Shoulder pain could occur from bursitis, rotator cuff tendinitis or other muscle tendinitis, adhesive capsule tissue (frozen shoulder), subacromial pain syndrome or osteoarthritis. 

Making a list of when your shoulder hurts. What makes the pain better or worse? 

Do certain positions or activities change your pain?

What motions are aggravating can help find some answers as to what structure in your shoulder could be involved.

Try these test and check if you have shoulder pain

Test 1: 	
 • - Place one hand on the opposite shoulder
 • - Slowly raise your elbow up toward the sky

- Try both sides and compare how they feel

Test 2: 
 • - Point your arm out in front of you then move it 45* towards the outside of your bod
 • - rotate your thumb down

🛑 STOP aggressively pulling, stretching & digging into a neck that hurts or cranking on a shoulder that doesn’t move well, and hasn’t found relief with it. It likely isn’t working in your favor. 🛑
