all the endless struggle,
just to not cross the line. had real fun last friday.
played table tennis in the school hall for almost 4 hours?
i think it's the olympic fever.
but nonetheless, it's quite cool when alot of your fellow schoolmates gather in the school hall/basketball court/squash court/tennis court just to play their favourite sports.
probably we all know that it was one of our last official school days.
or probably we know that the days to come will nvr allow us to play like this anymore.
it brings back alot of memories.
cos table tennis is one sport i wont forget.
and i suddenly miss 404'06.
all the crazy table tennis matches we play,
and how the tchers say that it's a cursed table.
it's like somewhat a connection.
but like i always say, don't compare. (i always find it hard not to.)
did i mention how awfully sad i was when jiawei didn't win.
afterall it's most likely her last year in the olmpics alr.
damn sad for her. boooo.
and olmpics is ending today.
i call this short-lived joy.
time to hit the books.

it's gets tougher.
i'm super proud of our paddlers (:
great job by li jiawei, feng tianwei, wang yuegu!
48years of anticipation and we finally get a SILVER medal :D
and taoli did a great swim too.
coming in 5th in 100m butterfly is no easy feat.
and she's 18 like me.

i think it takes alot to come thus far,
and i'm really so happy the he got all the 8 GOLD medals.

things get worse to get better (:
i dunno what's up with me.
the point is i wasnt even supposed to be here.
school's a bore.
superrr draining.
2weeks to prelims.
it's a make or break.
boooo.
i just had this sudden urge to blog here.
many things i wan to say,
but i decided against it.
all i can say is there's really an extent of how high hopes can go.
because before you know it, it'll come crashing down.
maybe it's blessing in disguise because i can now get away from all the self-delusions.
maybe it's god's way of telling me that i can now divert all my attention to studies.
maybe it's just me, and everything is nothing but escapism.
but what's done is done.
and no, it's not supposed to be some emo post. (:
i shall aim to do well for stats tmr.
it'll be a good start from all these nonsense.

they are the best i can ever have. (:
this came a tad bit too late.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE (:
hmm, and one day after that is yours truly's birthday.
HAHA.
i've had hell lots of fun and surprises.
it started on the dot at 12am.
jiaying, hoiting and nelson sprung me a surprise at my hse.
and trust me, it was really such a surprise.
they stayed over at my hse too.
so we had some fun before settling down and eventually drifting off to sleep.
i'm more than certain that this friendship will last.

woke up, supported taoli in her amazing semifinals swim and rushed off to meet the volleyball girls.
they treated me to pizza and gifts.
thanks so much girls.
had fun talking abt olympics and yada yada.
it's always heartwarming to see everyone with the same passion sitting down and talking tgt.
love you girls soo much (:
after that met up with rachel, keli, yanling and cynthia.
ben and jerry! xD
had yummy ice-creams and played cards to entertain myself.
it's quite amazing the few of us actually hit it off so well.
and thanks for the wonderful gifts girl.
i'm way so glad to have you girls in class with me.

wheee.
i caught dark knight like finally. (:
watched the movie with my beloved class.
i think i've got such a coool class. :D

Feeling incredibly lame, i shall type out the story of 31/07's 080808
*disclaimer- i am not the one who came up wif all of them...i have accomplicies
This is the history of our names(:Warning! incredibly lame!
Once upon a time in AJ, there were seven mascots to celebrate the arrival of the Olympics which fell on 080808. They were namely Lao Lao(Ming Kwan), Bei Bei(Kai Lin), Jing Jing(Ying Hui), Huan Huan(JoeHan), Yingying(duh!), Nini(Ming Hui) and Lala(Vathsala).
One day all seven of them decided to take an extremely windy road to the National Aquatics Centre to watch synchronized swimming. The route that they took was so complicated and they all felt giddy aft that, they decided to name the road ZigZag(Isaac) to warn pple of how complicated the road was.
Upon reaching the National Aquatics Centre, they were immediately captivated by the performance by a pair of twins ShiShi(Shimin) and ThamTham(Cynthia) who were the center of attention. [in case you dun get it, they both mean wet]
Their next stop was the Bird's Nest stadium, where they witness the skillful display of wushu exponent QingQing(WanChing). Another wushu competitor who caught their attention was Didi(Aditi), because although not a Chinese, Didi was able to speak mandrian fluently and was involved in such a Chinese dominant sport.
Feeling hungry after that, they stopped by ShenShenShen(yanling)-mama jiu bang- supermkt to grab some foodstuff. Their day was almost perfect shun shun li li(keli) until they met JiaoJiao(gail) who was the silent bunsen burner who had the ability to charred anything she came upon.
They were all so afraid that the all crowded to one corner, but our superhero class leaders never fail to save the day. Just when silent bunsen burner took in a deep breath, dede(denise) and fangfang(cuifang) stepped in to save the mascots! They used their best weapon...laughter, xixi(seeyuen)haha(seeyuen's future husband). in the blink of an eye, jiaojiao the silent bunsen burner went out of gas.
The school of AJ, is once again saved thanks to the mighty classleaders...dede and fangfang.
I did try to warn you this was lame. Its plain incoherent gibberish.
If you read this before 080808, this is a countdown to the Beijing Olympics. If however this is aft 080808, i'm sure seeyuan is more than happy to be seeing you in the snail club. There are always two sides to a coin, unless you're refering to the batman coin.
i've been mad for 40mins now...the time taken to type this message. i think its time to stop now, before i have 2 permenant scars, continously bleeding on both sides of my cheeks.

jiayou jiayou jiayou (:
thursday was 31july.
class birthday! (:
had plenty of fun with classmates.
eating donuts and playing hangman.
hangman was SUPER funny and fun. (and i shall praise rachel here for her handcuff that killed all of us. haha.)
we also had some mortal angel game.
and so coincidental that my mortal and angel is both mingkwan.
lol.
friday had chem mock.
then ate with jiaying, jinhui and daniel before going to tuition.
and chem tuition had to be on group2 and group7.
so DRY until i can cry. lols.
woke up today and left for econs tuition with keli and rachel.
and haha, i think the way mr lim call keli is damn funny.
i shant embarrass her here. lol. xP
shall do some work and head to bed alr.
