The goal of this Basic Handgun Course w/ Virtual Simulatoin is to provide a practical introduction to the semi-automatic handgun through the explanation of handgun parts, operation, and fundamental shooting skills. You must submit an HQL Application to the Maryland State Police after completing both the class and Livescan fingerprints. We teach the application process, state requirements, and live-fire on the range. The Livescan fingerprinting is not included in this fee.
