausages! OMG! Lucky i got use to the smell...or else i would faint mentally ah. Lolz. It's great to work with the "Hanasukai" members...hehe!
My "premium bento" for dinner from Tonkichi wor! Wah...yummy!
Tried my luck to scoop one Japanese styled YoYo..actually it can be quite easy and quite tough. I managed to get one la...shld have got another one..Haiz. Saw others scooping goldfish at another stall...didnt tried that la...that one is tougher. There were too few game stalls le...mostly were food stalls...quite a pity la. Haha! Got a free piece of coupons la..but didnt manage to eat or buy many stuffs...only played that Yoyo game, bought some お菓子 and a bottle of レムネ, which is a glass marble soft drink.
Btw, saw many "fake Japanese" too...hahah! I meant Singaporeans dressed in Yukata. Well, it's quite a weird scenerio when u found abt 80% of the adults who were wearing Yukata were Sgporeans. Haha..most Japanese adults don't wear lo...only their kids. Anyway, like what Shirley said, it's too easy to spot them..coz' besides their dressing...their lingo & behaviour weren't Japanese at all. Ha!
Started working at the stall at 7pm la....thought somebody wld replace me by 8pm..but nobody came..instead there were fewer ppl working at the stall. The few of us were busy like mad lo. Gotta thank a Japanese-Chinese volunteer la...coz' I couldn't really catch the orders initally, esp. those from Japanese. Haha..
Why leh? Example...Some of them used " 一本", some used "一つ", some used "いっこう"..and i even heard "二杯". Haha..though I understood la..but it could be confusing when the orders came in non-stop. Finally, i got better la..but the sauce bottles were giving me troubles. It's so hard to squeeze them when the bottles were sort of emptied. Ha!
Was glad to see the last batch of sausages selling off fast...then some of them started saying last 5....4....3 more...etc. Finally all gone..and all of us cheered! Haha!
A lil' accomplishment for Ah Ching today..though she's suffering from her pain toe now. Ha!

What's it abt?
A story inspired by "Desperate Housewives". The drama tells a story about Mi Joo, a divorcee who seeks revenge on her ex-husband, Jung Suk, a plastic surgeon who had remarried with his wife, Eun Young and their daughter Ha Na. Eun Young hires Mi Joo as her clinic's dentist.
Mi Joo then meets Rookie, a baseball player who happened to be the owner of the house, which she rented in Korea upon her arrival after 10 years living in U.S with her son, Joon.
Da Rim is Rookie's girlfriend, but she is seeing someone behind his back. Later, Rookie is unable to be a pitcher anymore. Da Rim decided to continue see her match-making boyfriend while trying to ditich Rookie...but soon finds out that Rookie and her neighbour Mi Joo are rather close to each other. Da Rim's sister-in-law Sang Mi has a big pressure from her mum as she hasnt bear any child. Her husband, a lawyer, is always busy with work. Sang Mi suspected that her husband has an affair outside....later she finds out abt her husband's secret...
Love & Hates:
This drama has one of the most childish plots I have ever seen. The main plot is Mi Joo seeking revenge from Jung Suk...and there goes the scenes with both of them taking revenge on each other. Perhaps u will find these two 30 something fellas quite dumb and irritating, with all their childish actions to get back at each other, while trying to keep the secret...abt their relationship and their son. However, I really enjoyed the moments when Mi Joo won and Jung Suk suffered from his evil-doings. Haha..too funny liao. The other side plots were alright, I personally like to see scenes b/w Rookie & Mi Joo. If there are more scenes b/w them wld be better still.
Personally, I only know Lee Ki Woo from the cast list. His performance was okay la, like his chemistry with YHJ. The other cast did a relatively gd job too...JWI was quite exaggerating with his expressions, but I enjoyed his performance. Haha...super gd chemistry with YHJ too. Disliked IJE's character Eun Young...she's really a selfish fella...forgot who broke up whose family and instead revenge on the victim.
Worth watching?
It's worth watching this drama as I think most of you would enjoyed the funny scenes like me. Butta, gotta bear with the constant quarrelings and shoutings from the cast.

Went to "visit" my grandparents at different temples today la. Was kinda tired due to the weather...lolz! (might as well say I am old liao..). Finally found a fish porridge stall selling delicious porridge and yu sheng @ Tiong Bahru market. Haha....Later, E.W and Tuan went to pick up their specs la...stylo Puma specs for Tuan...hahahaha! (ms scientist Chean....:p).
Anyway....got a busy wkend coming up. Shall update then.

What's it abt?
Based on the novel by Higashino Keigo. Wagura Yusaku unwillingly broke up with his first love in high school and became a policeman after years of struggle. After ten years, the suspect of a murder case appeared to be his previous rival, Uryu Akihiko, who turned out to be the husband of his first love, Uryu Misako. The detective and the suspect, also childhood friends, carried out the confrontation of fate and were tossed about in destiny, accepting their "fate" of themselves...
Love & Hates:
I had read the novel long before stumbling this drama on tudou. There are some other dramas which were adopted from Higashino's mystery-detective novels. The novel was really good, I was so curious who's the mastermind...so of coz' I have some sort of high expectation for the drama version.
So...the drama version is only 1 epi long, so the whole storyline moved quite fast...I wld say the plot was alright, but the novel is definitely more interesting. Cast wise, Fujiki and Kashiwabara did a gd job. Honjou was alright, though her character is a minor here...Personally, I thought Kashi's performance was better than Fujiki, may be perhaps I havent seen Kashi for a long time and his new image for Wagura is more striking than Fujiki's...
It's just a pity "Shukumei" wasn't a full 11 epi drama la...or else I think we could see more developments b/w Uryu and Wagura, and perhaps a more interesting storyline which is not tt rush.
The themesong "Shukumei" by Fujiki Naohito is nice. Personally I preferred the "Shukumei Album version" in Fujiki's "Colorman" album.
Worth watching?
Wld reco to those who like mystery-detective dramas. Of coz..fans of Kashi & Fujiki shld nt miss out!

What's it abt?
In 1937, Manchuria was occupied by Japanese forces. Ping An and a brother-like Xiao Yi brought their sick mother to Nanjing. They were looking for Gu Wan Qi, who owned the biggest rice company in Nanjing. Qi was An's father and after An's mother died, An stayed with her father's family. Pan Shi Chang, a business-minded trader who worked with the Japanese bought over Qi's rice company. He hired a singer Shen Yi Ping to sing at his restaurant. Both of them turned out to be undercovers for the Chinese government.
Soon, Nanjing fell to Japanese forces. An was shocked to know that Xiao Yi, with whom she grew up, was actually the son of the Japanese military officer, Song Tian Yi. She also discovered that Yi, whom she considered to be her fiance, was actually in love with Yue Feng, the fourth wife of her father.
After pretending to be lovers to let Yi forget abt An, An finally knew about Chang's real identity. She then fell in love with this "traitor" whom she hated initially...
Love & Hates:
Actually, this drama's plot was typical...I bet most of you can sort of guess the ending la. However, what really made me wanna watch was becoz' of Sunny and Myolie. Though they only got together towards the ending of the drama...I really like the scenes and chemistry b/w them.
Honestly, I am quite a fan of Sunny Chan. He can be a super nice guy in one drama, and a baddie in another drama. This time round, he's the perfect man for this "traitor" role. This character has depth...coz' Pan Shi Chang isn't just a simple guy. Myolie's performance was not bad, though I didnt really like her character Ping An. Why? Typical super nice girl who's sacrificing for others willingly and always put herself last. Ron Ng's performance was not bad too. Initially, Xiao Yi was just another typical role Ron wld act...guy who never thinks carefully b4 he acts. However, he changed alot after he knew abt his real identity. Now, Xiao Yi dressed differently, behaved different and speaks differently. His chemistry with Leila was alright, butta a pity that there weren't too many scenes b/w them. As for Leila, she did rather well for this character..butta, nothing too special la.
Another "couple" whom I think is more interesting than Yi-Feng was Song Tian Yi (Sek Sau) & Mandy Cho. Never seen Mandy's performance b4...and I think she did pretty well this time round. Matured and pretty singer...and I liked her voice too...
Worth watching?
Wld reco to TVB fans...It may be pretty boring initally, but the plot wld get better as the drama progresses. Of coz, I am glad that I could catch the canto version la. Also, check out the themesong "Xing Er" by Myolie Wu. She really can sing quite well...

今天心血来潮，决定和家人一起去看本地片子“881”。
阿清通常都不看本地的电影，所以为什么会去看“881”呢？可能是题材很新鲜吧。
相信大家都大概知道此片讲的是什么。。
此片，如同其他的本地片子，有着新加坡式的幽默。
有新加坡式的语言。。（福建+华语+英语）
有反映新加坡的社会。。
还有。。强调了我们的文化。
其实，此片可以说是“大小木瓜”的感人故事。
导演还挺厉害的。。其中有一幕，是“木瓜姐妹”请求仙姑给她们法力。。
她们的台词，都是用歌曲的title串成的。。非常有创意。
“木瓜姐妹”的歌台服装也很亮丽，枪眼。
电影里的福建歌曲。。。也有重新的整理。。
很好听。。
当然，这部电影，也一直提到陈金浪。。
在此，推荐这部戏给大家。

What's it abt?
This drama is based on the novel "Sad Story of the Capital" written by Lee Sun Mi.
Na Yu Kyung is the owner of a book store and she is also a lobbyist. Sun Woo Wan is the youngest son of a rich and famous family, whose brother was involved in the independence movement. He only knows how to enjoy life with his reporter friends, and could not be bothered about other things till he met Yu Kyung. Lee Soo Hyun works for the Japanese government, and he was thought to be the betrayer which led to the death of Wan's brother. Cha Song Joo is a famous Gisaeng and good friend of Wan. It turns out that Song Joo is a member of a Independence movement group and receives orders from the head of the group. Soon, she recruits Yu Kyung, Wan and his friends in. However, the head of the group is still unknown to them. Love blossomed b/w Kyung & Wan, while Hyun & Song Joo's identity became a barrier though they were in love. Soon, the head of the Independence movement group turns out to be...
Love & Hates:
I think my summary revealed some spoilers, but nvm la. Plot was interesting becoz' of the background and the theme. Honestly, I had seen dramas abt China under Japanese occupation, but not a korean one yet. (Maybe i should watch "Seoul 1945"..haha!) What's more? The cast was great!
I could say it's the first time that I think all the cast did very well...and I even think that the supporting lead Han Go Eun and Ryu Jin did better than the 2 leads. Haha! Acting was not exaggerating, full of emotions and of coz', actions b/w the independence movement grp and the Japanese police.
I bet most of u wld recognise Kang Ji Hwan from "Geum Soon", Han Ji Min from "Dae Jang Geum", and Ryu Jin in "Summer Scent". I love the chemistry b/w the characters...happiness & bickering b/w Kyung & Wan; hidden love and emotions b/w Hyun & Joo.
I specially wanna mention Han Go Eun. It may be my 1st time watching her drama, butta I am totally convinced by her beauty and acting. Nv seen a supporting lead changing so many hairstyles & dressings in a single drama. Ya..given her Gisaeng character...it's normal la. However, she looked so different in Hanbok, sexy western dressing and normal dressing. I especially like her image when she lets her hair down...Bravo!
Though the mood of the drama became more serious and more sad towards the end, I am happy with the ending...(shall not disclose too much spoilers here..)
OST was nice too...music was kinda oldie, but still modern la. Hehe!

今天又和两位准老师见了面。看来以后SR帮只剩下她们俩了吧。哈！
我们到了"Pasta Cafe"去享用午餐。这家餐馆依然是我爱去的其中一间。不过，他们现在的服务好像没以前好，侍应生的反应有点慢。
我的午餐是"1+1+1 Combo" @ $22.90。基本上，可以选择“开胃菜”，例如沙拉或西洋汤。此外，还可以选择你喜欢吃的Pasta和Gratin。。每个选项有五种选择。
我的蘑菇汤。
番茄海鲜意大利面和海鲜Gratin。口感还不错。不过，我本身不是很喜欢吃太cheesy的食物。。所以，Gratin不太适合我啦。
方小姐的banana split。。。看了很想吃吧？
“多亏”昨天的跑步运动。。害得懒人清muscle ache。。哈哈！所以，今天没什么精神逛街。。不好意思啦！
我还去了Kinokuniya买了JLPT lvl 3的试题集。。希望对我有帮助啦。

What's it abt?
The three women in this series reflect the roles of women in this modern society. Hai Qiao - strong willed woman whose mind is set on climbing the corporate ladder and resist romance after she's being hurt by man. Zhi Ling - A woman who believes her life goal is to get married and obey her husband. Hai Xuan - young, ambitious and confident woman, who wanna prove her ability to show that whatever man can do, woman also can accomplish.
Zhi Ling's husband Jing Liang cheated on her and she wanted a divorce. However, Ling still has to face Liang on working matters. Three new colleagues came and one of them happeend to be Qi Kuan, who is Zhi Li's friend and Ling's ex-tutee. He has liked Ling for over ten years and confessed his love for her. However, Ling could not accept him as "Jie Di Lian" is not really accepted in this society, and definitely not in her family. (Her dad and brothers are all male-chauvinist).
Qiao worked very hard to keep her position in tact from competitors in the company. She has wanted to have a child of her own, but not getting married. Thus, she asked Ling to help her to find a good man and smart man. She set her eyes on Kuan at first, but she realised later that this is a selfish act. Qiao's only regret is her only sister Xuan, who left her for the states and has not keep in contact with her. Finally, Xuan returned to HK, but their relationship is still as bad as usual. Qiao had a one-night-stand with Jing Liang, and she realised that Liang is not that bad afterall, though he has a bad personality. Soon, Qiao realised she's pregnant with Liang's child. However, she decided to keep mum and wanna raised the child by herself. Liang later became her child's fake daddy as he wanna be a parent very much.
Zhi li, Ling's brother, is a sushi master and works in "Li Shan Hei Bu", which belongs to Liang.
Li,who has very old-fashioned thinking, believes that women cannot become sushi masters. Women should stay at home and do their duties. Li began to fell for Xuan after she shows him much concern, but he does not know what to do to confess to Xuan. Li is finally convinced that women are quite capable too after Xuan's talents in becoming a sushi master.
Love & Hates:
This is the drama with the highest viewership last yr. Expected quite alot from it la, but was a little disappointed with the plot. Perhaps it's not the best, but it's still watchable. Personally I think "Men in pain"' had a better and more realistic plot.
The cast did well generally. I gotta say Michael Tse finally proved that he could be a lead, though he was not given much chance. His character JL was an interesting fella...lots of changes with him being a baddie initially, then turned a gd guy but nobody believed him...and turned bad again to revenge Qiao, though he liked her and he's not tt bad personally liao.
The focus was on the 3 main ladies..and I would only say their characters were alright, but nothing too spectacular. Sheren did a perfect job as Qiao and her chemistry with Michael was good too. Melissa was alright, but I did not like her character Ling la. Given her first failed marriage experience, it seemed that she wld think of divorce asap when she found that her 2nd marriage was hard to maintain. As for Xuan by Kate...I found her hairstyle irritating. I didnt like Xuan initially, but I think she got better after working with Li. Haha. Kate Tsui is still quite new la...acting average. As for the 2 other guys Raymond and Kenneth...their performances were zhong gui zhong ju. Their characters were normal la, so nothing spectacular.
Overall, still enjoyed the whole drama. Themesong by Miriam Yeung...didnt find it nice initially, but time proved that this song is those "nai ting" type.
Worth watching?
A must-watch for TVB fans, though the plot was not fantastic. However, I guessed women nowadays would share the same sentiments like those in the drama. We don't wanna be sterotyped right? Women can also prove their abilities in work right? Yeah!

--Driving Practical--
After dragging for half a yr, Ah Ching finally went to learn driving-the last stage before getting my licence. Honestly, I am quite worried abt today's lesson. Haha...but luckily everything went quite smoothly la..didnt kenna scolded by instructor was gd enough. Hahahaha!
Well, going to have 2 lessons next wk...hopefully I can do better and of coz...work hard for the "Big Day" next yr.

Was anticipating this lunch..haha! I think this restaurant is getting famous, business was doing well lo. Ok..check out our meals below la.
My Hamburg set!! I think it's quite an innovative dish coz' it's not the typical bolognese spaghetti. Yummy!

Aunt Jo's gratin...part of her Set meal which included a soup, a drink and another plate of spaghetti.
Aunt Jo bought Tuan a necklace from "The Kiss" shop from Japan. Designs were unique, though the shop didnt offer many choices.
Returned home and bought tickets for a 舞台剧 《天冷就回来》. Never watch a stage drama performance before...so looking forward la. Anyway, I was kinda surprised when most of the cheaper tixs were fully snapped. Haha...lucky I got a better seat.
Dinner at Suki Sushi...today ate too much liao. Haha...

What's it abt?
This series talks about different generations of men, who are facing different types of pressures. Kang Tian Ren is the head of the family who has many responsibilities at work and at home. Because of all these pressure, he becomes a very selfish person. His son Shi Xi is an optimistic person, who cares less about anything, except playing with his friends.
Tian Ren realizes that he has some 'problems' in the bedroom. However, he does not let his wife De Qiao know, in order to save his pride. Instead, he asked his friend Lily to "test" for him. This later led to De Qiao and Tian Ren's divorce.
At work, Tian Ren is sandwiched b/w his female boss and her son. He finally decided to work under her son Rex for the A&A project.
Shi Xi meets Gao Fen,who's going to study in the university. They fall for each other and spent the night together. To their horror, Fen soon finds herself pregnant with Shi Xi's child. Fen's family is furious and blame Tian Ren for not teaching his son properly. The couple get married while the two in-laws finally stopped quarelling and accept each other.
Tian Ren is now going through family problems, working situations, money problems which are all the troubles that can make men feel a lot of pain.
Loves & Hates:
This drama is the sister drama of "La Femme" ba. Basically the plot was to show how men at different ages coped with their problems from their families and work. This drama didn't really sided the men with unrealistic incidents or storylines, thus I find the drama rather realistic. Many of a times, men were expected to do too many things and women tend to request too much sometimes. Actually, I find this plot talking abt women at different ages too...one binded by marriage, one who only wants love but no marriage and one who controlled the family and got married to spite ex-lover.
The cast did very well generally. Damien Lau was superb. I bet u guys have nv seen him in such a "crazy" character before. Haha..His image was rather strict most of the time, that's why i liked his change this time round. Great chemistry with Louisa too...bravo!
Ron Ng has nv impressed me with his acting and characters...coz' they are the same most of the time. Not an exception this time round, his character is still the typical "only wanna play" and rash son. What's different is that after Shi Xi became a father himself...I think Ron did pretty well here. I could see changes in his character..getting more mature, more responsible and of coz'..a happy dad. Also, a son who tried to reconcile the divorcing couple. At least, I did see some improvements from him here. However, not very sure abt his other dramas la..lolz!
Toby Leung is very new to me..her 2nd drama is the big production "drive of life" now airing in HK. Not very pretty to me..and I didn't find Ron and her compatible. Acting was average...so not much comments here...coz' Fen is not a very interesting character.
There were quite a few side plots, like Qiao coping with 2 dates after she seperated from Ren. What's the funny part was Ren actually gave her advice to cope with the 2 beaus..lolz! Qiao's elder sis Lan and her family. (Though her sis changed for the better, I find it rather fake coz' human nature wont change that fast..lolz!) Qiao's younger sis Hui and Ren's boss Cong...cute couple etc.
There's only an ending song by Ron Ng...and I like the intro of the drama..very cute photos to intro the characters and their relationshops.
Worth watching?
Definitely a must-watch! Don't siam becoz' of the cast...coz' I know only Ron and Damien are more famous. Haha...

Met up with PF & ML for lunch. I am still thinking should i take JLPT lvl 3 or 4? E.W wondered if i can pass lvl 3 becoz' I am lousy at the listening part. However, I have pals who told me to try lvl 3 instead. PF also suggested that we take up a JLPT preparatory course, since we've never taken the test before.
Well....still in a dilemma...

--New Handphone--
Went to CompassPoint just now to change Tuan and my HPs. Actually our phones are kinda faulty liao..but still managed to trade-in for 50 bucks each. Lucky sia...haha!
Anyway, changed to Samsung Ultra Edition 13.8 a.k.a Z720. Hmm...more complicated than my previous HP, butta I kinda know how to operate liao. Lolz...
The only regret is there's only one colour....I want Black de la! Haha!
