Earth hour Yesterday at 8.30pm -9.30pm. Everyone who supports the cause of it will switch off all electricity and observe the darkness and tgt save electricity, and in turn.. save the Earth. My sis insisted on Observing the Earth hour, and she promptly switched off ALL electricity and went out to eat dinner.. that includes the modem.. So there I was, left without any internet connection when I'm doing my Individual essay for Understanding Universe. So li hai.. Switched off all lights, then go out for dinner.. and say she's observing the Earth hour.. I bet she can tahan staying at home without anything on lor..

Anyway.. Just finished watching Australian GP 2009. The first GP for the new season. And surprise surprise.. The new team of the year, which did not even exist 3 weeks ago, got their first Maiden win.. not only that, it was a 1-2 finish. ( 1st- 2nd) well, they have to credit to their luck, when the 2nd and 3rd car self destructed just 3 laps left... Trying to fight for the 2nd position, they crashed with each other.. ruling themself out of contention.. >.<

Woot~! Brawn GP, this new team obviously had a much faster car then any of the others on the track.. So much so for the dominance of Ferrari and McClaren over the past few years.. This yr F1 championship would definitely be more interesting.. adding this to the new format of the Race winner.. We've got a long way more to go to see who'll be the eventual winner..

Next 3 weeks will be a crazy hell period.. 1 report, 2 projects and 4 CAs coming up.. Just started on 2 of it.. and it's like due in 3 weeks.. wonderful. But it's not that we want to start it late.. It was given to us THIS late.. kns.. crazy schedule. They think we only got one module like them to prepare is it..

But well, the feeling is kinda good when you know your buddies are all working hard together. Like the feeling of working together as one.. Yeah.. it's a bit weird.. but at least things get done, and that's the most important part. Oh well.. hopefully all will go well, and pray hard that we'll be able to survive this period, with all reports, projects and CAs well done...

Had quite alot of things happening in the past few days... The day after I received my reprimanding, I received the official letter asking me to report back to receive the charges. That's like the day after I went for it. How useful it is to send me that piece of white paper. It's all about black and white isn't it. *claps...

Lately I've been quite a spendthrift. Feels so bad.. $510 for advance diving.. $40 for a pair of black berms.. $50 for one polo tee and one t-shirt. makan-ing at various restaurants.. took cabs 3 times this month.. amounting to $50. Zomg... that's like how much can. all these without transportation and food. sigh.. I'll need to be more careful from TODAY onwards.. cannot anyhow spend..

Went for des's dance yest.. Some of the pieces were nice.. but some were rather messy.. But can see that des's technique has improved a lot liao.. Well done dude.. Your hardwork has been all worthwhile.. =) should have taken photo then.. But didn't know how long we'll have to wait.. so in the end we went to bukit timah there for supper, before playing pool at beauty world. Now makes my hand itchy.. I want to play pool... rawr~!

I just realised that it's a month to the final... >.< It's high time for me to stop my games.. And do nothing but study and workout...

The saga has finally concluded.. with me receiving an official reprimandation from the head. It was a chore to go thru all the procedures, but it was partly cos of what I've brought upon myself. I'll just have to be more careful from now on.. watching whatever I'm saying/typing.. cos there's never true privacy ard in this technology age.

Anyway, I've updated a few more photos to the diving trip.. Quite like the new addition. Nice photos this trip.. All thanks to my diving buddies for providing the camera. All working liao.. got $$ to spare for such luxurious equipment. ( the casing for the underwater camera is about $300.. ontop of the camera itself.. )

Just back from Tioman advance open water course... Went with Meng over the weekend. Didn't want to wait any further, we just went down to pay the money 3 weeks ago immediately the day after we decided about it.

The advance course included Deep diving till 30m, Navigation, Night diving and Drift diving. The most challenging part of the course I would say is the navigation underwater ba.. Cos there's no reference point/ object. it's base purely on direction and distance gauging. Just the direction alone isn't an issue. But imagine this.. STRONG current going against u.. how to correctly know how far you've travelled? It's almost impossible actually. me and meng almost got lost in the water.. luckily, i know the general direction.. So still manage to find the instructor.. luckily..

Special thing to mention was that I'm no longer an air monster.. and I wasn't the one that caused the group's dive to end prematurely liao. Ha.. in fact I still have quite a decent amt left each time lor... I guess I was able to better control my breathing and that helped a lot in the buoyancy control as well. Feels much better and more comfortable in water le.. Just floating ard.. Woot~!

The visibility for the trip wasn't exactly very good. it was only at Tumuk bay and renggis island that the visibility was better. that's the 2 places that I saw the most fishes and corals.. Some of the more unique Species that I saw includes, black tip Shark.. Manta ray... Big jelly fish.. green puffer fish.. there were also some very nice emperor fish.. and some very big giant clam.. like 70cm across... beautiful wor.. many of the photos were taken by some of the frens..

After a super hectic 2 weeks... I can finally sit down in front of my com and know that I've no dateline to rush.. * at least for the next few days. *It's really tiring to be facing all those test and reports one after another.. so much so that I can't be bothered much with the ungraded lab report I just submitted today. It's a rubbish I would say.. sure tio shoot my TA and prof.. perhaps it may even be an example of a poor lab report. oh wellz.. I won't be surprised..

So much things have been going on.. It's a rush.. and some how, I don't really have a good feeling abt the diving trip tomorrow. It's rare for me to feel like that.. but i guess it has to be related to the previous incident that occured to me. definitely it has cast a shadow over myself, but I'm not one that bows down to it.. I will still go for it, be more careful.. and *cross my finger* that everything will go smoothly and I can come back safely..

I'm pessimistic , I'm down ,I feel stupid , I don't feel good..

Went for it due to joopengz calling us there.. apparently trying to show their appreciation to us, ( daniel n me ) for helping out in the past 2 yrs. I didn't know why I agreed, cos there wasn't much ppl that I know, and I have a CA tomorrow... >.<>

133yrs for VS this year.. and 25yrs for VJ. This 2 institutions has come a long way..

My table.. And Iskandar, who so happen to be at the same table, was my OC in BTM ninja, and PC in TANGO. LOLz.. what a small world.

Went for Victorian's Day in the morning, and played floorball, thanks to Daniel jio-ing me to play. So nice to have a little workout and at the same time have some fun. We all went there with the mentality to just have fun, and it was kinda unexpected that our make shift team managed to clinch 1st.. Lolx.. Sanjee's solid defence plus our skillful strikers.. and most importantly, our superb team spirit that brings the team tgt. Honestly, we don't have players as skillful as those from the sch team de, but I feel it's cos of this, the team play was better. unselfish plays and passes results in victory. Such a nice feeling to win.. Woot~!

supposed to be a victorian's day at both VS and VJ, but test on mon, and i haven't finish studying. Bo bian but to go and study... Jia you for myself...

So fast it's the end of the week. week 7 of the sem has past. and more CA, reports, Papers are due in the next few weeks. Don't know why, but sem 2 always seems to be more hectic and pass faster.. Is it just an illusion?

I can't believe that I'm going diving next week. So soon.. so random.. so er.. out of no where.. Oh well.. hopefully I'm come back safely... * crossing my fingers..

CA tomorrow... and I've still got quite a bit to cover. after 3 sems of studies, I know that I'm really not inclined to study life sciences modules. Agree that I find it interesting, but my speed of memory requires me to take too much time to full internalize. core mods are mainly the reason why ppl do well overall, cos they like what they are studying and find joy in reading more. Not the case for me I guess. It's causing me all sorts of problems. Rawr~! Shall do dmg control for core.
