Meet Georgie

Hello, I am one of the founders of Avant Consultancy. After two decades working in business, education, mental-health, and not-for profits, I saw how often purpose-led people try to carry everything alone. I started Avant to change that.

My work is rooted in emotional intelligence and practical strategy. I help people and organisations untangle complexity, reconnect with their purpose, and take meaningful action, whether they’re navigating change, holding emotional responsibility, or simply needing a clearer, more sustainable way forward.

I bring a calm, thoughtful presence to every conversation, creating space to pause, reflect and move forward with confidence. Here, people and purpose come first.
