Lazy
It's been a long time since I've written a "real" post. I guess it's due to the lack of inspiration.
Ah who am I kidding, I'm just lazy.
Pastor Ken spoke about slothfulness and the sin of omission today. That kinda motivated me to blog something... haha.
I was reading the Bible a couple days ago when i came upon Proverbs 27:7 which says ,"A satisfied soul loathes the honeycomb, But to a hungry soul every bitter thing is sweet." How easy it is for us to get satisfied with what we have from God, and not want more. I don't know about u guys, but sometimes i get this sense of accomplishment when i achieve something spiritually, like pray for an hour, or fast for 3 days. And after that i'll feel real satisfied and lazy, and not want to do it again. Haha.. I guess thats where i have to crucify my flesh and kill the sloth in me.
There's a sloth in all of us, no?
My application for the UK universities are done! Actually i finished them a couple weeks ago. Now it's on to canadian and australian universities... sian.
It's Halloween tomorrow, for those people who didn't know (I didn't). We're allowed to go to school in our costumes tomorrow. Wonder what bizarre costumes these guys are gonna come up with... Gushlak is gonna be a member of the Fallopian swim team.
I'm going to be a high school geek.
K gotta study for a physics test, take care everybody. =)

Long Weekend
It's the long weekend! Monday is a holiday cos it's Thanksgiving! Yay... i guess.
Nah i guess is cos the boarding house is closed for the weekend, which meant that i had to find somewhere else to stay. Now i'm bunking at ivan's cousins place, which actually is pretty nice. Their house is really big, and 4 of us guys bunking here(me, ivan, adrian, animesh) get the whole basement to ourselves(complete with a bathroom, treadmill and a mini kitchen)! Thank God for his provisions, cos if i couldn't stay here, i would have probably split a cheap hotel room between me, adrian and animesh. And i cannot afford to spend that kind of money now...
Today was a joke day. Seriously. Everything was just... funny.
K i woke up this morning to a fart. Seriously. Adrian!!!!!!!! I know it's natural for people to let off gas, and i know you can't help it, but not on a bright and sunny saturday afternoon! K lah, also not really your fault. Hilarious man.
Anyway, after lunch us 4 guys decided to drive to stanley park to kick some ball. Man, the field was full of dog excretion! It was a mine field man, seriously. If they blew up i would have lost 4 legs if i had them.
K then we drive back to ivans cousins place for dinner. So when we get out of the car, i take the soccer ball and shoot a couple hoops at the basketball net just outside the garage. Then adrian comes along and takes a shot, the ball sails over the backboard and lands on the roof. These roofs are flat roofs so when balls go up on one, they don't come down. No worries, Adrian decides to be a hero and go up the roof to retrieve the ball. We boost him, he gets the ball and throws it down, and then... i realizes that he can't get down. To make matters worse, he's afraid of heights. Can u just picture it? Haha.. he was freaking out for about 5 minutes, up on the roof in the cold at night. Oh man, i'll post a pic up when i get it from my phone. Animesh has a video i think.
Yeah crazy day man, but then again, when you go out with 3 other guys, you expect dumb things to happen..

Grad Jacket
Just got my Grad Jacket.. it's this jacket i can wear to school as a substitute for a blazer. Not bad huh, the perks of being a grad. I'm a grad, now i can act hero! move aside... Eh adrian? ^^
